本发明提出的是一种仿石漆保温一体板。在板状体从上到下依次设有罩面层，漆面层，过渡层，连接层，保温层和粘结层，在连接层与粘结层之间设有连接柱。在板状体从上到下依次设有罩面层，漆面层，过渡层，连接层，保温层和粘结层，在连接层与粘结层之间设有连接柱。本发明的保温板既具有漆面的装饰效果，又有保温效果。而且制造与贴附更方便容易，节省工时，便于施工，是新一代墙体装饰保温材料。适宜作为保温装饰的建筑材料应用。

一种仿石漆保温一体板
技术领域
本发明提出的是用于建筑物装饰领域的材料，具体地说是一种仿石漆保温一体板。
背景技术
目前，在外墙装饰领域所使用的保温板通常没有漆层，漆层的涂覆通过在保温板上抹制水泥面，在水泥面上涂饰漆层，所以施工周期长，耗费工时多。因此漆层上没有保温性能，而保温板上没有漆层，两者不能结合。
负离子真石漆为现有技术，为石质和负离子粉分散在漆料中，制成的负离子真石漆。但是使用负离子真石漆的漆层没有保温性能，因此使用性能单一。
如果在保温板上设置负离子真石漆漆层，则会产生装饰和保温一步到位的效果。
发明内容
为了实现漆层保温，本发明提出了一种仿石漆保温一体板。该保温板通过在保温板上设置仿石漆漆层。解决保温板上设置漆层的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
在板状体从上到下依次设有罩面层，漆面层，过渡层，连接层，保温层和粘结层，在连接层与粘结层之间设有连接柱。
所述罩面层为透明有机漆，优选酚醛清漆；
所述漆面层为添加有电气石负离子粉的自然颜色石质砂颗粒与漆料混合的漆料；
所述过渡层为掺有纤维的水泥砂浆层；
所述连接层为添加有聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的铝质水泥；
所述保温层为发泡水泥板或岩棉板其中一种；
所述粘结层为涂有有机胶的水泥砂浆。
积极效果，由于本发明的保温板上设置有仿石漆的漆面层，所以漆面的装饰层具有保温性能，而且利于粘贴在墙面上，既具有漆面的装饰效果，又有保温效果。而且制造与贴附更方便容易，节省工时，便于施工，并且具有保温和装饰的双重效果，是新一代墙体装饰保温材料。适宜作为保温装饰的建筑材料应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在板状体从上到下依次设有罩面层1，漆面层2，过渡层3，连接层4，保温层5和粘结层6，在连接层与粘结层之间设有连接柱7。
所述罩面层为透明有机漆，优选酚醛清漆；
所述漆面层为添加有电气石负离子粉的自然颜色石质砂颗粒与漆料混合的漆料；
所述过渡层为掺有纤维的水泥砂浆层；
所述连接层为添加有聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的铝质水泥；
所述保温层为发泡水泥板或岩棉板其中一种；
所述粘结层为涂有有机胶的水泥砂浆。
具体制造方法：
在模具内涂刷有机胶，在有机胶层上部灌注水泥砂浆，形成水泥砂浆的粘结层，在粘结层上部覆盖打有纵向孔的保温板，在保温板上部涂抹连接层，在连接层上部涂抹过渡层，在过渡层固化前，用喷漆机将漆面层喷洒在过渡层上形成漆面层，待漆面层粘接在过渡层上后，在漆面层上部喷涂罩面层。
本发明的性能与优点：
粘结层用于与墙面的粘贴；
保温层用于保温，隔热，阻隔冷热交换，实现保温的作用；
连接层用于与过渡层连接；
过渡层用于与漆面层连接；
漆面层产生装饰效果，使墙面具有大理石或花岗岩真石的感观；
罩面层用于对漆面层的保护，并且产生光洁明亮的外感观效果。
特点：
由于仿石漆面层具有装饰效果，抗老化，能够永久保持原始状态，使用寿命长。
由于保温板采用的是发泡水泥板或岩棉板，均为无机保温材料，具有A级防火性能，而且耐老化。
本发明既具有装饰性，又有保温性，与现有墙体装饰材料有明显的技术特征，产生意想不到的技术效果，对环保节能十分有利。

1.一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：在板状体从上到下依次设有罩面层（1），漆面层（2），过渡层（3），连接层（4），保温层（5）和粘结层（6），在连接层与粘结层之间设有连接柱（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述罩面层为透明有机漆，优选酚醛清漆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述漆面层为添加有电气石负离子粉的自然颜色石质砂颗粒与漆料混合的漆料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述过渡层为掺有纤维的水泥砂浆层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述连接层为添加有聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的铝质水泥。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述保温层为发泡水泥板或岩棉板其中一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿石漆保温一体板，其特征是：所述粘结层为涂有有机胶的水泥砂浆。
