本发明涉及一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其中经纱和纬纱为2/1左斜纹组织结构。经纱采用锦纶氨纶空包纱70D+40D空包,纬纱采用气流纺人棉混纺纱。经纱密度为每厘米35~40根,纬纱密度为每厘米18~20根。本发明具有棉绒感、坚韧耐穿、纬向弹性、透湿透气、抗静电等特征,适用于布艺沙发。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机织面料,尤其涉及一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料。
背景技术
锦纶面料也就是我们常说的“尼龙”,锦纶面料看上去就显得很不透气,另一个缺点就是在天气冷的时候容易产生静电。当然锦纶面料也有它的优点,那就是弹性和耐磨性都很好,不易变形。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料,能同时达到棉绒感、坚韧耐穿、纬向弹性、透湿透气、抗静电等要求。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其中经纱和纬纱为2/1左斜纹组织结构。经纱采用锦纶氨纶空包纱70D+40D空包,纬纱采用气流纺人棉混纺纱。经纱密度为每厘米35~40根,纬纱密度为每厘米18~20根。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有棉绒感、坚韧耐穿、纬向弹性、透湿透气、抗静电等。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述经纱为N-70D/24F+40D SP 空包(加6T的S捻)。
进一步,所述纬纱为OER 10S+5NM粗支雪尔尼。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:该方案中的经纱、纬纱机织出的斜纹面料细致、结构紧蹙、弹性更佳。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料,其特征在于,所述经纱为N-70D/24F+40D SP 空包(加6T的S捻)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种锦氨复合纱与气流纺人棉混纺纱交织面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱为OER 10S+5NM粗支雪尔尼。
