Abstract
本发明涉及一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,括下列步骤:(1)包装盒半成品板加工;(2)包装盒半成品预处理;(3)将包装盒半成品木板或纸板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液80‑85份,聚乙烯醇4‑5份,消泡剂0.5‑0.6份;分散剂0.1‑0.2份,无机杀菌剂0.1‑0.2份,助剂4‑5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔炭或磁性有序介孔铁酸镍;(4)喷涂后的包装盒烘干,经由传输带出口端卸下;(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品。本发明生产效率高,产品防水防霉效率高、涂覆方便,可以大大延长其使用寿命,保障内包装物的品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法。
背景技术
包装盒顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,可以按材料来分类比如:木盒,纸盒,布盒,皮盒,包装盒功能:保证运输中产品的安全,提升产品的档次等。现有技术的木质或纸质包装盒应用范围广,成本低,可以重复利用,但其缺点也明显:容易受潮、发霉,导致内包装物品质下降,或损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种防水防霉效果好的木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,基于一体化喷涂设备,
所述一体化喷涂设备包括箱体、位于箱体内的传输带、驱动传输带的驱动电机、喷涂机构和烘干机构,所述箱体包括喷涂区和烘干区,喷涂机构位于喷涂区,喷涂机构由输料泵、输料总管、若干支管和位于支管端部的若干喷嘴构成,喷嘴位于传输带正上方,烘干机构采用远红外加热,
所述喷涂制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)包装盒半成品木板或纸板加工;
(2)包装盒半成品木板或纸板预处理:将包装盒半成品于干燥气氛中处理3-5小时,充分去除包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面灰尘杂物;
(3)将包装盒半成品木板或纸板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,外表面朝上,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面,涂覆量为50-80g/平方,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液80-85份,聚乙烯醇4-5份,消泡剂0.5-0.6份;分散剂0.1-0.2份,无机杀菌剂0.1-0.2份,助剂4-5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔炭或磁性有序介孔铁酸镍;
(4)喷涂后的包装盒经由传输带输送至烘干区,于90-95℃烘10-45s,经由传输带出口端卸下;
(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品,然后置于干燥、避阳的环境中储存。
优选的,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:
聚丙烯酸乳液82份,聚乙烯醇4.5份,消泡剂0.55份;分散剂0.15份,无机杀菌剂0.15份,助剂4.5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔铁酸镍。
优选的,所述无机杀菌剂为氯化锌或氯化亚铜。
优选的,所述磁性有序介孔铁酸镍的制备方法如下:
1)将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶解于甲醇中,将适量多孔硅KIT-6放入盛有正己烷的聚四氟乙烯容器中,充分搅拌;
2)将溶液1)的原料逐滴加入步骤2)中,所形成的混合溶液充分搅拌,于50-60℃加热8-12h;
3)步骤2)所得固体于250-280℃下灼烧4-5h;
4)将步骤3)所得固体冷却至室温,经研磨后转移至盛有NaOH溶液的圆底烧瓶内,于40-50℃水浴条件下回流搅拌24-36h后离心回收;
5)将步骤4)所得固体分别用乙醇和去离子水反复清洗至中性后,经真空干燥即可。
本发明的有益效果是:生产效率高,产品防水防霉效率高、涂覆方便,可以大大延长其使用寿命,保障内包装物的品质。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例所用原料均系市购常规原料,实施例1的无机杀菌剂氯化亚铜,实施例2的为氯化锌,实施例3的为氯化亚铜。
实施例1:
一种木质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,基于一体化喷涂设备,
所述一体化喷涂设备包括箱体、位于箱体内的传输带、驱动传输带的驱动电机、喷涂机构和烘干机构,所述箱体包括喷涂区和烘干区,喷涂机构位于喷涂区,喷涂机构由输料泵、输料总管、若干支管和位于支管端部的若干喷嘴构成,喷嘴位于传输带正上方,烘干机构采用远红外加热,
所述喷涂制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)包装盒半成品木板加工;
(2)包装盒半成品木板预处理:将包装盒半成品于干燥气氛中处理3-5小时,充分去除包装盒半成品木板外表面灰尘杂物;
(3)将包装盒半成品木板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,外表面朝上,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品木板外表面,涂覆量为50g/平方,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液80份,聚乙烯醇4份,消泡剂0.5份;分散剂0.1份,无机杀菌剂0.1份,助剂4份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔炭;
(4)喷涂后的包装盒经由传输带输送至烘干区,于95℃烘10s,经由传输带出口端卸下;
(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品,然后置于干燥、避阳的环境中储存。
实施例2
一种纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,基于一体化喷涂设备,
所述一体化喷涂设备包括箱体、位于箱体内的传输带、驱动传输带的驱动电机、喷涂机构和烘干机构,所述箱体包括喷涂区和烘干区,喷涂机构位于喷涂区,喷涂机构由输料泵、输料总管、若干支管和位于支管端部的若干喷嘴构成,喷嘴位于传输带正上方,烘干机构采用远红外加热,
所述喷涂制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)包装盒半成品纸板加工;
(2)包装盒半成品纸板预处理:将包装盒半成品于干燥气氛中处理3-5小时,充分去除包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面灰尘杂物;
(3)将包装盒半成品纸板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,外表面朝上,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品纸板外表面,涂覆量为80g/平方,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液85份,聚乙烯醇5份,消泡剂0.6份;分散剂0.2份,无机杀菌剂0.2份,助剂5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔铁酸镍;
(4)喷涂后的包装盒经由传输带输送至烘干区,于90℃烘45s,经由传输带出口端卸下;
(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品,然后置于干燥、避阳的环境中储存;
所述磁性有序介孔铁酸镍的制备方法如下:
1)将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶解于甲醇中,将适量多孔硅KIT-6放入盛有正己烷的聚四氟乙烯容器中,充分搅拌;
2)将溶液1)的原料逐滴加入步骤2)中,所形成的混合溶液充分搅拌,于50-60℃加热8-12h;
3)步骤2)所得固体于250-280℃下灼烧4-5h;
4)将步骤3)所得固体冷却至室温,经研磨后转移至盛有NaOH溶液的圆底烧瓶内,于40-50℃水浴条件下回流搅拌24-36h后离心回收;
5)将步骤4)所得固体分别用乙醇和去离子水反复清洗至中性后,经真空干燥即可。
实施例3
一种纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,基于一体化喷涂设备,
所述一体化喷涂设备包括箱体、位于箱体内的传输带、驱动传输带的驱动电机、喷涂机构和烘干机构,所述箱体包括喷涂区和烘干区,喷涂机构位于喷涂区,喷涂机构由输料泵、输料总管、若干支管和位于支管端部的若干喷嘴构成,喷嘴位于传输带正上方,烘干机构采用远红外加热,
所述喷涂制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)包装盒半成品纸板加工;
(2)包装盒半成品纸板预处理:将包装盒半成品于干燥气氛中处理3-5小时,充分去除包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面灰尘杂物;
(3)将包装盒半成品纸板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,外表面朝上,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品纸板外表面,涂覆量为60g/平方,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液82份,聚乙烯醇4.5份,消泡剂0.55份;分散剂0.15份,无机杀菌剂0.15份,助剂4.5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔铁酸镍;
(4)喷涂后的包装盒经由传输带输送至烘干区,于92℃烘10-45s,经由传输带出口端卸下;
(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品,然后置于干燥、避阳的环境中储存;
所述磁性有序介孔铁酸镍的制备方法如下:
1)将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶解于甲醇中,将适量多孔硅KIT-6放入盛有正己烷的聚四氟乙烯容器中,充分搅拌;
2)将溶液1)的原料逐滴加入步骤2)中,所形成的混合溶液充分搅拌,于50-60℃加热8-12h;
3)步骤2)所得固体于250-280℃下灼烧4-5h;
4)将步骤3)所得固体冷却至室温,经研磨后转移至盛有NaOH溶液的圆底烧瓶内,于40-50℃水浴条件下回流搅拌24-36h后离心回收;
5)将步骤4)所得固体分别用乙醇和去离子水反复清洗至中性后,经真空干燥即可。
实施例1-3制备得到的包装盒置于相对湿度75%,温度30℃的环境中6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月,观察包装盒表面情况:

1.一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,基于一体化喷涂设备,其特征是:
所述一体化喷涂设备包括箱体、位于箱体内的传输带、驱动传输带的驱动电机、喷涂机构和烘干机构,所述箱体包括喷涂区和烘干区,喷涂机构位于喷涂区,喷涂机构由输料泵、输料总管、若干支管和位于支管端部的若干喷嘴构成,喷嘴位于传输带正上方,烘干机构采用远红外加热,
所述喷涂制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)包装盒半成品木板或纸板加工;
(2)包装盒半成品木板或纸板预处理:将包装盒半成品于干燥气氛中处理3-5小时,充分去除包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面灰尘杂物;
(3)将包装盒半成品木板或纸板放入一体化喷涂设备传输带的进口端,外表面朝上,防水防霉涂料经由喷涂机构的喷嘴均匀喷涂于包装盒半成品木板或纸板外表面,涂覆量为50-80g/平方,所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:聚丙烯酸乳液80-85份,聚乙烯醇4-5份,消泡剂0.5-0.6份;分散剂0.1-0.2份,无机杀菌剂0.1-0.2份,助剂4-5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔炭或磁性有序介孔铁酸镍;
(4)喷涂后的包装盒木板或纸板经由传输带输送至烘干区,于90-95℃烘10-45s,经由传输带出口端卸下;
(5)经由包装盒成型机成型获得成品,然后置于干燥、避阳的环境中储存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,其特征在于:所述防水防霉涂料由下列重量份的原料加工而成:
聚丙烯酸乳液82份,聚乙烯醇4.5份,消泡剂0.55份;分散剂0.15份,无机杀菌剂0.15份,助剂4.5份,所述助剂为磁性有序介孔铁酸镍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,其特征在于:所述无机杀菌剂为氯化锌或氯化亚铜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种木质或纸质包装盒一体化喷涂制造方法,其特征在于:所述磁性有序介孔铁酸镍的制备方法如下:
1)将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶解于甲醇中,将适量多孔硅KIT-6放入盛有正己烷的聚四氟乙烯容器中,充分搅拌;
2)将溶液1)的原料逐滴加入步骤2)中,所形成的混合溶液充分搅拌,于50-60℃加热8-12h;
3)步骤2)所得固体于250-280℃下灼烧4-5h;
4)将步骤3)所得固体冷却至室温,经研磨后转移至盛有NaOH溶液的圆底烧瓶内,于40-50℃水浴条件下回流搅拌24-36h后离心回收;
