Abstract
本发明涉及一种电力电缆用耐磨剂,所述耐磨剂为3‑(4‑(2‑(4‑(N‑(1,2,4‑噻二唑‑5‑基)氨磺酰基)‑2‑氯‑5‑氟苯氧基)‑5‑氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸。本发明所述的耐刮擦的电力电缆具有良好的耐刮擦性,十分适于用在厂矿、工程等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种电力电缆用耐磨剂。
背景技术
目前,无卤阻燃热塑性弹性体复合材料,由于其优异的综合性能,己经成为本领域的研究热点。这些文献和专利所报道的都是基于无卤阻燃电线电缆料的力学性能、阻燃性能和外观等,而对电线电缆的耐刮擦性能很少涉及。但是电线电缆在生产、运输及使用的过程中,不可避免的相互产生摩擦或者受到硬物的摩擦,而产生摩擦刮白等现象,对线材的外观产生很大的影响。因此,如何提高电线电缆的耐刮擦性能也是一个非常重要且待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电力电缆用耐磨剂。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种电力电缆用耐磨剂,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂为3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸。
本发明还提供3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸在用作电力电缆用耐磨剂中的用途。
优选地,所述耐磨剂可以制成粉末。
本发明所述的耐刮擦的电力电缆具有良好的耐刮擦性,十分适于用在厂矿、工程等领域。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取PVC 80千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、碳酸钙5千克、防老剂264 3千克、3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸8千克和铝酸酯5千克,加入双辊开炼机中熔融共混,混合温度为80℃,混合时间为10分钟,共混均匀后出料进入同向双螺杆挤出机TSE-408(南京瑞亚高聚物装备有限公司),挤出温度设定如下:进料区100℃,加热1区120℃,加热2区170℃,加热3区l80℃,机颈区190℃,机头区190℃,模套区190℃,挤出造粒即得。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备耐刮擦的电力电缆,不同之处在于不使用3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸。
实验例
耐刮擦等级评价方法
参考纺织品色牢度实验耐摩擦色牢度标准GB/T 3920-2008。首先将电缆料注塑成50mm x 140mm的方板,放置24小时后,然后采用干摩擦布方法进行刮擦实验,摩擦头采用圆形摩擦头并包覆一层涤纶摩擦布,所施加向下压力为9.0N,刮擦100次后用二次元显微镜对方板表面划痕进行评价。按照刮擦程度的不同,把电缆料的耐刮擦等级分为五级(1-5)。数字越大,划痕越轻微,代表耐刮擦等级越好。结果表明,实施例1的样品的等级为5级,划痕轻微,而实施例2的样品的等级为1级,划痕明显,说明加入耐磨剂后,电缆的耐刮擦性显著增强。

1.一种电力电缆用耐磨剂,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂为3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸。
2.3-(4-(2-(4-(N-(1,2,4-噻二唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)-2-氯-5-氟苯氧基)-5-氯苯基)吡啶甲酰胺基)丙酸在用作电力电缆用耐磨剂中的用途。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用途,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂可以制成粉末。
