运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器由外壳1、内芯2、磁钢3构成,内芯2由杯体2.1和盖体2.2组成,采用非磁性材料制成,内芯2上安装的磁钢3与外壳1内部安装的磁钢3相对面的极性相同,内芯2底部、上盖、杯体2.1上分别安装有磁钢3与外壳1内的磁钢3相互对应,外壳1内壁与内芯2外壁对应处安装有三组磁钢3成三角状分布。当内芯2放入外壳1中时,内芯2上的磁钢3与外壳1上的磁钢3产生相互排斥的推斥力,将内芯2向上推起,使内芯2处于悬浮状态,与外壳1不发生任何接触防止因接触照成热量传导,最大限度的起到保温的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器。
背景技术
现有的保温容器内芯都会与外壳相接触虽然具有良好的保温效果,但未能达到完全的内外隔离,日常使用时虽然影响不大,但是用于医务工作时,特别是用于在运输试验试管对保存温度有精确要求时,普通的保温容器无法达到精确控温要求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术存在不足,提供一种运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器。
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是:运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器由外壳、内芯、磁钢构成。
内芯由杯体和盖体组成,采用非磁性材料制成,防止与磁钢互相吸引。
内芯上安装的磁钢与外壳内部安装的磁钢相对面的极性相同,相互之间能够产生推斥力。
内芯底部、上盖、杯体上分别安装有磁钢与外壳内的磁钢相互对应。
外壳内壁与内芯外壁对应处安装有三组磁钢成三角状分布,利用三角固定原理使内芯能够稳定的悬浮。
当内芯放入外壳中时,内芯上的磁钢与外壳上的磁钢产生相互排斥的推斥力,将内芯向上推起,使内芯处于悬浮状态,与外壳不发生任何接触达到保温的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:使内芯与外壳不发生任何接触,防止接触照成热量的传导,最大限度的起到保温的目的。

在图中1外壳,2内芯,2.1杯体,2.2盖体,3磁钢。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,该运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器由外壳1、内芯2、磁钢3构成。
内芯2由杯体2.1和盖体2.2组成,采用非磁性材料制成,防止与磁钢间互相吸引,影响到悬浮效果。
内芯2上安装的磁钢3与外壳1内部安装的磁钢3相对面的极性相同,相互之间能够产生推斥力。
内芯2底部、上盖、杯体2.1上分别安装有磁钢3与外壳1内的磁钢3相互对应,保证推斥力间的平衡。
外壳1内壁与内芯2外壁对应处安装有三组磁钢3成三角状分布,利用三角固定原理使内芯能够稳定的悬浮。
当内芯2放入外壳1中时,内芯2上的磁钢3与外壳1上的磁钢3产生相互排斥的推斥力,将内芯2向上推起,使内芯2处于悬浮状态,与外壳1不发生任何接触防止因接触照成热量传导,最大限度的起到保温的目的。

1.运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器由外壳(1)、内芯(2)、磁钢(3)构成,其特征是:内芯(2)由杯体(2.1)和盖体(2.2)组成,采用非磁性材料制成,内芯(2)上安装的磁钢(3)与外壳(1)内部安装的磁钢(3)相对面的极性相同,内芯(2)底部、上盖、杯体(2.1)上分别安装有磁钢(3)与外壳(1)内的磁钢(3)相互对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运送试验试管使用的精确温控容器,其特征在于:外壳(1)内壁与内芯(2)外壁对应处安装有三组磁钢(3)成三角状分布。
