本发明涉及一种钻杆的涂油输送装置,包括安装于过渡台端部的涂油台,所述过渡台及涂油台分别包括两组,对称位于钻杆的两端;所述涂油台包括一涂油箱体,所述涂油箱体的上端开口安装有弧形涂油板,所述弧形涂油板上安装有软质涂油垫,所述软质涂油垫与涂油箱体的内腔油液接触;所述过渡台的下方安装有储油箱,储油箱通过导油管与涂油箱体连通,涂油箱体与导油管的连接端通过弹簧安装有进油阀杆,进油阀杆的上端贯穿弧形涂油板并凸出于弧形涂油板的表面,进油阀杆的下端带有进油孔,所述进油阀杆凸出于弧形涂油板表面的部分高度等于所述进油孔中心轴线与导油管中心轴线之间的间距;位于两涂油台之间设置有钻杆顶出装置。

一种钻杆的涂油输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘探用钻杆的加工设备,特别涉及钻杆的加工输送设备。
背景技术
钻杆在加工过程中,需要不断在相邻工位之间输送。钻杆加工输送至储存工位,需要对钻杆端部进行涂油处理及加封护帽,以防止钻杆端部螺纹生锈及运输过程中受损。现有的钻杆输送设备中,只是对钻杆进行输送,不能与涂油操作一并进行,效率较低。申请人于同日申请了专利名称为“一种钻杆的承接输送装置”,其还存在的改进是:涂油箱体中的油液需要人工定期补充,不能实现自动补充,从而存在一定的不便。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种钻杆的涂油输送装置,采用的方案如下:
一种钻杆的涂油输送装置,包括安装于过渡台端部的涂油台,所述过渡台及涂油台分别包括两组,对称位于钻杆的两端;所述涂油台包括一涂油箱体,所述涂油箱体的上端开口安装有弧形涂油板,所述弧形涂油板上安装有软质涂油垫,所述软质涂油垫与涂油箱体的内腔油液接触;所述过渡台的下方安装有储油箱,储油箱通过导油管与涂油箱体连通,涂油箱体与导油管的连接端通过弹簧安装有进油阀杆,进油阀杆的上端贯穿弧形涂油板并凸出于弧形涂油板的表面,进油阀杆的下端带有进油孔,所述进油阀杆凸出于弧形涂油板表面的部分高度等于所述进油孔中心轴线与导油管中心轴线之间的间距;
位于两涂油台之间设置有钻杆顶出装置,所述钻杆顶出装置包括顶出油缸,顶出油缸的活塞杆端部安装有顶出块,顶出块的上端面朝钻杆的输出方向倾斜向下设置。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明的输送装置,在对钻杆输送的同时进行涂油,实现输送与涂油一并完成,节省后期单独涂油时间,提高钻杆的加工效率;设置巧妙的补油结构,实现自动补充油液。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的钻杆的涂油输送装置,包括安装于过渡台1端部的涂油台2,过渡台1及涂油台2分别包括两组,对称位于钻杆的两端;涂油台2包括一涂油箱体20,涂油箱体20的上端开口安装有弧形涂油板22,弧形涂油板22上安装有软质涂油垫21,软质涂油垫21与涂油箱体20的内腔油液接触;过渡台1的下方安装有储油箱5,储油箱5通过导油管6与涂油箱体20连通,涂油箱体20与导油管6的连接端通过弹簧8安装有进油阀杆7,进油阀杆7的上端贯穿弧形涂油板22并凸出于弧形涂油板22的表面,进油阀杆7的下端带有进油孔71,进油阀杆7凸出于弧形涂油板22表面的部分高度等于进油孔71中心轴线与导油管6中心轴线之间的间距;
位于两涂油台2之间设置有钻杆顶出装置,钻杆顶出装置包括顶出油缸3,顶出油缸3的活塞杆端部安装有顶出块4,顶出块4的上端面朝钻杆的输出方向倾斜向下设置。
本发明中,钻杆经过过渡台1后进入涂油台2,钻杆在弧形涂油板22的导向作用下,向前滚动,由于软质涂油垫21上始终存有油液,油液涂抹在钻杆端部;由于弧形涂油板22的弧形作用,钻杆在其弧形凹槽中来回滚动,保证充分涂油,涂油完成后,顶出油缸3将钻杆顶出,输送至下一工位。其中,当钻杆滚动至弧形涂油板22的进入端时,钻杆将进油阀杆7下压,进油阀杆7下端的进油孔71与导油管6对中,储油箱5中的油液进入涂油箱体20中,对涂油箱体20中的油液进行补充。其中,为防止涂油箱体20中的油液反流至储油箱5中,储油箱5还可与增压泵连接,或者增高储油箱5的位置,使导油管6中的油液压强大于涂油箱体20中油液的压强。

1.一种钻杆的涂油输送装置,其特征在于:包括安装于过渡台(1)端部的涂油台(2),所述过渡台(1)及涂油台(2)分别包括两组,对称位于钻杆的两端;所述涂油台(2)包括一涂油箱体(20),所述涂油箱体(20)的上端开口安装有弧形涂油板(22),所述弧形涂油板(22)上安装有软质涂油垫(21),所述软质涂油垫(21)与涂油箱体(20)的内腔油液接触;所述过渡台(1)的下方安装有储油箱(5),储油箱(5)通过导油管(6)与涂油箱体(20)连通,涂油箱体(20)与导油管(6)的连接端通过弹簧(8)安装有进油阀杆(7),进油阀杆(7)的上端贯穿弧形涂油板(22)并凸出于弧形涂油板(22)的表面,进油阀杆(7)的下端带有进油孔(71),所述进油阀杆(7)凸出于弧形涂油板(22)表面的部分高度等于所述进油孔(71)中心轴线与导油管(6)中心轴线之间的间距;
位于两涂油台(2)之间设置有钻杆顶出装置,所述钻杆顶出装置包括顶出油缸(3),顶出油缸(3)的活塞杆端部安装有顶出块(4),顶出块(4)的上端面朝钻杆的输出方向倾斜向下设置。
