近年来筋骨疼痛这种老年人常有的毛病，却像传染病一样中青年人群中蔓延。在电脑前坐了一整天，脖子痛；空调房里待久了，腰痛；鼠标用多了，手腕痛；偶尔游游泳，肩膀痛；爬山归来，膝盖痛……人未老，为何“筋骨”先衰。专家指出，缺乏运动、不正确的姿势，以及运动损伤是导致许多年轻人全身筋骨疼痛的主要原因，目前缓解和治疗筋骨疼痛的方法还是很多的，但是毕竟大多数的筋骨疼痛并不是由于疾病造成的，因此一种能够缓解疼痛的保健品是非常值得推广的。
雪灵芝属高等植物石竹科，多年生垫状草本，主根粗壮，木质化，茎高寸许，簇生，外形半圆球状，枝叶密集，花色白，冬寒盛开。是世界上海拔最高的绿色开花植物，分布在青藏高原海拔4700至5500米左右的昆仑山、巴颜喀拉山及祁连山、大坂山。全株供药用，有滋补作用，能退烧、止咳、降压，治流感、肺炎、黄疸、淋病、淋巴结核、筋骨痛疼等病症。但是雪灵芝生长极为缓慢，要成长为一朵可以采摘的成草，至少需要十年左右；而要达到优良采摘级别的，则要几十年甚至上百年。自然的生态环境不可复制，更不能人工模拟。所以至今还未有有效的繁殖雪灵芝的方法。因此由于产量的稀少，目前还没有专门以雪灵芝为主要原材料的保健品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种制作简单、效果显著的具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：雪灵芝25-40份、椰子壳10-16份、诃子2-5份、鹿角1-3份、肉豆蔻1-3份、丁香2-5份、木香2-5份、当归3-6份、重楼1-4份、党参3-7份、虎杖2-4份、枸杞子4-8份、秦艽1-3份、川乌2-5份、石斛2-6份、牛膝3-8份、甘草3-7份、黄芪5-10份、川芎2-5份、鸡血藤1-4份、藏红花2-5份、香附3-7份、茯苓3-6份、干姜1-4份、桃仁2-5份、生等1-3份、三七4-7份、青稞酒120-180份、蜂蜜150-300份、纯化水1800-2300份；
所述一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：雪灵芝32份、椰子壳14份、诃子3份、鹿角2份、肉豆蔻2份、丁香4份、木香4份、当归5份、重楼2份、党参5份、虎杖3份、枸杞子6份、秦艽2份、川乌3份、石斛4份、牛膝5份、甘草4份、黄芪8份、川芎3份、鸡血藤2份、藏红花4份、香附5份、茯苓5份、干姜2份、桃仁3份、生等2份、三七5份、青稞酒160份、蜂蜜220份、纯化水2100份；
一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液的制备方法，其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤：
（1）取1/2的雪灵芝以及椰子壳、诃子、鹿角、肉豆蔻、丁香、木香、当归、重楼、党参、虎杖、枸杞子、秦艽、川乌、石斛，清洗干净、去除杂质、烘干，浸泡在青稞酒中，密封，室温下28-45天，过滤，得到药酒；
（2）将取剩余1/2雪灵芝以及牛膝、甘草、黄芪、川芎、鸡血藤、藏红花、香附、茯苓、干姜、桃仁、生等、三七，加入10倍的水，循环提取4-6个小时，提取结束后，依次进行过滤、浓缩，得到中药浓缩液；
（3）将步骤（2）的浓缩液加入蜂蜜，调和均匀，得到混合浓缩液；
（4）将步骤（1）的药酒加入纯化水稀释，得到稀释药酒；
（5）将步骤（3）的混合浓缩液与步骤（4）的稀释药酒混合均匀，灌装到无菌玻璃瓶中即可。
本发明的一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，以雪灵芝为主要原料，采用中药液与药酒合并的方式制得的口服液，具有良好的舒筋活络、减缓疼痛的作用，适合由于工作疲劳所产生的脖子、腰部、手指等筋骨疼痛，但由于其中含有酒精，不适合儿童及孕妇服用。

本实施例的一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：雪灵芝25份、椰子壳10份、诃子2份、鹿角1份、肉豆蔻1份、丁香2份、木香2份、当归3份、重楼1份、党参3份、虎杖2份、枸杞子4份、秦艽1份、川乌2份、石斛2份、牛膝3份、甘草3份、黄芪5份、川芎2份、鸡血藤1份、藏红花2份、香附3份、茯苓3份、干姜1份、桃仁2份、生等1份、三七4份、青稞酒120份、蜂蜜150份、纯化水1800份。
实施例2
本实施例的一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：雪灵芝40份、椰子壳16份、诃子5份、鹿角3份、肉豆蔻3份、丁香5份、木香5份、当归6份、重楼4份、党参7份、虎杖4份、枸杞子8份、秦艽3份、川乌5份、石斛6份、牛膝8份、甘草7份、黄芪10份、川芎5份、鸡血藤4份、藏红花5份、香附7份、茯苓6份、干姜4份、桃仁5份、生等3份、三七7份、青稞酒180份、蜂蜜300份、纯化水2300份。
实施例3
本实施例的一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：雪灵芝32份、椰子壳14份、诃子3份、鹿角2份、肉豆蔻2份、丁香4份、木香4份、当归5份、重楼2份、党参5份、虎杖3份、枸杞子6份、秦艽2份、川乌3份、石斛4份、牛膝5份、甘草4份、黄芪8份、川芎3份、鸡血藤2份、藏红花4份、香附5份、茯苓5份、干姜2份、桃仁3份、生等2份、三七5份、青稞酒160份、蜂蜜220份、纯化水2100份。
以上实施例一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取1/2的雪灵芝以及椰子壳、诃子、鹿角、肉豆蔻、丁香、木香、当归、重楼、党参、虎杖、枸杞子、秦艽、川乌、石斛，清洗干净、去除杂质、烘干，浸泡在青稞酒中，密封，室温下37天，过滤，得到药酒；
（2）将取剩余1/2雪灵芝以及牛膝、甘草、黄芪、川芎、鸡血藤、藏红花、香附、茯苓、干姜、桃仁、生等、三七，加入10倍的水，循环提取5个小时，提取结束后，依次进行过滤、浓缩，得到中药浓缩液；
（3）将步骤（2）的浓缩液加入蜂蜜，调和均匀，得到混合浓缩液；
（4）将步骤（1）的药酒加入纯化水稀释，得到稀释药酒；
（5）将步骤（3）的混合浓缩液与步骤（4）的稀释药酒混合均匀，灌装到无菌玻璃瓶中即可。
以上实施例的一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，以雪灵芝为主要原料，采用中药液与药酒合并的方式制得的口服液，具有良好的舒筋活络、减缓疼痛的作用，适合由于工作疲劳所产生的脖子、腰部、手指等筋骨疼痛，但由于其中含有酒精，不适合儿童及孕妇服用。

1.一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：雪灵芝25-40份、椰子壳10-16份、诃子2-5份、鹿角1-3份、肉豆蔻1-3份、丁香2-5份、木香2-5份、当归3-6份、重楼1-4份、党参3-7份、虎杖2-4份、枸杞子4-8份、秦艽1-3份、川乌2-5份、石斛2-6份、牛膝3-8份、甘草3-7份、黄芪5-10份、川芎2-5份、鸡血藤1-4份、藏红花2-5份、香附3-7份、茯苓3-6份、干姜1-4份、桃仁2-5份、生等1-3份、三七4-7份、青稞酒120-180份、蜂蜜150-300份、纯化水1800-2300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液，其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：雪灵芝32份、椰子壳14份、诃子3份、鹿角2份、肉豆蔻2份、丁香4份、木香4份、当归5份、重楼2份、党参5份、虎杖3份、枸杞子6份、秦艽2份、川乌3份、石斛4份、牛膝5份、甘草4份、黄芪8份、川芎3份、鸡血藤2份、藏红花4份、香附5份、茯苓5份、干姜2份、桃仁3份、生等2份、三七5份、青稞酒160份、蜂蜜220份、纯化水2100份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种具有舒缓筋骨疼痛的雪灵芝口服液的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）取1/2的雪灵芝以及椰子壳、诃子、鹿角、肉豆蔻、丁香、木香、当归、重楼、党参、虎杖、枸杞子、秦艽、川乌、石斛，清洗干净、去除杂质、烘干，浸泡在青稞酒中，密封，室温下28-45天，过滤，得到药酒；
（2）将取剩余1/2雪灵芝以及牛膝、甘草、黄芪、川芎、鸡血藤、藏红花、香附、茯苓、干姜、桃仁、生等、三七，加入10倍的水，循环提取4-6个小时，提取结束后，依次进行过滤、浓缩，得到中药浓缩液；
（3）将步骤（2）的浓缩液加入蜂蜜，调和均匀，得到混合浓缩液；
（4）将步骤（1）的药酒加入纯化水稀释，得到稀释药酒；
（5）将步骤（3）的混合浓缩液与步骤（4）的稀释药酒混合均匀，灌装到无菌玻璃瓶中即可。
