中医认为，肺炎属中医“风温”、“咳嗽”、“肺热病”等范畴。肺炎的病因常发生于劳倦过度，醉后当风等人体正气不足，表卫不固之时，感受风热之邪或风寒之邪，入里化热所致。病理变化为正气不足，表卫不固，不能御邪于外，邪伤肺卫，风邪束表，卫气郁闭，而见恶寒发热；肺气壅闭，失于宣达而咳嗽；肺不布津，聚而为痰，伤于寒邪则为白稀痰，伤于热邪或寒邪化热则见白黏痰或黄痰。邪气阻滞肺络，可致胸痛，邪热内盛.灼伤肺络，可见咯血。若邪气过盛，正不胜邪，邪气入里，内传营血，甚则邪热内陷，逆传心包，可致真阴欲竭，阳气虚脱。

实施例 5
一种治疗肺炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：桔梗25g，桑叶12g，蒲公英18g，麻黄8g，大青叶18g，芦根12g，佩兰13g，鱼腥草12g，满天星18g，板蓝根12g，杏仁13g，马兜铃12g，百合18g，浙贝母8g，厚朴18g，黄芪12g，三叶青13g，穿心莲12g，茯苓18g，前胡8g，瓜蒌18g，太子参12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗肺炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例68例，其中男37例，女31例，年龄17～70岁。
二、临床诊断：
1、起病急，有寒战、发热、胸痛、咳嗽、咳痰，出现脓性痰或血痰等症状；
2、血常规可以显示白细胞增多，中性粒细胞比例增高和核左移现象；
3、X 线检查：一例或两侧肺野炎性浸润阴影；
4、支气管分泌物培养判定细菌种类，如肺炎球菌、链球菌或金黄色葡萄球菌等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：体温正常，症状和异常体征消失，血象恢复正常，胸部X线检查病变吸收；
2、好转：体温正常，症状明显减轻，X线检查肺部病变有吸收好转；
3、未愈：临床体征无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，治愈46例，好转16例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：梁某，男，19岁。就诊自述：突然寒战，继而出现高热，体温最高有39℃，伴头痛、全身肌肉酸痛，有腹痛感，排除急腹症后确诊为下叶肺炎；有痰咳不出，咳喘现象。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，咳喘现象显著减轻，高热消失；继续服用2个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：王某，女，69岁，就诊自述：持续低热、咳嗽、气短，服用感冒冲剂两个周后未有见效；咳嗽或深呼吸时胸部灼疼，痛至后肩。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，咳嗽、气短症状显著减轻，咳嗽频率降低，低热消失，胸腔灼热感消失；续服2个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗肺炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桔梗10-30份，桑叶10-20份，蒲公英10-20份，麻黄5-15份，大青叶10-20份，芦根10-20份，佩兰5-15份，鱼腥草10-20份，满天星10-20份，板蓝根10-20份，杏仁5-15份，马兜铃10-20份，百合10-20份，浙贝母5-15份，厚朴10-20份，黄芪10-20份，三叶青5-15份，穿心莲10-20份，茯苓10-20份，前胡5-15份，瓜蒌10-20份，太子参10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肺炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桔梗20份，桑叶15份，蒲公英15份，麻黄10份，大青叶15份，芦根15份，佩兰10份，鱼腥草15份，满天星15份，板蓝根15份，杏仁10份，马兜铃15份，百合15份，浙贝母10份，厚朴15份，黄芪15份，三叶青10份，穿心莲15份，茯苓15份，前胡10份，瓜蒌15份，太子参15份，甘草10份。
