本发明公开了一种陶瓷钢材料,所述陶瓷钢材料包括陶瓷相和金属相,所述陶瓷相为Fe、Co、Ni以及IVB、VB和VIB族第四、五、六周期的金属元素中任何一种或多种金属元素的硼化物;所述金属相为Mo和Fe、Co、Ni中的一种或多种元素组成的合金。本发明的陶瓷钢材料具有高硬度、耐磨、耐腐蚀和耐高温的特点,可用于制作刀具、切割工具,以及各种耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温材料及其组成的各种结构件,而且陶瓷钢材料与钢铁等金属材料具有良好的焊接性能,能更好的满足人们在日常生活中的需要,以及运用在工业、农业、机械加工及医疗器械等领域。此外,本发明还提供了一种陶瓷钢材料的制备方法。
