本发明公开了的一种柔性复合导体电缆,包括中心的铝导体,在铝导体外设有弹性保护体,在弹性保护体外依次设有厚度为4‑6mm的绝缘层、厚度为4‑6mm的导体屏蔽层以及厚度为2‑4mm的陶瓷纤维层;在陶瓷纤维层外设有金属铠装层,在金属铠装层外设有镀锌管,在镀锌管外设有厚度为3‑5mm的外护套;所述的金属铠装层由4块大小相同的瓦楞型铜体铠装块构成,其中的3块铜体铠装块内设有铜导体,1块铜体铠装块地线。本发明具有良好抗冲击和抗疲劳性能、低温柔韧性、高弹性、耐老化、抗撕拉、重量轻、成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,尤其是指一种柔性复合导体电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的 提高,比如在航空、发电、冶金、化工等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的电力传输能力,耐高温,抗撕拉,耐酸碱腐蚀以及屏蔽性能方面的要求都特别高,只有符合要求,才能提高这些领域内生产制造时的安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种耐高温、抗冲击、抗疲劳性能、低温柔韧性,高弹性、耐老化,抗撕拉、防腐蚀的复合导体电缆。
本发明所述的一种柔性复合导体电缆,包括中心的铝导体,在铝导体外设有弹性保护体,在弹性保护体外依次设有厚度为4-6mm的绝缘层、厚度为4-6mm 的导体屏蔽层以及厚度为2-4mm 的陶瓷纤维层;在陶瓷纤维层外设有金属铠装层,在金属铠装层外设有镀锌管,在镀锌管外设有厚度为3-5mm的外护套;所述的金属铠装层由4块大小相同的瓦楞型铜体铠装块构成,其中的3块铜体铠装块内设有铜导体,1块铜体铠装块地线。
进一步改进,所述的弹性保护体由两个半圆环形结构的TPE热塑性弹性体对拼而成。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层为丁晴绝缘层。
进一步改进,所述的外护套为聚乙烯外护套。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的采用铜铝复合导体结构,可兼顾电缆的高导电、高阻燃、无毒环保等性能,还可有效节约铜资源,降低电缆成本;其导体接触电阻小,机械强度高,电缆燃烧时透光率高,电缆导电性能、阻燃环保性能和耐电化腐蚀性能优异,价格合理,寿命长,且重量轻,方便运输及安装,降低了运输和安装成本;
2、弹性保护体由两个半圆环形结构的TPE热塑性弹性体组成,不仅保护了铝导体不被挤压和折断,还使得电缆具有良好抗冲击和抗疲劳性能、低温柔韧性,高弹性、耐老化,抗撕拉;
3、本发明设有陶瓷纤维层,不仅使得电缆具有重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好、导热率低、比热小及耐机械震动,还具有抗熔触铝,锌等有色金属侵蚀能力;
4、铜导体设置在铠装层内,更好的保护了铜导体,使得电缆的稳定性更好;
5、在铠装层外设有镀锌管,不仅更好的保护了铜导体,还使得电缆具有防腐性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种柔性复合导体电缆,包括中心的铝导体1,为了保护铝导体不被挤压和破坏,在铝导体外设有弹性保护体2,在弹性保护体2外依次设有厚度为4-6mm的绝缘层3、厚度为4-6mm 的导体屏蔽层4以及厚度为2-4mm 的陶瓷纤维层5;在陶瓷纤维层5外设有金属铠装层6,在金属铠装层6外设有镀锌管7,在镀锌管外设有厚度为3-5mm的外护套8;
所述的金属铠装层6由4块大小相同的瓦楞型铜体铠装块61构成,其中的3块铜体铠装块内设有铜导体9,1块铜体铠装块地线10。
所述的弹性保护体2由两个半圆环形结构的TPE热塑性弹性体21对拼而成,对拼时中间所形成的圆形孔的内径与铝导体的外径相同,不仅保护了铝导体不被挤压和折断,还使得电缆具有良好抗冲击和抗疲劳性能、低温柔韧性,高弹性、耐老化。
本发明提供了一种柔性复合导体电缆的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部份均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种柔性复合导体电缆,其特征在于:包括中心的铝导体,在铝导体外设有弹性保护体,在弹性保护体外依次设有厚度为4-6mm的绝缘层、厚度为4-6mm 的导体屏蔽层以及厚度为2-4mm 的陶瓷纤维层;在陶瓷纤维层外设有金属铠装层,在金属铠装层外设有镀锌管,在镀锌管外设有厚度为3-5mm的外护套;所述的金属铠装层由4块大小相同的瓦楞型铜体铠装块构成,其中的3块铜体铠装块内设有铜导体,1块铜体铠装块地线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性复合导体电缆,其特征在于:所述的弹性保护体由两个半圆环形结构的TPE热塑性弹性体对拼而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性复合导体电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层为丁晴绝缘层。
