本发明公开了一种乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆,它是由两种导体以及八层外保护层组成。八层外保护层由内而外依次为铝塑铜带复合包带层、内乙丙橡胶绝缘层、铝塑镍带复合铠装层、外乙丙橡胶绝缘层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜带屏蔽层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层,所述铝塑铜带复合包带层设置为电缆的中心层,两种导体分别为镀银退火铝导体以及镀锌退火铜导体,所述镀银退火铝导体设置有十四根,所述镀锌退火铜导体设置有二十二根。该种电缆绝缘效果好,防辐射,耐高温,重量轻,转移方便,适合电机设备上的使用。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆。
背景技术
电缆是一种导电媒介,被各个领域广泛使用,它通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,不过电缆的内部导体以及外保护层结构多种多样,组合不一。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种绝缘效果好,防辐射,耐高温,重量轻的乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆,它是由两种导体以及八层外保护层组成,八层外保护层由内而外依次为铝塑铜带复合包带层、内乙丙橡胶绝缘层、铝塑镍带复合铠装层、外乙丙橡胶绝缘层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜带屏蔽层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层,所述铝塑铜带复合包带层设置为电缆的中心层,两种导体分别为镀银退火铝导体以及镀锌退火铜导体,所述镀银退火铝导体设置有十四根,所述镀锌退火铜导体设置有二十二根,其中八根镀银退火铝导体挤包在内乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及铝塑镍带复合铠装层之间,另外六根镀银退火铝导体以及其中六根镀锌退火铜导体间隔均匀挤包在外乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及非磁性金属铠装层之间,其中十二根镀锌退火铜导体均匀挤包在铝塑镍带复合铠装层以及外乙丙橡胶绝缘层之间,另四根镀锌退火铜导体挤包在铝塑铜带复合包带层以及内乙丙橡胶绝缘层之间,所述铜带屏蔽层以及钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层之间均匀挤包两根镀锌抗拉钢丝。
所述镀银退火铝导体的横截面直径长为0.80㎜,所述镀锌退火铜导体横截面直径长为0.35㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆绝缘效果好,防辐射,耐高温,重量轻,转移方便,适合电机设备上的使用。

如图1所示,一种乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆,它是由两种导体以及八层外保护层组成,八层外保护层由内而外依次为铝塑铜带复合包带层3、内乙丙橡胶绝缘层4、铝塑镍带复合铠装层5、外乙丙橡胶绝缘层6、非磁性金属铠装层7、铜带屏蔽层8、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层9以及钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层10,所述铝塑铜带复合包带层3设置为电缆的中心层,两种导体分别为镀银退火铝导体1以及镀锌退火铜导体2,所述镀银退火铝导体1设置有十四根,所述镀锌退火铜导体2设置有二十二根,其中八根镀银退火铝导体1挤包在内乙丙橡胶绝缘层4以及铝塑镍带复合铠装层5之间,另外六根镀银退火铝导体1以及其中六根镀锌退火铜导体2间隔均匀挤包在外乙丙橡胶绝缘层6以及非磁性金属铠装层7之间,其中十二根镀锌退火铜导体2均匀挤包在铝塑镍带复合铠装层5以及外乙丙橡胶绝缘层6之间,另四根镀锌退火铜导体2挤包在铝塑铜带复合包带层3以及内乙丙橡胶绝缘层4之间。
具体实施方式:所述铜带屏蔽层8以及钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层9之间均匀挤包两根镀锌抗拉钢丝11。
所述镀银退火铝导体1的横截面直径长为0.80㎜,所述镀锌退火铜导体2横截面直径长为0.35㎜。
进一步的,所述铝塑铜带复合包带层3之外包裹一层内乙丙橡胶绝缘层4,所述内乙丙橡胶绝缘层4之外包裹一层铝塑镍带复合铠装层5,所述铝塑镍带复合铠装层5之外包裹一层外乙丙橡胶绝缘层6,所述外乙丙橡胶绝缘层6之外包裹一层非磁性金属铠装层7,所述非磁性金属铠装层7之外包裹一层铜带屏蔽层8,所述铜带屏蔽层8之外包裹一层钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层9,所述钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层9之外包裹一层钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层10。

1.一种乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆,它是由两种导体以及八层外保护层组成,其特征在于:八层外保护层由内而外依次为铝塑铜带复合包带层、内乙丙橡胶绝缘层、铝塑镍带复合铠装层、外乙丙橡胶绝缘层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜带屏蔽层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及钢带铠装聚乙烯护套层,所述铝塑铜带复合包带层设置为电缆的中心层,两种导体分别为镀银退火铝导体以及镀锌退火铜导体,所述镀银退火铝导体设置有十四根,所述镀锌退火铜导体设置有二十二根,其中八根镀银退火铝导体挤包在内乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及铝塑镍带复合铠装层之间,另外六根镀银退火铝导体以及其中六根镀锌退火铜导体间隔均匀挤包在外乙丙橡胶绝缘层以及非磁性金属铠装层之间,其中十二根镀锌退火铜导体均匀挤包在铝塑镍带复合铠装层以及外乙丙橡胶绝缘层之间,另四根镀锌退火铜导体挤包在铝塑铜带复合包带层以及内乙丙橡胶绝缘层之间,所述铜带屏蔽层以及钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层之间均匀挤包两根镀锌抗拉钢丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙丙橡胶绝缘及钢带铠装线缆,其特征在于:所述镀银退火铝导体的横截面直径长为0.80㎜,所述镀锌退火铜导体横截面直径长为0.35㎜。
