本发明涉及一种电力电缆,尤其涉及一种矿物绝缘电力电缆。
背景技术
电缆对于在防爆、防水性能要求较高的场合在发生特变的情况下能正常传输电能是极为重要的,由于本质安全防爆电路集散系统和自动化检测控制系统使用场合特殊,这就要求电缆必须具有阻防水防爆和抗干扰性能,否则达不到使用要求将使设备产生误动作或引发火灾爆炸,给国家和人民的生命财产造成重大损失。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、生产成本低、使用寿命长、耐火阻燃、耐腐蚀的矿物绝缘电力电缆。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的电力电缆包括三根绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯包括圆形铜绞线,所述的圆形铜绞线外设置绝缘层,所述的绝缘层外设置内护套构成绝缘线芯,所述的三根绝缘线芯之间填充有隔热料,所述的三根绝缘线芯与隔热料外挤包金属铠装层,所述的金属铠装层外设置外护套。

所述的内护套为高分子材料保护层。
所述的隔热料为无卤矿物隔热材料。
所述的金属铠装层为全封闭式铝合金薄片套。
所述的外护套为复合塑料护套。
本发明结构简单、生产成本低、使用寿命长、耐火阻燃、耐腐蚀。
