本发明公开了一种新型恒流源,包括芯片以及设置于芯片周围的外围电路,所述外围电路上设有若干串联的标定电阻,所述标定电阻与芯片之间设有若干串联的补偿电阻,补偿电阻的两端可短接以使电流全部通过补偿电阻,通过设置补偿电阻,输出电流范围可调,使LED显示屏保持与起初同等的亮度,提高产品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型恒流源,适用于LED显示屏。
背景技术
在大城市,户外传统媒体正在逐步被户外视频,户外LED等新形态所取代。数据显示,户外广告的增长主要是来自户外视频,户外LED,户外LCD,户外电子阅报栏,户外触摸查询机。公交移动电视2007年较2006年增长超过200%,户外LED增速也很惊人,达到148%。在美国户外广告市场中,户外视频、LED占据了绝大份额。
户外显示屏以及室内显示多媒体屏使用过一段时间后,由于光衰,屏幕的亮度比起初时低,导致看不清屏幕。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种应用于户外显示屏或室内多媒体,能减少光衰,保持显示屏稳定的亮度的新型恒流源。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种新型恒流源,包括芯片以及设置于芯片周围的外围电路,所述外围电路上设有若干串联的标定电阻,所述标定电阻与芯片之间设有若干串联的补偿电阻,补偿电阻的两端可短接以使电流全部通过补偿电阻。
进一步的,所述每一个补偿电阻的电阻值相等或者不相等。
进一步的,所述标定电阻和补偿电阻均为热敏电阻。
本发明的有益效果是:
适用于5寸至24寸LED显示屏,本产品采用先进的设计理念,通过设置补偿电阻,当显示多媒体使用过一段时间后,LED显示屏变暗,此时将其中一个或若干个补偿电阻短接,使整个电路总电阻减小,电流增大,则LED显示屏变亮。灵活方便的电流调整设计,输出电流范围可调60mA-580mA,使LED显示屏保持与起初同等的亮度,提高产品的使用寿命。

根据图1,一种新型恒流源,包括芯片3以及设置于芯片3周围的外围电路,所述外围电路上设有若干串联的标定电阻1,所述标定电阻1与芯片3之间设有若干串联的补偿电阻2,补偿电阻2的两端可短接以使电流全部通过补偿电阻2。
进一步的,所述每一个补偿电阻的电阻值相等或者不相等。
进一步的,所述标定电阻和补偿电阻均为热敏电阻。

1.一种新型恒流源,其特征在于,包括芯片以及设置于芯片周围的外围电路,所述外围电路上设有若干串联的标定电阻,所述标定电阻与芯片之间设有若干串联的补偿电阻,补偿电阻的两端可短接以使电流全部通过补偿电阻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型恒流源,其特征在于,所述每一个补偿电阻的电阻值相等或者不相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型恒流源,其特征在于,所述标定电阻和补偿电阻均为热敏电阻。
