- Planar Illumination Modules (AREA)
Abstract
本发明提供了一种背光模块,其包括:背板(210);与背板(210)相对设置的扩散板(240);阵列排布在所述背板(210)的朝向所述扩散板(240)的表面上的多个点光源(220);设置于所述点光源(220)之间的热辐射源(230);以及设置于所述扩散板(240)的背向所述背板(210)的表面上的光学膜片(250)。本发明还提供了一种液晶面板及液晶显示器。本发明的背光模块能够向液晶面板辐射红外光线,而液晶面板中的液晶能够将红外光线转换为热能,并将吸收的红外线转化成热能,从而使其自身受热。这样,在低温环境下,液晶显示器也能够正常显示工作。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种背光模块、液晶面板及液晶显示器。
背景技术
随着光电与半导体技术的演进,也带动了平板显示器(Flat Panel Display)的蓬勃发展,而在诸多平板显示器中,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)因具有高空间利用效率、低消耗功率、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等诸多优越特性,已被应用于生产生活的各个方面。
液晶显示器通常包括相对设置的液晶面板和背光模块,其中,背光模块提供均匀的显示光源给液晶面板,以使液晶面板显示影像。液晶面板通常包括对盒设置的彩膜基板和薄膜晶体管阵列基板以及夹设于二者之间的液晶层,其中,液晶层中具有液晶。液晶是一种对温度比较敏感的物质,在温度过低时,液晶材料会变得粘滞,甚至失去液晶态而变成晶体,从而导致液晶面板无法正常显示。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种能够自加热的背光模块、液晶面板及液晶显示器。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种背光模块,其包括:背板;与背板相对设置的扩散板;阵列排布在所述背板的朝向所述扩散板的表面上的多个点光源;设置于所述点光源之间的热辐射源;以及设置于所述扩散板的背向所述背板的表面上的光学膜片。
可选地,在每相邻的两个点光源之间设置一个热辐射源。
可选地,所述点光源为可见光发光二极管,所述热辐射源为红外发光二极管。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种液晶显示器,包括相对设置的液晶面板和背光模块,所述背光模块包括:与所述液晶面板相对设置的背板;设置于所述背板与所述液晶面板之间的扩散板;阵列排布在所述背板的朝向所述扩散板的表面上的多个点光源;设置于所述点光源之间的热辐射源;以及设置于所述扩散板的背向所述背板的表面上的光学膜片。
可选地,所述液晶显示器还包括:贴合于所述液晶面板朝向所述背光模块的表面上的第一红外单向反射膜;所述第一红外单向反射膜朝向所述背光模块的表面为第一表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜贴合于所述液晶面板的表面为第二表面,其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第一表面到所述第二表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第一表面和所述第二表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第二表面到所述第一表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第一表面或所述第二表面反射。
可选地,所述液晶显示器还包括:贴合于所述液晶面板背向所述背光模块的表面上的第二红外单向反射膜;所述第二红外单向反射膜背向所述背光模块的表面为第三表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜贴合于所述液晶面板的表面为第四表面,其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第三表面到所述第四表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第三表面和所述第四表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第四表面到所述第三表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第三表面或所述第四表面反射。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种液晶面板,包括对盒设置的彩膜基板和阵列基板、设置于所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板之间的液晶层以及贴合于所述阵列基板的背向所述彩膜基板的表面上的第一红外单向反射膜;所述第一红外单向反射膜背向所述阵列基板的表面为第一表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜贴合于所述阵列基板的表面为第二表面,其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第一表面到所述第二表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第一表面和所述第二表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第二表面到所述第一表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第一表面或所述第二表面反射。
可选地,所述液晶面板还包括:贴合于所述彩膜基板的背向所述阵列基板的表面上的第二红外单向反射膜;所述第二红外单向反射膜背向所述彩膜基板的表面为第三表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜贴合于所述彩膜基板的表面为第四表面,其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第三表面到所述第四表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第三表面和所述第四表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第四表面到所述第三表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第三表面或所述第四表面反射。
本发明的背光模块能够向液晶面板辐射红外光线,而液晶面板中的液晶能够将红外光线转换为热能,并将吸收的红外线转化成热能,从而使其自身受热。这样,在低温环境下,液晶显示器也能够正常显示工作。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。相同的标号在附图中始终表示相同的元件。
将理解的是,尽管在这里可使用术语第一、第二、第三、第四等来描述各种元件,但是这些元件不应受这些术语的限制。这些术语仅是用来将一个元件与另一个元件区分开来,并不必须暗示一定的顺序。因此,在不脱离本发明的教导的情况下,一些实施例中的第一元件可在其他实施例中被命名为第二元件。这里解释并示出的本发明构思的多方面的实施例包括它们的补充相对物。
图1是根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器的结构示意图。
参照图1,根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器包括:液晶面板100和背光模块200。背光模块200提供均匀的面光源给液晶面板100,以使液晶面板100借由背光模块提供的均匀的面光源显示影像。
图2是根据本发明的实施例的点光源和热辐射源在背板上的排布示意图。
参照图1根据本发明的实施例的背光模块200包括:背板210、多个点光源220、多个热辐射源230、扩散板240、光学膜片250。需要说明的是,图1仅示出了背光模块200主要的一些光学部件,背光模块200并不仅仅具有这些光学部件,其还可以包括用于固定扩散板240、光学膜片250的固定组件以及其他必要的光学部件。
具体地,背板210与扩散板240相对设置。多个点光源220以矩阵排布的方式阵列排布在背板210的朝向扩散板240的表面上。每相邻的两个点光源220之间具有间隔。在本实施例中,优选地,参照图2,在每相邻的两个点光源220之间设置一个热辐射源230,但本发明并不限制于此。热辐射源230能够辐射特定波长的红外光线。光学膜片250设置在扩散板240的背向背板210的表面上。
扩散板240用于将点光源220发出的可见光线和热辐射源230发出的红外光线均匀扩散。光学膜片250用于改善由扩散板240均匀扩散后的可见光线和红外光线的光学品质。
在本实施例中,优选地,点光源220为可见光发光二极管(LED),热辐射源230为红外发光二极管,但本发明并不限制于此。
由于液晶对特定波长的红外光线有较大的吸收率,因此根据本发明的实施例,背光模块200能够向液晶面板100辐射红外光线,而液晶面板100中的液晶能够将红外光线转换为热能,并将吸收的红外线转化成热能,从而使其自身受热。这样,在低温环境下,液晶显示器也能够正常显示工作。
继续参照图1,液晶面板100包括对盒设置的彩膜基板(即CF基板)110和薄膜晶体管阵列基板(即Array基板)120以及设置于彩膜基板110与薄膜晶体管阵列基板120之间的液晶层130,其中,液晶层130中具有液晶。
进一步地,在薄膜晶体管阵列基板120的背向彩膜基板110的表面上设置一第一红外单向反射膜140,并且在彩膜基板110的背向薄膜晶体管阵列基板120的表面上设置一第二红外单向反射膜150。当然,在第一红外单向反射膜140背向薄膜晶体管阵列基板120的表面上还可以设置第一偏光片(未示出),并且在第二红外单向反射膜150背向彩膜基板110的表面上还可以设置第二偏光片(未示出)。
需要说明的是,作为本发明的其他实施方式,可以仅设置第一红外单向反射膜140或仅设置第二红外单向反射膜150。以下对红外单向反射膜的原理进行说明。
图3是根据本发明的实施例的红外单向反射膜的原理图。
参照图3,“箭头”表示红外光线的传播路径。在图3中,将红外单向反射膜的上表面设定为A表面,并将红外单向反射膜的下表面设定为B表面。当红外光线沿着从B表面到A表面的方向入射时,红外光线能够依次穿过B表面到A表面;当红外光线沿着从A表面到B表面的方向入射时,红外光线被A表面或B表面反射。
在本实施例中,继续参照图1,将第一红外单向反射膜140的A表面贴合在薄膜晶体管阵列基板120的背向彩膜基板110的表面上,这样,第一红外单向反射膜140的B表面朝向背光模块200或背向薄膜晶体管阵列基板120。将第二红外单向反射膜150的A表面贴合在彩膜基板110的背向薄膜晶体管阵列基板120的表面上,这样,第二红外单向反射膜150的B表面背向背光模块200或背向彩膜基板110。
如此,进入液晶面板100中的红外光线能够在第一红外单向反射膜140和第二红外单向反射膜150之间反复被反射,红外光线能够最大量地被液晶吸收。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种液晶显示器,包括相对设置的液晶面板(100)和背光模块(200),其特征在于,所述背光模块(200)包括:
与所述液晶面板(100)相对设置的背板(210);
设置于所述背板(210)与所述液晶面板(100)之间的扩散板(240);
阵列排布在所述背板(210)的朝向所述扩散板(240)的表面上的多个点光源(220);
设置于所述点光源(220)之间的热辐射源(230);
设置于所述扩散板(240)的背向所述背板(210)的表面上的光学膜片(250);以及
贴合于所述液晶面板(100)背向所述背光模块(200)的表面上的第二红外单向反射膜(150);所述第二红外单向反射膜(150)背向所述背光模块(200)的表面为第三表面,所述第二红外单向反射膜(150)贴合于所述液晶面板(100)的表面为第四表面,其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第三表面到所述第四表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第三表面和所述第四表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第四表面到所述第三表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第三表面或所述第四表面反射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器还包括:贴合于所述液晶面板(100)朝向所述背光模块(200)的表面上的第一红外单向反射膜(140);所述第一红外单向反射膜(140)朝向所述背光模块(200)的表面为第一表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜(140)贴合于所述液晶面板(100)的表面为第二表面,
其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第一表面到所述第二表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第一表面和所述第二表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第二表面到所述第一表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第一表面或所述第二表面反射。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,在每相邻的两个点光源(220)之间设置一个热辐射源(230)。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述点光源(220)为可见光发光二极管,所述热辐射源(230)为红外发光二极管。
5.一种用于液晶显示器的液晶面板,包括对盒设置的彩膜基板(110)和阵列基板(120)以及设置于所述彩膜基板(110)和所述阵列基板(120)之间的液晶层(130),其特征在于,所述彩膜基板(110)和具有热辐射源的背光模块相对设置,所述阵列基板(120)设置于所述彩膜基板(110)和所述背光模块之间,所述液晶面板还包括:贴合于所述彩膜基板(110)的背向所述阵列基板(120)的表面上的第二红外单向反射膜(150);所述第二红外单向反射膜(150)背向所述彩膜基板(110)的表面为第三表面,所述第二红外单向反射膜(150)贴合于所述彩膜基板(110)的表面为第四表面,
其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第三表面到所述第四表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第三表面和所述第四表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第四表面到所述第三表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第三表面或所述第四表面反射。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述液晶面板还包括:
贴合于所述阵列基板(120)的背向所述彩膜基板(110)的表面上的第一红外单向反射膜(140);所述第一红外单向反射膜(140)背向所述阵列基板(120)的表面为第一表面,所述第一红外单向反射膜(140)贴合于所述阵列基板(120)的表面为第二表面,
其中,当红外光线沿着从所述第一表面到所述第二表面的方向出射时,红外光线能够依次穿过所述第一表面和所述第二表面;当红外光线沿着从所述第二表面到所述第一表面的方向出射时,红外光线被所述第一表面或所述第二表面反射。
