技术领域
本发明涉及木塑地板领域,尤其是一种可提高产品耐温性能的耐高温变形木塑地板。
背景技术
木塑地板因其易打理耐使用而被广泛应用,尤其是在大型商场、办公楼及公共场所。普通木塑地板在温度达到50℃以上时往往会出现翘曲、拱起等形变,而且该形变不可逆转,严重限制了木塑地板的使用环境和使用效果,带给客户不良的产品体验。对该产品进行升级开发,提高产品耐高温形变性能是指的探索的一个问题,具有极其重要的市场价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种耐高温变形木塑地板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是耐高温变形木塑地板,依次包括表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层,所述表皮层与所述发泡基材层固定连接,所述平衡层与所述发泡基材层固定连接,其中,所述表皮层各组分的重量份配比为:
碳酸钙:300-360份;
PVC:85-150份;
DOTP:20-50份;
稳定剂:0-5份。
于本发明一实施例中,所述碳酸钙、PVC、DOTP、稳定剂的重量配比为360:100:42:2。
于本发明一实施例中,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为0.1-1.5:1:0-1.5。所述平衡层的材料为软木。
于本发明一实施例中,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为1:3:1。
于本发明一实施例中,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度依次为1.5mm、4.5mm、1.5mm。所述发泡基材层的密度大于或等于0.95g/cm3。
于本发明一实施例中,所述发泡基材层包括PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙、木粉、碳黑、稳定剂、增塑剂、发泡剂。
于本发明一实施例中,所述PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙、木粉、色料、稳定剂、增塑剂、发泡剂的重量比为100:120:5-8:0.5-0.6:4-4.5:0.5-2:4.5-5。

于本发明一实施例中,所述表皮层表面从下向上还依次设置有装饰层、耐磨层和UV层。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
新研发的耐高温变形木塑地板的表皮层配方,使得表皮层在高于80℃的情况下仍可不出现翘曲、拱起等形变,翘曲≤0.2mm,耐温形变性能远大于现有的。同时表皮层、发泡基材层及平衡层厚度的设置,以软木作为平衡层,使得产品的三层材料能达到一个加热收缩平衡的状态,确保产品在80℃高温的情况下,翘曲≤0.02mm。此外,调整后的发泡基材层配方,使得产品的密度由0.8g/cm3提高到0.95g/cm3左右,进一步提高该层材料的耐高温性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
耐高温变形木塑地板,依次包括表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层,所述表皮层与所述发泡基材层固定连接,所述平衡层与所述发泡基材层固定连接。所述表皮层包括碳酸钙、PVC、DOTP、稳定剂,其重量配比为360:100:42:2。所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为1:3:1,具体厚度为表皮层1.5mm、发泡基材层4.5mm、平衡层1.5mm,所述平衡层的材料为软木。通过调整表皮层、发泡基材层及平衡层的厚度设置,及以软木作为平衡层,使得组成产品的三层材料能达到一个加热收缩平衡的状态,在该平衡状态下可以确保产品在80℃高温的情况下,表皮层不出现翘曲、拱起等形变,其翘曲≤0.02mm,耐温形变性能大大提高。
另外,将重量比为100:120:5:0.5:4:0.5:4.7的PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙、木粉、色料、稳定剂、增塑剂、发泡剂调配成发泡基材层,再将发泡基材层与软木层通过胶水贴合,然后再将贴合好的产品与表皮层贴合。表皮层在进行贴之前,其表面依次涂覆有装饰层、耐磨层和UV层。调整发泡基材层的配方,使得其密度大于或等于0.95g/cm3,以提高该层材料的耐高温性能。
实施例2
耐高温变形木塑地板,依次包括表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层,所述各层之间通过粘合剂粘接。所述表皮层包括碳酸钙、PVC、DOTP、稳定剂,其重量配比为310:120:50:2。所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的具体厚度为表皮层1.4mm、发泡基材层4.5mm、平衡层1.2mm,所述平衡层的材料为软木。
将重量比为100:120:8:0.55:4:1:4.5的PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙、木粉、色料、稳定剂、增塑剂、发泡剂调配成发泡基材层,再将发泡基材层与软木层通过胶水贴合,然后再将贴合好的产品与表皮层贴合。表皮层在进行贴之前,其表面依次涂覆有装饰层、耐磨层和UV层。调整发泡基材层的配方,使得其密度为0.95g/cm3,以提高该层材料的耐高温性能。

耐高温变形木塑地板,依次包括表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层,所述表皮层包括碳酸钙、PVC、DOTP、稳定剂,其重量配比为340:90:40:1。所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为0.4:1:0.3,具体厚度为表皮层1.6mm、发泡基材层4mm、平衡层1.2mm,所述平衡层的材料为软木。
将重量比为100:120:5:0.5:4:0.5:4.7的PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙、木粉、色料、稳定剂、增塑剂、发泡剂调配成发泡基材层,再将发泡基材层与软木层通过胶水贴合,然后再将贴合好的产品与表皮层贴合。表皮层在进行贴之前,其表面依次涂覆有装饰层、耐磨层和UV层。
通过调整表皮层、发泡基材层及平衡层的厚度设置,调整发泡基材层的配方,使得其密度大于或等于0.95g/cm3小于或等于1g/cm3,以提高该层材料的耐高温性能,及以软木作为平衡层,使得组成产品的三层材料能达到一个加热收缩平衡的状态,在该平衡状态下可以确保产品在80℃高温的情况下,表皮层不出现翘曲、拱起等形变,其翘曲≤0.02mm,耐温形变性能大大提高。
上述各实施例中,所用软木的组分包括软木细粒、粉末、胶粘剂,经混合后压成胶结软木制品;其中软木细粒采自于橡树,其主要化学成分:软木脂45%,木质素27%,纤维素12%,丹宁酸6%,蜡状物5%,其他5%,其含水率为≤8%,且沸水煮两小时不散解。在生产过程中,其均采用硬度更小的胶辊,表面硬度约为24°对表皮层进行淋膜,以降低淋膜难度。

碳酸钙:300-360份;
PVC:85-150份;
DOTP:20-50份;
稳定剂:0-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐高温变形木塑地板,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙、PVC、DOTP、稳定剂的重量配比为360:100:42:2。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐高温变形木塑地板,其特征在于,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为0.1-1.5:1:0-1.5。
4.如权利要求3所述的耐高温变形木塑地板,其特征在于,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度比例为1:3:1。
5.如权利要求3所述的耐高温变形木塑地板,其特征在于,所述表皮层、发泡基材层、平衡层之间的厚度依次为1.5mm、4.5mm、1.5mm。
