彩钢发泡水泥夹芯板
技术领域:
本发明属于建筑墙体用夹芯板,是一种将金属薄板辊压成矩型闭合体,矩型闭合体板内有薄钢板筋与发泡水泥凝固胶结形成的墙体材料,且有防火、隔热、隔音、环保的功能。
背景技术:
在现有的技术中,金属压型板类的夹芯板均采用粘接,填充物有粘接不牢或者因受潮,老化脱落面堆集于夹芯空腔下端等不足。
发明内容:
针对现有的背景技术状况,本发明提供了一种无需粘接,将金属压型板的优点和发泡水泥优点相结合的技术方案。生产安装简单,固定钉不外露,且有防火、隔热、隔音、环保等功能的夹芯板,
本发明的技术方案是:利用金属薄板压型技术,将金属薄板辊压成所需墙材形状的矩型空腔体。矩型空腔体用咬合方式连接。矩型长边为面板和底板。面板和底板在滾型时滾冲压出长条状金属板筋,长条状金属板筋向腔内申展。长条状金属板筋与发泡水泥或者轻质混凝土在矩型空腔体内凝固胶结,成为本发明。矩型短边一边为凸条状,一边为凹槽状。咬合边突出于凹槽的底部,固定钉在咬合边上。凸条下端预留固定钉的空间。安装时凸条插入凹槽,固定钉不外露。凹槽处贴胶条,起密封作用。本发明的填充物为发泡水泥或者轻质混凝土,或者其它流质凝固后成固体的材料。矩型空腔体为金属薄板,金属镀膜板、金属涂层板、彩色薄钢板等材料。本发明设计合理,结构简单,外观整洁,用途广泛,生产安装方便。具有防火、隔热、隔音、环保、不渗水等优点。也为尾矿砂、粉煤灰等固体废料的利用提供了途径。
