Abstract
本发明属于轻化工程领域,尤其是涉及一种牛仔织物洗水助剂。本发明提供一种适用于洗水工艺的专用助剂,可以适应牛仔织物洗水工艺中,并能单独或配合其他洗水助剂使用,减少洗水机器损伤,保证织物洗水后柔软性,同时提高牛仔织物沾色色牢度。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,涉及织物染整工艺,尤其是牛仔织物的洗水工艺。
背景技术
牛仔织物一直以其特殊的“旧”效果而流行,为了达到这种独特的外观效果,生产商采用工业洗涤技术,采用各种洗水工艺来实现,包括有普通水洗(如退浆洗、漂洗、石洗、磨漂、酵素洗、酵素石洗、砂洗、化学洗和破坏洗等)和特殊水洗(如雪花洗、重漂、碧纹洗、套色、蜡洗和扎洗等)。这些洗水工艺可以使牛仔织物的手感、颜色发生变化,同时增加防皱、防污功能。归纳起来,洗水工艺主要采用化学方法、机械、生物酶等方式实现对牛仔织物的处理。
机械浮石水洗需要针对花度、布料的厚薄选择浮石大小和作用时间,但浮石对机器损伤较大。砂纸、砂轮、枪头等可以针对局部、多处进行机械处理,处理不当会出现断线等现象。为了延长机器寿命并缩短处理时间,生物酶尤其是纤维素酶处理可以部分或者全部取代机械和化学操作,甚至酶的应用获得了减少起毛起球的表面,以及更加平滑的手感。酶处理的一个重要问题是,沾色现象。这样的副作用会降低蓝经白纬的反差,而且会严重影响到织物的反面以及牛仔裤白色棉质内袋。化学洗中氯漂、氧漂、锰漂等利用强氧化剂直接将染料氧化,使织物产生褪色效果,但是如果化学剂过多或有残留会使织物发生损伤,出现严重损伤。

本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于牛仔织物洗水工艺的专用助剂,具体的技术方案为:
一种牛仔洗水助剂,其各组份按照重量百分比计算为:
上述牛仔洗水助剂的制备方法为常规混合,按重量百分比,将各组分混合均匀即可。
本发明所涉及的凹凸棒土颗粒大小为4目-150目。
本发明还提供了一种上述牛仔洗水助剂在洗水工艺中的应用,具体为:该牛仔洗水助剂在牛仔洗水工艺中可单独使用,或与其他洗水助剂混合使用,或在其他洗水工艺之后使用。 该牛仔洗水助剂可在牛仔洗水工艺时或者之后加入,用量为1~30g/L。
本发明的有益效果是,牛仔织物洗水工艺中单独使用本发明提供的洗水助剂可以实现洗水工艺的目的,并有特殊花纹效果。在与其他洗水工艺配合使用时还可以吸附酶洗后脱落的靛蓝染料,避免沾染;也可以避免化学洗中助剂过量现象。保证织物洗水后柔软性,同时提高牛仔织物沾色色牢度。
