本发明提出了一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:40%‑50%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,10%‑15%的钛白粉,1%‑2%的防冻剂,0.3%‑0.8%的消泡剂,0.1%‑0.15%的杀菌剂,0.1%‑0.15%的润湿剂,0.5%‑1%的成膜助剂,0.1%‑0.2%的纤维素增稠剂,0.1%‑0.4%的分散剂,1%‑1.5%的碱溶胀增稠剂,3%‑5%的空心玻璃微珠,5%‑8%的膨胀珍珠岩,2%‑5%的蛭石粉,3%‑5%的绢云母粉,5%‑8%的氧化锌、3%‑9%的氧化铝、1%‑5%的硫酸钡,其余为水,本品具有太阳反射率高、粘结力强、延伸率大、耐水性优、耐洗刷等众多性能,兼具隔热保温节能功能,使用本品的建筑物外墙,夏天室温下降2~4℃,空调整体节能20%以上;北方冬天节约30%热能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是涉及一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料。
背景技术
装饰防水隔热涂料是应用航天卫星隔热涂层的抗太阳辐射机理,运用纳米材料稳态复合体技术,在现有高分子防水材料基础上,自主开发的节能环保单组份水性涂料,并具备装饰、隔热、保温、防水、抗裂等最新功能的环保建筑涂料,现有的防水隔热涂料隔热和保温性能不好。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:40%-50%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,10%-15%的钛白粉,1%-2%的防冻剂,0.3%-0.8%的消泡剂,0.1%-0.15%的杀菌剂,0.1%-0.15%的润湿剂,0.5%-1%的成膜助剂,0.1%-0.2%的纤维素增稠剂,0.1%-0.4%的分散剂,1%-1.5%的碱溶胀增稠剂,3%-5%的空心玻璃微珠,5%-8%的膨胀珍珠岩,2%-5%的蛭石粉,3%-5%的绢云母粉,5%-8%的氧化锌、3%-9%的氧化铝、1%-5%的硫酸钡,其余为水。
优选的,所述空心玻璃微珠颗粒粒径在10微米-2000微米之间。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒粒径在0.1毫米-10毫米之间。
优选的,所述小粒径刚性乳液的颗粒粒径均在10纳米-200微米之间。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩为选自开放性球型、闭孔型球型、优化型、表面熔结型膨胀珍珠岩中的一种或多种的组合。
本发明提出的环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料有以下有益效果:本品具有太阳反射率高、粘结力强、延伸率大、耐水性优、耐洗刷等众多性能,适用建筑物外墙、薄体屋面及金属罐体外壳等结构,显著改善建筑物及金属表面热能向内部传递,起到明显隔热效果,同时兼备防水、保温,装饰之功能;本产品兼具隔热保温节能功能,使用本品的建筑物外墙,夏天室温下降2~4℃,空调整体节能20%以上;北方冬天节约30%热能。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,所述涂料的总重量为基准,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:40%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,10%的钛白粉,1%的防冻剂,0.3%的消泡剂,0.1%的杀菌剂,0.1%的润湿剂,0.5%的成膜助剂,0.1%的纤维素增稠剂,0.1%的分散剂,1%的碱溶胀增稠剂,3%的空心玻璃微珠,5%的膨胀珍珠岩,2%的蛭石粉,3%的绢云母粉,5%的氧化锌、3%的氧化铝、1%的硫酸钡,其余为水。
其中,所述空心玻璃微珠颗粒粒径在10微米,所述的膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒粒径在0.1毫米,所述小粒径刚性乳液的颗粒粒径均在10纳米,所述的膨胀珍珠岩为选自开放性球型、闭孔型球型。
实施例2
一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:45%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,14%的钛白粉,1%的防冻剂,0.5%的消泡剂,0.1%的杀菌剂,0.1%的润湿剂,0.6的成膜助剂,0.1的纤维素增稠剂,0.1%的分散剂,1.2%的碱溶胀增稠剂,4%的空心玻璃微珠,7%的膨胀珍珠岩,3%的蛭石粉,4%的绢云母粉,6%的氧化锌、7%的氧化铝、4%的硫酸钡,其余为水。
优选的,所述空心玻璃微珠颗粒粒径在1000微米。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒粒径在5毫米。
优选的,所述小粒径刚性乳液的颗粒粒径均在100微米。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩为选自表面熔结型膨胀珍珠岩。
实施例3
一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:50%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,15%的钛白粉,%的防冻剂,0.8%的消泡剂,0.15%的杀菌剂,0.15%的润湿剂,1%的成膜助剂,0.2%的纤维素增稠剂,0.4%的分散剂,1.5%的碱溶胀增稠剂,5%的空心玻璃微珠,8%的膨胀珍珠岩,5%的蛭石粉,5%的绢云母粉,8%的氧化锌、9%的氧化铝、5%的硫酸钡,其余为水。
优选的,所述空心玻璃微珠颗粒粒径在2000微米。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒粒径在10毫米。
优选的,所述小粒径刚性乳液的颗粒粒径均在200微米。
优选的,所述的膨胀珍珠岩为选自开放性球性、闭孔型球性、优化型、表面熔结型膨胀珍珠岩的组合。

1.一种环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料的总重量为基准,其由如下组分组成:40%-50%的小粒径刚性乳液和弹性丙烯酸乳液,10%-15%的钛白粉,1%-2%的防冻剂,0.3%-0.8%的消泡剂,0.1%-0.15%的杀菌剂,0.1%-0.15%的润湿剂,0.5%-1%的成膜助剂,0.1%-0.2%的纤维素增稠剂,0.1%-0.4%的分散剂,1%-1.5%的碱溶胀增稠剂,3%-5%的空心玻璃微珠,5%-8%的膨胀珍珠岩,2%-5%的蛭石粉,3%-5%的绢云母粉,5%-8%的氧化锌、3%-9%的氧化铝、1%-5%的硫酸钡,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述空心玻璃微珠颗粒粒径在10微米-2000微米之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述的膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒粒径在0.1毫米-10毫米之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述小粒径刚性乳液的颗粒粒径均在10纳米-200微米之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型多元共聚装饰、防水、隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述的膨胀珍珠岩为选自开放性球型、闭孔型球型、优化型、表面熔结型膨胀珍珠岩中的一种或多种的组合。
