技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料及其制作方法,具体涉及一种无网纹内打广告喷绘材料。
背景技术
篷盖材料是产业用纺织品的大类,应该范围广,主要用于工厂、车站、堆货场地等地方。随着国民经济的不断发展,货物运输时的增加 ,游览区的开发和美化现在都市建筑等,篷盖材料的需求呈不断增长的趋势。近几年来我国篷盖材料的开发应用虽取得了不少进步,但均只满足了遮盖、帐篷等需求。由于篷盖材料一般在户外使用,经历风吹、日晒和雨淋,老化现象比较严重,因此对如何提高篷盖材料的强度和剥离强度还需进行深入研究,突破篷盖材料只是以遮盖为主的概念,不断向新的市场领域扩展。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无网纹内打广告喷绘材料,产品无网纹、无疵点、强度高、耐剥离和耐老化,使用寿命长。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无网纹内打广告喷绘材料,所述高强耐剥离热贴复合篷盖材料包括基布层及上下共挤成型的上膜层和底膜层,所述上膜层和底膜层原料组份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂DINP 50~60份、纳米钙粉1~2份、锌钡稳定剂1~3份、辅助增塑剂大豆蛋白2~3份、抗静电剂1~2份和抗紫外吸收剂0.5~1份。
作为一种优选,所述基布层选用500D高强涤纶工业丝织造,基布密度为28×28根/英寸。
本发明生产时贴合压力增加10%度高,以上,以确保布面平整和保证贴合强度。
本发明的有益效果是:在上膜层和底膜层内添加纳米钙粉和锌钡稳定剂,能提高材料的尺寸稳定性,增强强产品的综合物理性能。基布层选用500D高强涤纶工业丝织造,高强纱的条干均匀,能保证布面平整。产品整体无网纹、无疵点、强度高、耐剥离和耐老化,使用寿命长。

例1:如附图1所示,一种无网纹内打广告喷绘材料,所述高强耐剥离热贴复合篷盖材料包括基布层1及上下共挤成型的上膜层2和底膜层3,所述上膜层2和底膜层3原料组份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂DINP 50份、纳米钙粉1份、锌钡稳定剂1份、辅助增塑剂大豆蛋白2份、抗静电剂1份和抗紫外吸收剂0.5份。所述基布层选用500D高强涤纶工业丝织造,基布密度为28×28根/英寸。

1.一种无网纹内打广告喷绘材料,其特征在于:所述高强耐剥离热贴复合篷盖材料包括基布层(1)及上下共挤成型的上膜层(2)和底膜层(3),所述上膜层(2)和底膜层(3)原料组份为:PVC树脂粉100份、增塑剂DINP 50~60份、纳米钙粉1~2份、锌钡稳定剂1~3份、辅助增塑剂大豆蛋白2~3份、抗静电剂1~2份和抗紫外吸收剂0.5~1份。
