本发明涉及塑料制品加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构。
背景技术:
现有的塑料桶的外壁在进行喷涂时,需要人工进行涂抹,而一般需要人工一只手拿着塑料桶,另一只手进行涂抹,效果不理想,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,它可以将塑料桶放在喷漆环体中进行自动喷涂,其喷涂效果好,效率高。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,包括喷漆架,所述喷漆架的顶板中部具有贯穿通孔,喷漆架的顶板的顶面边部固定有喷漆气缸,喷漆气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过喷漆架的顶板并固定有喷漆支撑环体块,喷漆支撑环体块中插套有喷漆环体,喷漆环体的外侧壁上焊接固定有外齿部,外齿部插套在喷漆支撑环体块的侧壁上具有的运行导向槽中,喷漆环体的内侧壁上均布有多个喷漆管,喷漆管与喷漆环体中的环形腔体相通,喷漆架的支柱上固定有驱动伺服电机,驱动伺服电机的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与对应的外齿部相啮合。
所述喷漆支撑环体块的内侧壁上固定有上自润滑导向盘和下自润滑导向盘,喷漆环体夹持在上自润滑导向盘和下自润滑导向盘之间;
所述运行导向槽的内侧壁上固定有耐磨层体,外齿部的顶面和底面压靠在耐磨层体上。
所述上自润滑导向盘的底面具有环形凹槽,环形凹槽与喷漆环体的顶面具有的环形通槽相通,环形通槽与环形腔体相通,上自润滑导向盘上通接有进液管,进液管伸出喷漆架。
所述上自润滑导向盘的底面嵌套有两个密封圈,环形凹槽处于两个密封圈之间,两个密封圈压靠在喷漆环体的顶面上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以将塑料桶放在喷漆环体中进行自动喷涂,其喷涂效果好,效率高。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,包括喷漆架20,所述喷漆架20的顶板中部具有贯穿通孔21,喷漆架20的顶板的顶面边部固定有喷漆气缸22,喷漆气缸22的推杆竖直向下穿过喷漆架20的顶板并固定有喷漆支撑环体块23,喷漆支撑环体块23中插套有喷漆环体24,喷漆环体24的外侧壁上焊接固定有外齿部241,外齿部241插套在喷漆支撑环体块23的侧壁上具有的运行导向槽231中,喷漆环体24的内侧壁上均布有多个喷漆管25,喷漆管25与喷漆环体24中的环形腔体242相通,喷漆架20的支柱上固定有驱动伺服电机26,驱动伺服电机26的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮27,驱动齿轮27与对应的外齿部241相啮合。
进一步的说,所述喷漆支撑环体块23的内侧壁上固定有上自润滑导向盘232和下自润滑导向盘233,喷漆环体24夹持在上自润滑导向盘232和下自润滑导向盘233之间;
所述运行导向槽231的内侧壁上固定有耐磨层体234,外齿部241的顶面和底面压靠在耐磨层体234上。
进一步的说,所述上自润滑导向盘232的底面具有环形凹槽235,环形凹槽235与喷漆环体24的顶面具有的环形通槽243相通,环形通槽243与环形腔体242相通,上自润滑导向盘232上通接有进液管236,进液管236伸出喷漆架20。
进一步的说,所述上自润滑导向盘232的底面嵌套有两个密封圈1,环形凹槽235处于两个密封圈1之间,两个密封圈1压靠在喷漆环体24的顶面上。
喷漆架20上还铰接有支撑齿轮2,支撑齿轮2与喷漆环体24的外侧壁上焊接固定有的另一侧的外齿部241相啮合。
工作原理:将塑料桶固定并处于喷漆架20中,通过喷漆气缸22的推杆向下推动,使得塑料桶的顶部插套在喷漆环体24中,然后,进行喷涂,在喷涂时,通过驱动伺服电机26的输出轴上固定有的驱动齿轮27转动,从而使得喷漆环体24转动,其中,驱动伺服电机26为一定角度的来回转动,从而实现喷漆环体24的一定角度的来回转动,实现喷涂,保证喷涂效果。
喷涂好上部后,喷漆气缸22的推杆继续下推,从而实现塑料桶的下部的喷涂,以此将需要涂抹的塑料桶的外壁涂抹好即可,非常方便。

1.一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,包括喷漆架(20),其特征在于:所述喷漆架(20)的顶板中部具有贯穿通孔(21),喷漆架(20)的顶板的顶面边部固定有喷漆气缸(22),喷漆气缸(22)的推杆竖直向下穿过喷漆架(20)的顶板并固定有喷漆支撑环体块(23),喷漆支撑环体块(23)中插套有喷漆环体(24),喷漆环体(24)的外侧壁上焊接固定有外齿部(241),外齿部(241)插套在喷漆支撑环体块(23)的侧壁上具有的运行导向槽(231)中,喷漆环体(24)的内侧壁上均布有多个喷漆管(25),喷漆管(25)与喷漆环体(24)中的环形腔体(242)相通,喷漆架(20)的支柱上固定有驱动伺服电机(26),驱动伺服电机(26)的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮(27),驱动齿轮(27)与对应的外齿部(241)相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,其特征在于:所述喷漆支撑环体块(23)的内侧壁上固定有上自润滑导向盘(232)和下自润滑导向盘(233),喷漆环体(24)夹持在上自润滑导向盘(232)和下自润滑导向盘(233)之间;
所述运行导向槽(231)的内侧壁上固定有耐磨层体(234),外齿部(241)的顶面和底面压靠在耐磨层体(234)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,其特征在于:所述上自润滑导向盘(232)的底面具有环形凹槽(235),环形凹槽(235)与喷漆环体(24)的顶面具有的环形通槽(243)相通,环形通槽(243)与环形腔体(242)相通,上自润滑导向盘(232)上通接有进液管(236),进液管(236)伸出喷漆架(20)。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种螺杆式塑料桶喷漆机构,其特征在于:所述上自润滑导向盘(232)的底面嵌套有两个密封圈(1),环形凹槽(235)处于两个密封圈(1)之间,两个密封圈(1)压靠在喷漆环体(24)的顶面上。
