背景技术
蛔虫病是小儿最常见的肠道寄生虫病之一；患病的小儿往往食欲异常，并伴有阵发性腹痛，人经口食入感染性虫卵，先孵化为幼虫，继之发育为成虫；在虫卵发育为成虫的过程中，会产生一些消化道内、外的症状，长期严重的感染可妨碍小儿的生长发育；该病常可影响孩子的食欲和肠道的消化、吸收功能，妨碍孩子的生长发育；目前，西药治疗小儿蛔虫病效果不佳，且有较多副作用。

治疗小儿蛔虫病的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份为：雷公藤3-4、使君子5-7、南瓜子2-4、青皮5-7、萹蓄6-8、乌梅8-10、眼子菜2-4、一把伞5-7、贯众2-4、鸦胆子5-6、皂荚7-8、伸筋草2-4、虎杖5-7、入地蜈蚣1-2、炒枳壳4-6、鸡内金2-4、绞股蓝10-12、甘蔗渣2-4、醋柴胡4-6、苦参6-8、对叶林根3-5、菩提珠2-3。

用量及用法：服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，一周为一疗程，一般2-3个疗程蛔虫皆可排尽。
典型病例：
病例1：叶某，女，4岁半，患者近日出现剧烈的阵发性腹部绞痛，以脐部为甚，伴有恶心、呕吐，并可吐出蛔虫，确诊为小儿蛔虫病，服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，连服一周，效果明显，大便中有多数蛔虫排出，腹痛减轻，后续服用十余天，诸症全消，蛔虫排尽。
病例2：李某，男，5岁，患有小儿蛔虫病，右上腹偏中有剧烈阵发性绞痛，患者辗转不安、恶心、呕吐，可吐出蛔虫；服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，连服三剂，大便中有多数蛔虫排出，后续服用两个疗程，诸症全消，蛔虫排尽，未复发。
