本发明涉及一种高绝缘性的防卫手套。
背景技术
随着社会生命财产保护意识的提高,需要一系列设备的保障。这样就催生出了许多简易有效的自我防卫工具。
为了达到组织非法分子的目的,需要一种出其不意而且简单高效的设备,并且具有应对突发情况的功能,该设备需要具有实时打击功能。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高绝缘性的防卫手套,能够具备自主实施放电的功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高绝缘性的防卫手套,包括手套本体,手套本体分为内层、绝缘层和外层,其特征在于:手套本体还设有依次串联的高压发生器、高压放电器、指示灯、电源和弹性开关机构,弹性开关机构安装在手指套筒处,指示灯安装在手套外层表面, 所述的电源安装在绝缘层外侧,弹性开关机构安装于手指套筒处,所述的弹性开关机构有五个,分别安装在手套的手指套筒处,绝缘层的材料配方以重量份数计为:氯化聚乙烯橡胶20-30份,白乳胶50份,丁苯橡胶30-50份,顺丁橡胶13-17份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3-7份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3-9份,纳米碳纤维5-8份,防老剂RD1-2份,气相白炭黑6-8份,二甲胺磺酰吩噻嗪DM2~3份。
所述的弹性开关机构包括开关支架,所述的开关支架上依次安装副导电金属片、导电金属片和顶片,顶片和导电金属片固定在开关支架上端,所述的开关支架内侧具有滑槽,副导电金属片两边具有移动块,移动块与滑槽配合使得副导电金属片能够沿着滑槽滑动,副导电金属片与导电金属片之间安装有弹簧,手套的手指套筒的顶端安装有固定端,固定端通过绳与移动块连接,高压放电器安装于外层。
本发明提供一种防卫手套,在使用的时候,通过固定端与弹性开关机构的配合,使得手套伸出手指时,绳带动副导电金属片弹簧压缩,弹性开关机构的主导电金属片与副导电金属片接触形成开关闭合,形成回路放出高压电。

下面结合附图1对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种高绝缘性的防卫手套,
包括手套本体,手套本体分为内层、绝缘层和外层,手套本体还设有高压发生器2、高压放电器、电源1和弹性开关机构3,弹性开关机构3安装在手指套筒处,高压发生器2、高压放电器、指示灯6、电源1和弹性开关机构3通过导线依次串联接。
所述的电源1安装在绝缘层外侧,
弹性开关机构3包括开关支架31,所述的开关支架31上依次安装副导电金属片32、导电金属片33和顶片34,所述的开关支架31内侧具有滑槽,副导电金属片32两边具有移动块36,移动块36与滑槽配合使得副导电金属片32沿着滑槽滑动,副导电金属片32与导电金属片33之间安装有弹簧35,
手套的手指套筒的顶端安装有固定端4,固定端4通过绳与移动块36连接,绳5能够带动移动块36滑动,在手套弯曲的状态时,绳的拉力小于弹簧的伸缩力,此时副导电金属片32与导电金属片33处于不接触状态,无法形成闭路放电,
当手指伸直时,绳5的拉力大于弹簧35的弹力时,副导电金属片32与导电金属片33会接触,形成一个闭合,所述的弹性开关机构有多个,分别安装在手套的手指套筒处,弹性开关机构3相互之间为串联,当所有的弹性开关机构3达到闭合的状态时,整个系统形成回路放出高压电。若弹性开关机构3有5个,分别安装在每个手指套筒上,当五个手指伸直即可形成全闭合放电状态,达到放电目的,由于指示灯也处在回路当中,当放电视,指示灯也会亮,提醒使用者手套的状态。
所述的高压放电器安装于外层。
如图5所示,整个手套结构依赖于相互串联的弹性开关机构3,当所有的弹性开关机构3达到闭合的状态时,整个系统形成回路放出高压电。
所述的绝缘层为绝缘橡胶,
本发明的绝缘层的材料配方为:氯化聚乙烯橡胶20-30份,白乳胶:50份,丁苯橡胶30-50份,顺丁橡胶13-17份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3-7份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3-9份,纳米碳纤维5-8份,防老剂RD1-2份,气相白炭黑6-8份,二甲胺磺酰吩噻嗪DM2~3份。
更具体的为组1的配方:
以重量份数计,其配方为:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶20份,白乳胶:50份,丁苯橡胶30份,顺丁橡胶13份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3份,纳米碳纤维5份,防老剂RD1份,气相白炭黑6份,二甲胺磺酰吩噻嗪DM2份,将以上组分在常温下搅拌均匀;
将浸渍了凝固剂的手套模具烘干后;
喷涂聚脲弹性体,使其均匀涂覆在乳胶手套表面上,接着经过沥滤、卷边后,进入125~150℃的烘箱,干燥30—60分钟,再经过氯化、脱模等工序,即得到。
对比组1,配方为::氯化聚乙烯橡胶20份,白乳胶:50份,丁苯橡胶30份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3份,纳米碳纤维5份,防老剂RD1份,气相白炭黑6份,二甲胺磺酰吩噻嗪DM2份。
对比组2:氯化聚乙烯橡胶20份,白乳胶:50份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3份,,防老剂RD1份,气相白炭黑6份,二甲胺磺酰吩噻嗪DM2份。
对比组3:聚丁二烯乳胶20份,白乳胶:50份,丁苯橡胶30份,顺丁橡胶13份,2-硫醇基咪唑啉3份,乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠3份,纳米碳纤维5份,防老剂RD1份,气相白炭黑6份。
对比组4:丁腈胶:100份,白乳胶:75份,丙烯腈:15份,硫磺:2份,氧化锌:0.6份,ZDC促进剂:1份。
本发明的绝缘层能承受10000伏交流电压3分钟不被击穿,且泄漏电压在在10mA下,而普通胶手套只能承受2000V交流电压.
而且本绝缘层的拉很强度撕裂强度以及穿刺强度均由很好的表现。
制作出来的绝缘层薄而柔软,适合在手套内部使用。
