Abstract

本发明提供的一种魔力手套,可让偏瘫患者随时随地进行患指康复训练;这种魔力手套只要戴在手上,患指就可以被动地,周而复始地弯曲—伸展—弯曲—伸展……的连续运动。这种魔力手套是由运动、动力和电力三部分构成。其中运动部分包含手套本体和魔块组合体;动力部分包含同步马达、绕线盘和动力绳;电力部分包含直流电源和逆变器,这种魔力手套结构简单,成本低廉,能让绝大多数中低收入患者受益,利于推广普及。这种魔力手套体积小巧,重量轻便,能让患者随时随地开展康复训练,能让患指恢复得更快更好。

一种魔力手套
技术领域:
本发明涉及被动运动器,具体地说是一种涉及手套式患指被动运动器。
背景技术:
目前,偏瘫患者用于患指康复训练的被动运动机,体积庞大,不便在室外活动期间应用。到目前为止,市面上尚无可供患者随身携带使用方便的患指被动运动器。
发明内容:
本发明目的是克服现有技术不足,提供一种运动部分可直接在患者手上其余部分可装在患者口袋里,能让患者随时随地开展康复训练的手套式患指被动运动器(以下简称魔力手套)。
本发明技术方案是:魔力手套是由运动、动力和电力三部分组成。所述的运动部分包含手套本体和魔块组合体。其中魔块组合体又分四指魔块组和大拇指魔块组及魔块组合体托架。两个魔块组均由单只魔块串联而成。单只魔块则由梯形体和长方体合成。所述的动力部分包含同步马达,绕线盘和动力绳。其中同步马达负责产生动力,绕线盘和动力绳负责将动力传送至两个魔块组。所述的电力部分包含直流电源和逆变器,其中逆变器是把直流电转换成50HZ交流电。
本发明工作原理是:如果魔块组起初为直立状,当同步马达正转时,梯形体一侧拉线渐渐收紧,长方体一侧渐渐放松,魔块组渐渐呈弯曲状。当弯曲达到设定状态时(即拉线收至最紧时,下同),同步马达则进入过载状态。由于同步马达具有过载自倒向功能,因此,同步马达自动反转。与此同时,魔块组长方体一侧拉线开始收紧,梯形体一侧开始放松,魔块组渐渐恢复直立状。当直立达到设定状态时,同步马达又因过载再次倒向,再次使魔块组梯形体一侧拉线渐渐收紧,长方体一侧渐渐放松,魔块组渐渐呈弯曲状,当弯曲状达到设定状态时,同步马达再次进入过载状态而又一次倒向……如此周而复始,魔块组便循环呈现弯曲-伸展-弯曲-伸展……的连续运动,如果手套套在患者手上,则患指便会跟着进行弯曲-伸展-弯曲-伸展……的连续被动式运动。
本发明有益效果是:(1)结构简单,成本低廉,利于推广普及,能让绝大多数中低收入患者受益。(2)体积小巧,重量轻便,利于携带,能随时随地开展康复训练,能让患指恢复得更快更好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
图中10为手套外形示意,手套本体可用软质材料制成无指(或五指)手套。图中14为单只魔块外形示意,附图中所述的长方体15和梯形体16只是为了叙述方便,其实二者是不可分的整体;单只魔块在四指魔块组12和大拇指魔块组13中,其规格是不一样的,但外形基本一样。单只魔块形状也可制成菱形体或椭圆形体,这两种形体屈伸度更大,图中11为魔块组合体托架示意,托架厚度与魔块厚度保持一致。托架可制成双层结构,在适当位置预留动力绳定位槽。魔块组是由动力绳芯线将单只魔块串联而成。穿线时要分清梯形侧和长方体侧,两组要保持统一。魔块组穿成后,用软质材料进行包装,然后还需要与手套本体缝制在一起,或采用其它方式联接也可。
图中21为直流电源,应采用体积小巧,容量充裕的可充电电池。同步马达31需交流供电,因此电力部分需设逆变器,其中逆变器虽无特殊要求,但应采用体积小效率高的材料制作。
图中32为绕线盘,绕线盘可直接装在同步马达上,但同步马达转速须根据手指屈伸频率而定。由于四指魔块组和大拇指魔块组屈伸度不同,因此绕线盘分内圈外圈,其中内圈对应大拇指魔块组,外圈对应四指魔块组。内圈在机械结构上要高出外圈。动力绳芯线在绕线绳上安装规则是,从魔块组梯形体侧来的线要装在同一边,长方体侧来的线要装在另一边。芯线固定时采用弹簧,目的是当同步马达换向时有一个适当的缓冲期。动力绳可采用中软程度的塑料管,内穿尼龙绳或其它不易伸缩的柔软的它绳索。塑料管两端最好装上金属护套,安装时要稳固定位于卡槽中。

Claims (6)

1.一种魔力手套,由运动、动力和电力三部分组成;魔力手套使用时将运动部分戴在手上,其余部分装入口袋,动力绳负责传递动力,患指便会跟着进行弯曲-伸展-弯曲-伸展……的连续被动式运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的魔力手套,其特征在于:运动部分由手套本体和魔块组合体构成,魔块组合体由四指魔块组和大拇指魔块组以及魔块组合体托架组合而成,魔块组合体与手套本体或缝制或用其它方式联在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的魔力手套,其特征在于:动力部分是由同步马达、绕线盘和动力绳构成,同步马达带动绕线盘作正反向旋转,绕线盘经动力绳芯线牵拉两个魔块组循环呈现弯曲-伸展-弯曲-伸展……的连续运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的魔力手套,其特征在于:电力部分是由直流电源和逆变器组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的魔力手套,其特征在于:单只魔块形状是由长方体和梯形体组成,也可采用菱形体、楕圆形体。
6.根据权利要求1所述魔力手套,其特征在于:动力绳可采用中软程度塑料管内穿尼龙绳,也可采用其它不易伸缩的柔软的绳索。
