在打吊针时需要捆扎手臂或者脚腕，使血管鼓起便于穿刺。医护人员一般采用胶皮管或弹性系带进行捆扎，所使用的胶皮管或弹性系带本身长度较长，携带时自身易缠绕打劫，其也未设置连接件，捆扎时需要打劫固定，结点处易挤伤患者皮肤，因此其使用和携带都极不方便。

本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是设计一种抽拉式止血带，其结构包括弹性系带和抽拉装置，抽拉装置包括弧形底板，在弧形底板上设有转轴，转轴两端与弧形底板之间连接有扭转弹簧，所述弹性系带的一端固定在转轴上，另一端设有卡扣，还在弧形底板上固定有与所述卡扣相应的卡槽。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，在弹性系带的一端设置了抽拉装置，弹性系带在不使用时，可以在扭转弹簧扭矩的作用下自动缠绕在抽拉装置的转轴上，便于携带；还在弹性系带上配置了卡扣连接件，使用时，抽拉系带，锁紧连接件即可，便于使用。
