本发明公开了一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料,按其重量份计,包括驴粪6‑8份、马粪10‑15份、麦麸10‑15份、畜禽内脏17‑24份、米糠10‑15份、雷丸1‑2份、蜂巢1‑3份、雄黄1‑4份、蛆虫7‑9份、蝉衣0.05‑0.1份、贯众10‑18份、雷丸15‑30份、木香10‑18份、槟榔10‑18份制成;经本发明配制饲料替代商品饲料使用,经饲料中的药物成分配伍,能有效抑制齿环和辐射环的生长,切断口沟吸食鱼体营养,促使附着盘萎缩,无力吸附,脱落鱼体,从而灭杀纤毛虫的功效,同时药剂中还有促进鳜鱼肠蠕动,增强食欲的功效,还具有消炎杀菌的作用,增强鱼体细胞活力,提高鳜鱼抗病能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,特别是涉及一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料及其制配方法。
背景技术
鳌花鱼,学名鳜鱼,又名桂鱼、鲈桂;在鱼类分类学上属鲈形目,其中以翘嘴鳜生长最快,鳜鱼肉质丰厚坚实,味道鲜美,富含蛋白质,肉刺少,可补五脏、益脾气、疗虚损,适用于气血虚弱体质,可治虚劳体弱、肠风下血等症;鳜鱼是世界上一种名贵淡水鱼类,身长扁圆,尖头,大嘴,大眼,体青果绿色带金属光泽,体侧有不规则的花黑斑点,小细鳞,尾鳍截形,背鳍前半部为硬棘且有毒素,后半部为软条。
而纤毛虫中危害鳜鱼最为严重的为车轮虫和斜管虫两种,主要寄生于桂花鱼体表、鳍部和鳃部,该病蔓延迅速,寄生数量少时对鱼体活动影响不大;寄生数量多时,鱼不肯进食。肉眼可见鱼体上有灰白色点状物,游动失去平衡,继而死亡。
而鳜鱼对毒性强的药物非常敏感,尤其是化学药剂需特别慎用,有药剂量轻,若使用化学合成药物防治,不仅不能杀死纤毛虫,甚至杀死鳜鱼,起不到防治效果。

为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料,按其重量份计,包括新鲜驴粪6-8份、新鲜马粪10-15份、麦麸10-15份、新鲜畜禽内脏17-24份、米糠10-15份、雷丸1-2份、蜂巢1-3份、雄黄1-4份、蛆虫7-9份、蝉衣0.05-0.1份、贯众10-18份、雷丸15-30份、木香10-18份、槟榔10-18份制成。
进一步,所述一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料制配方法,其制配步骤包括如下:
新鲜驴粪、马粪进行堆置发酵15-20天,温度控制在20-25℃,所述马粪是山林间放养马食用野生中草药茎叶所排泄的产物,食用的中草药按重量份计,占食料总食量的百分量为山楂3-5%、凤尾草1-1.5%、神曲1.2-1.8%、苦楝0.2-0.5%、黄荆叶0.8-1.2%、黄连叶茎0.1-0.15%,消炎杀菌的作用,增强鱼体细胞活力;
对发酵后驴粪、马粪加热烘干到含水量在20-30%,烘干温度110-120℃,加热时间30-35分钟,在烘干的过程中驴粪、马粪要保持在搅拌状态,得半干驴粪A和半干马粪B,留作备用,除了鱼塘内的有机质增加、塘底缺氧等;
对新鲜畜禽内脏采用高压蒸煮70-90分钟,蒸煮压力80-100千帕,保温保压1-2小时,然后破碎搅拌成泥状物C,留作备用,增加饲料的营养成分;
取雷丸1-2份、蜂巢1-3份、蝉衣0.05-0.1份分别研磨成粉末,混匀后得干物质D,留作备用,抑制齿环和辐射环的生长,切断口沟吸食鱼体营养;
取麦麸10-15份、米糠10-15份进行120-140℃翻炒,翻炒用时20-30分钟,混合后得谷壳E,留作备用;
取蛆虫7-9份、槟榔10-18份分别进行脱水处理后,进行破碎成粉末,并过筛,粒径在0.6-0.8mm,并混合均匀,得成份F,留作备用,消炎杀菌的作用,增强鱼体细胞活力,提高鳜鱼抗病能力;
取雄黄1-4份、贯众10-18份、雷丸15-30份、木香10-18份置于500-800份纯净水中真空浸泡3周得到浸出液G,,消炎杀菌的作用,增强鱼体细胞活力,提高鳜鱼;
取半干驴粪A、半干马粪B、谷壳E、泥状物C、干物质D、成份F、浸出液G搅拌混合均匀,经制粒、干燥制成含水量为3-5%的颗粒状成品。
本发明的有益效果:经本发明配制饲料替代商品饲料使用,经饲料中的药物成分配伍,能有效抑制齿环和辐射环的生长,切断口沟吸食鱼体营养,促使附着盘萎缩,无力吸附,脱落鱼体,从而灭杀纤毛虫的功效,同时药剂中还有促进鳜鱼肠蠕动,增强食欲的功效,还具有消炎杀菌的作用,增强鱼体细胞活力,提高鳜鱼抗病能力,用于病发期的投喂,治愈率达93%,亦可每周投喂一次用于预防鳜鱼纤毛虫病,预防率达85%。
具体实施方式
以下各实施例中的饲料在制配的过程中各参数及饲料的各组分可在其范围内,任意改变,投喂量根据鳜鱼的体重及年龄适当投喂。

1.一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料,其特征在于,按其重量份计,由如下成分:新鲜驴粪6-8份、新鲜马粪10-15份、麦麸10-15份、新鲜畜禽内脏17-24份、米糠10-15份、雷丸1-2份、蜂巢1-3份、雄黄1-4份、蛆虫7-9份、蝉衣0.05-0.1份、贯众10-18份、雷丸15-30份、木香10-18份、槟榔10-18份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防治鳜鱼纤毛虫病的饲料,其特征在于,其饲料的制配步骤包括如下:
新鲜驴粪、马粪进行堆置发酵15-20天,温度控制在20-25℃,所述马粪是山林间放养马食用野生中草药茎叶所排泄的产物,食用的中草药按重量份计,占食料总食量的百分量为山楂3-5%、凤尾草1-1.5%、神曲1.2-1.8%、苦楝0.2-0.5%、黄荆叶0.8-1.2%、黄连叶茎0.1-0.15%;
