Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于动力传动系的混合模块,该混合模块包括驱动装置尤其是电动驱动装置、用于将混合模块耦合到变速器上的第一耦合区段以及用于将混合模块耦合到内燃机上的第二耦合区段。第二耦合区段包括切换装置,所述切换装置具有至少两个切换元件,所述切换元件能够占据初始位置和切换位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于动力传动系的混合模块。
背景技术
在汽车领域中越来越倾向于混合动力车辆,它们除了传统的内燃机之外还具有另外的驱动装置、例如电动驱动装置。这两种驱动装置通常经由所谓的混合模块与动力传动系耦合,使得由各驱动装置产生的转矩可以传输到混合动力车辆的共同的驱动轴上。这两种驱动装置具有不同的优化的工作点,所以至少内燃机在一定的工作范围中与动力传动系脱开。这通常经由分离离合器实现。
出于舒适性原因而优选,由内燃机产生的振动尽可能强地被削减。为此设置用于减振的减振系统。所有这些部件需要结构空间,但是结构空间只能有限地提供,因为混合动力车辆的车身不同于传统车辆的车身。仅有限地存在的结构空间对于另外的驱动装置的尺寸设计具有相应的影响,因此所述另外的驱动装置的功率是受限的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,实现一种混合模块,借此能够将内燃机和另外的驱动装置在极小的空间上耦合于动力传动系上。
本发明的目的通过用于动力传动系的混合模块达到,该混合模块包括驱动装置尤其是电动驱动装置、用于将混合模块耦合到变速器上的第一耦合区段以及用于将混合模块耦合到内燃机上的第二耦合区段,第二耦合区段包括切换装置,所述切换装置具有至少两个切换元件,所述切换元件能够占据初始位置和切换位置。
本发明的基本思想在于,混合模块在内燃机上的耦合通过切换装置实现,该切换装置比通常使用的分离离合器需要较少的结构空间。节约的结构空间例如可以提供给另外的驱动装置,使得该另外的驱动装置能够构造得功率更强劲。另外,混合模块提供结构空间给设置于真正的传动组件上游的摩擦起动离合器或者前置的集成的起动元件。通过该起动元件可以打滑地起动,也就是说,通过内燃机和/或电动机产生的转速高于为零的从动转速。内燃机可以经由混合电动机或者单独的起动装置起动。可以取消用于包括自动变速器的动力传动系的变矩器。
本发明的一个方面规定一种用于扭转振动的减振系统,所述减振系统尤其是包括至少一个双质量飞轮和/或至少一个离心力摆。通过减振系统可以有效地削减由内燃机发出的振动,使得动力传动系受到较小的转动不均匀性。由于混合模块、尤其是第二耦合区段的按本发明的设计,减振系统可以更广泛地构成,使得出现的振动还能更好地被抑制。
按照本发明的另一个方面,切换装置具有致动器,所述致动器操作其中至少一个切换元件,尤其是以电液或机电方式操作。切换装置具有机电的或电液的切换致动器,其中至少一个切换元件能够相对于主变速器自主地、即与主变速器无关地通过所述切换致动器操作。
各切换元件尤其是在腔室中耦合,在该腔室中容纳润滑剂。各切换元件因此被润滑,因此在混合模块的使用寿命上降低由摩擦引起的磨损现象。所述腔室可以构造成,使得存在足够的润滑剂,以便各切换元件在它们的整个寿命上被润滑。润滑剂尤其可以是油或脂。
本发明的另一方面规定,各切换元件构造成彼此形锁合的,尤其是构造为牙嵌元件。在切换位置中可以传递如此大的力,因为各切换元件在大面积上彼此贴靠。这降低了各切换元件上的磨损现象。
另外,各切换元件可以构造成基本上圆柱形的,在切换位置中,其中一个切换元件在圆周侧至少部分包围另一个切换元件。因此保证,两个切换元件在大的作用面上相互作用,因此能够快速地达到耦合并且转矩传递是相应有利的。
各切换元件尤其是可以构造成圆锥形的,使得他们在从初始位置过渡到切换位置中时更柔和地相互移入。
本发明的另一方面规定,各切换元件设有摩擦面。通过摩擦面产生摩擦力矩,该摩擦力矩改善耦合和转矩传递。摩擦面也可以用于使切换过程同步。
切换装置尤其是具有至少一个弹簧元件,所述弹簧元件设置在其中一个切换元件与减振系统之间。该弹簧元件保证,当致动器失灵时,混合模块将动力传动系耦合到两个驱动装置之一上。在此可以尤其是涉及内燃机,该内燃机在混合动力车辆的电子系统失灵时与动力传动系耦合。
切换装置通过弹簧元件通常是闭合的,也就是处在“常闭”状态。
按照本发明的另一方面,各耦合区段构成为轴-毂连接结构的部件。因此,混合模块可以简单地与变速器和内燃机耦合。混合模块因此尤其是构造成模块化的,并且可以使用在不同的动力传动系中。
另外在混合模块中可以设置可切换的自由轮机构,使得内燃机和另外的驱动装置可以与传动系脱开。
本发明的其他优点和特性由后续说明和参考的附图得出。

具体实施方式
混合模块10具有形式为电动驱动装置的另外的驱动装置14,其是混合模块10的部件。混合模块10构造成,使得不仅电动驱动装置14而且内燃机12能够同时与动力传动系16耦合。
混合模块10在第一轴向端部上具有第一耦合区段18,混合模块10能经由第一耦合区段与未描述的变速器耦合。为了能够将混合模块10从变速器脱开,第一耦合区段18具有有起动能力的动力学设计较高的分离离合器20,即能够承受较高的摩擦功率的起动离合器。如果分离离合器20应该部分地单纯伸入到混合模块、电动机转子的结构空间中,该分离离合器也可以构成为湿式摩擦离合器。
变速器可以是自动变速器、半自动变速器、双离合器变速器或者手动变速器。
混合模块10在另一轴向端部上具有第二耦合区段22,混合模块10经由第二耦合区段与内燃机12耦合。另外在第二耦合区段22的区域中设置减振系统24,该减振系统在所示的实施方式中构成为双质量飞轮并且削减内燃机12的振动。
作为替换,减振系统24可以具有离心力摆,离心力摆也可以附加于双质量飞轮地设置。
第二耦合区段22还包括切换装置26,该切换装置具有壳体28,在壳体中设置至少两个切换元件30、32。通过两个切换元件30、32可以将内燃机12耦合到动力传动系16上,使得由内燃机12产生的转矩可以传递到动力传动系16上,尤其是传递到从动轴上。
壳体28尤其是构成为腔室,在腔室中容纳润滑剂,因此润滑处于其中的切换元件30、32。
切换元件30、32可以构造成形锁合的,例如构成为牙嵌元件,使得保证从内燃机12到动力传动系16的传力。
按照一种示例性的实施方式,切换元件30、32可以构成为圆柱形的,使得他们分别经由对置的环绕面在切换位置中接触。
另外,切换元件30、32可以一般性地设有摩擦面,使得也可以打滑地传递一定的转矩。在保证仅还最小的相对转速之后,各切换元件可以经由形锁合连接保证真正的转矩传递。
在附图中切换元件30、32显示于它们的初始位置中。为了将两个切换元件30、32转换到它们的切换位置中,设置致动器34,该致动器是切换装置26的部件。致动器34直接或间接地加载所述两个切换元件30、32之中的至少一个切换元件,使得所述两个切换元件接合,因此,内燃机12与动力传动系16耦合。致动器34也设置在壳体28内。
致动器34可以电液地或机电地驱动,使得用于接通切换元件30、32的调节是相应精细的。
在所示实施方式中,第二切换元件32还安装在保持元件36上,该保持元件一方面能被致动器34加载并且另一方面具有至少一个弹簧元件38。
经由弹簧元件38保证“常闭”功能,使得内燃机12的脱开需要主动地进行,例如在混合动力车辆的电子系统失灵的情况下,因此内燃机12自动地经由弹簧元件38机械地耦合到混合模块10和动力传动系16上。
两个耦合区段18、22可以尤其是构成为轴-毂连接结构的部件,使得混合模块10可以简单地与内燃机12以及设置于动力传动系16中的变速器耦合。因此,混合模块10的模块化原理尤其是可能的,因此该混合模块能够与不同的变速器和驱动系统耦合。
另外,混合模块可以单独地测试。EOL测试(下线测试)可以无问题地进行。
按本发明的混合模块10的作用方式如下:
具有这种混合模块10的混合动力车辆在第一行驶情况中、例如在起动中仅仅经由电动驱动装置14驱动。为此,内燃机12与动力传动系16脱开,如图所示。
致动器34为此克服弹簧元件38的弹簧压力加载保持元件36,使得两个切换元件30、32脱离接合。因此,内燃机12与动力传动系16脱开。
如果电动车辆现在加速,使得电动驱动装置14不再能提供需要的功率,则将内燃机12耦合到动力传动系16上。
致动器34调节到用于切换过程的要求的转速范围内,使得保持元件36和设置于其上的切换元件32通过弹簧元件38的弹簧压力被轴向移动,因此切换元件30、32发生接合。因此,内燃机12耦合到动力传动系16上。
电动机14在该位置中继续与动力传动系16耦合并且现在作为发电机运行,使得内燃机12同时给电动驱动装置14的存储介质充电,所述存储介质例如是电池。
但是电动机14也可以与内燃机12并联地提供驱动力矩,也就是“助推”。
在该行驶情况中经由减振系统24削减内燃机12的振动,使得由内燃机12发出的振动在动力传动系16中被基本上抑制。
由于切换装置26与分离离合器相比较小的空间需求,电动驱动装置14和/或减振系统24可以构成得较大,使得电动驱动装置14的工作能力或者减振系统24的减振特性被改进。
混合模块10另外基于耦合区段18、22的简单设计而构造成模块化的,使得混合模块可以不仅用于直列式动力传动系,也可以用于前部横置式动力传动系。
因此,总之,混合模块10以较小的轴向的结构空间被实现。

Claims (10)

1.用于动力传动系(16)的混合模块(10),该混合模块包括驱动装置(14)尤其是电动驱动装置、用于将混合模块(10)耦合到变速器上的第一耦合区段(18)以及用于将混合模块(10)耦合到内燃机(12)上的第二耦合区段(22),第二耦合区段(22)包括切换装置(26),所述切换装置具有至少两个切换元件(30、32),所述切换元件能够占据初始位置和切换位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,设有用于扭转振动的减振系统(24),尤其是所述减振系统包括至少一个双质量飞轮和/或至少一个离心力摆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,所述切换装置(26)具有致动器(34),所述致动器操作其中至少一个切换元件(30、32),尤其是以电液或机电方式操作。
4.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,各切换元件(30、32)在腔室(28)中耦合,在该腔室中容纳润滑剂。
5.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,各切换元件(30、32)构造成彼此形锁合的,尤其是构造为牙嵌元件。
6.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,各切换元件(30、32)构造成基本上圆柱形的,在切换位置中,其中一个切换元件(30、32)在圆周侧至少部分包围另一个切换元件(30、32)。
7.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,各切换元件(30、32)设有摩擦面,所述摩擦面在切换位置中相互作用。
8.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,所述切换装置(26)具有至少一个弹簧元件(38),所述弹簧元件设置在其中一个切换元件(32)与减振系统(24)之间。
9.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,各耦合区段(18、22)构成为轴-毂连接结构的部件。
10.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的混合模块(10),其特征在于,设有可切换的自由轮机构。
