In fig. 3(b), in step 33, the authorizing merchant uses the authorizing device to read the RFID tag information to activate the sale of the product.
In step 34, the database server updates the product ID in the database after completing the sales activation procedure and will generate a new corresponding ID1 code to transmit the updated ID1 code information to the RFID tag through the authorizing device.
In step 35, the RFID electronic tag receives the update information of the new ID1 code and updates the ID1 code.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the two-dimensional code label with an erasable coating before shipping in the product anti-counterfeiting method of the present invention. In step 42, after the authorized merchant scans the tag, the authorized device temporarily stores the scanned information, and the authorized merchant selects the sales object, if the authorized merchant selects to sell to the next level of sales merchant, such as hotel, restaurant, etc., step 43 is entered, and if the authorized merchant selects to sell to the consumer, step 46 is entered.
At step 43, the authorized merchant selects for sale to the next merchant, and the authorization device sends the authorized merchant selection information along with the previously stored tag information, i.e., the ID1 code, to the database server for authentication.
In step 44, the database server receives the authentication information, retrieves whether the authorized merchant corresponding to the product ID and the product ID is the authorized merchant, and determines whether the authorized merchant has a next-level selling merchant, i.e., identifies whether the selling merchant is authorized to sell the product, if the authorized merchant does not have the right to sell the product to the next-level selling merchant, the operation is ended, and if the authorized merchant is authorized to sell the product to the next-level selling merchant, the operation proceeds to step 45.
In step 45, the database server changes the information of the sales authorization authentication merchant into the authentication information of the next level merchant after confirming that the authorized merchant has the right to sell the product to the next level sales merchant, records the sales time, and simultaneously transfers the information and the information of the currently authorized merchant to the logistics information recording area, and the logistics information of the logistics area is presented to the product distributor terminal for selling to the consumer, and then the consumer reads the label information through scanning to inquire and check.

In step 47, the database server receives the authentication information and then retrieves whether the product ID and the authorized merchant corresponding to the product ID are the authorized merchants, i.e., whether the selling merchant is authorized to sell the product to the consumer is identified, if the authorized merchant does not have the right to sell the product to the consumer, the operation is ended, and if the authorized merchant is authorized to sell the product to the consumer, the operation proceeds to step 48.
In step 48, the database server identifies that the selling merchant has the right to sell the product to the consumer, records the time, the place and the selling merchant, and supports the detailed or brief personal information or the user-defined authentication information of the consumer which is filled by the authorized merchant according to the authorization of the consumer.
In step 49, the database server starts to set a database that allows the consumer to scan the two-dimensional code tag or read the RFID tag to inquire the product-related information, the logistics information and the sales activation information.

Claims (7)

1. An anti-counterfeiting method for a product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. before the product leaves a factory, a website two-dimensional code label is attached to the product, the product inner package or the product outer package, the website contains a character string ID1, the ID1 corresponds to a unique ID stored in a database of the product, the product ID can be inquired through inquiring ID1 and only when a database server allows inquiring the product ID, and the product ID is a string of characters of relevant information, such as the product name, the product batch number, the production date, the manufacturer name or the product anti-counterfeiting label authentication picture, of manufacturer remarked relevant information corresponding to the product ID, stored in the database;
the database is established by a manufacturer for authenticating a specified authorized selling merchant and empowered by the manufacturer for using the authenticated specified authorized selling merchant, the authenticated specified authorized selling merchant sells to a next-level selling merchant for non-terminal selling activation, and the next-level selling merchant is also the authenticated specified authorized selling merchant;
b. the product leaves the factory and enters a sales merchant or an authorized merchant, and in the link of selling the product to a consumer,
the method comprises the steps that a selling merchant or an authorized merchant scans a website two-dimensional code label through an authorization device and sends website information to a database server, or the authorization device scans the website two-dimensional code label and intercepts an ID1 code and sends the ID1 code to the database server, the database server judges whether the selling merchant or the authorized merchant has the right to sell a product to a consumer after receiving the website information or the ID1 code, the database server accepts the selling merchant or the authorized merchant to carry out product sale activation after confirming that the selling merchant or the authorized merchant has the right to sell the product to the consumer, namely, detailed or brief personal information or consumer self-defined authentication information filled by the authorized merchant according to the authorization of the consumer is recorded;
after the authorized merchant scans the label, the authorization device temporarily stores the scanning information, and the authorized merchant selects a sales object, wherein the sales object is a next-level sales merchant or a consumer;
c. after the consumer buys the product from the sales merchant, the consumer scans the website two-dimensional code label through the equipment with the function of scanning the two-dimensional code and capable of being inquired in a networking manner to check the product sales activation behavior information or the product related information in a networking manner, when the product is not subjected to sales activation by the sales terminal in the step b, any consumer cannot inquire the product related information and the product related information such as the product logistics information through scanning the website two-dimensional code label in a networking manner, or prompts that no inquiry code exists in a consumer system or that the inquiry code corresponds to the product and is sold in a precaution state without a regular channel.
2. A method of preventing counterfeiting of a product as described in claim 1, wherein: the label in step a can replace a website two-dimensional code label with an ID1 two-dimensional code label or add an ID1 two-dimensional code label on an external package, when the product is sold, the sales merchant scans the ID1 two-dimensional code label through authorization equipment and sends two-dimensional code information, namely the ID1 code, to a database server for product sales activation, after the product is purchased, a consumer scans the ID1 two-dimensional code label with a two-dimensional code scanning function to connect the database server to check the sales activation information or the product related information or logs in a specified inquiry website to input the ID1 code to check the sales activation behavior information or the product related information, such as the product logistics information, when the product is not sold and activated in step b, any consumer can not inquire the product related information through scanning the ID1 two-dimensional code label or logging in the specified inquiry website to input the ID1 code so as to not inquire the product related information And information related to the product such as the product logistics information.
