the receiving module is used for matching the goods information with the shipping information, the order information and the freight bill information according to the label information, the license plate number, the driver information and the freight bill information in the radio frequency identification label, and the matching mode can be as follows: when a vehicle arrives at a receiving party and license plate information is identified, an identified radio frequency tag is searched in a preset time period, tag information is associated with license plates, tag purchasing party information is acquired in a system through the tag information, the tag purchasing party information is compared with delivery party information in an order to be received, if the tag purchasing party information is consistent with the delivery party information in the order to be received, a freight list is searched through the order, the license plates in the delivery information in the freight list are compared with the identified license plates, the license plates are consistent and the delivery time is smaller than license plate identification time and is in a preset range, and then automatic delivery is received; otherwise, carrying out manual intervention and receiving goods by scanning the two-dimensional code on the label;
the complaint module is used for the receiver to scan the two-dimensional code on the goods label through the code scanning function in the system, acquire the information of the sender and further complain the sender;
and the responsibility tracking module is used for the receiver to scan the two-dimensional code on the goods label through the code scanning function in the system, acquire the information of the sender, further track the responsibility of the sender and perform default compensation and credit degradation treatment on the sender.
