铝管在工业生产和生活中经常用到,但是普通的铝管其强度有限,长期使用其内壁容易集结水垢,久而久之会使铝管堵塞,使用性能受限,此外外部铝管的腐蚀也会大大降低铝管的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种铝管,其具有管内不易结水垢,管外不易被腐蚀,且强度大的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铝管,包括内层铝管和外层铝管,所述内层铝管的内侧设有特氟龙涂覆层,所述内层铝管和外层铝管之间具有中空层,所述外层铝管的外侧设有防腐层。
进一步的,所述防腐层为氟树脂防腐层。
进一步的,所述内层铝管的外表面和外层铝管的内表面设有加强筋。
本发明的有益效果:管内侧上设有特氟龙涂覆层,增加了铝管的强度和光滑度,使液体流过时不会集结水垢,能够长期正常使用;管外侧的氟树脂防腐涂层防止铝管外部介质对铝管造成侵蚀,延长铝管的使用寿命;铝管内设有加强筋,增加了铝管的强度;中空层可以阻止声音传播,具有消音的效果。该铝管具有管内不易结水垢,管外不易被腐蚀,且强度大的优点。
