本发明涉及一种使用滑动轴承的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置。包括上限位套、压簧和下限位套三部分,其特征在于上限位套设在下限位套的上方,上下限位套相互配合,压簧设在上下限位套之间,下限位套固定于转子上。所述的上限位套两边设有弹性卡扣卡在下限位套的卡槽里并固定在轴承端面上。所述的下限位套两边设有卡槽,中间设有弹簧定位套定位压簧。所述的压簧设在上下位套中间。当转子使用弹性减振垫装置后风机可在任意角度的环境下使用,风机转子在弹性部件的作用下能稳定在某一位置或对转子的窜动起缓冲作用,降低风机因窜动引起的噪音,使风机的在线生产成品率大幅提升。

一种小功率风机转子弹性减振装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用滑动轴承的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置,属于机械加工制造领域。
背景技术
目前,国内外使用滑动轴承的小功率风机普遍采用轴向小窜动间隙的结构,由于风机在运转的过程中转子受线圈磁场的作用力,同时风机工作时叶桨受剪切气流与平动气流的作用,使风机转子承受较大的轴向作用力,以及转子在自身的动平衡作用力下,使转子在运转过程中形成轴向位移的无序性,造成转子限位套与轴承端面的不规则撞击形成噪音,尤其是电机轴与水平呈角度安装使用的场合尤为明显,这严重影响风机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,设计一种小功率风机转子弹性减振装置,使风机转子的轴向自由窜动变为在弹性作用力条件下的有阻力窜动,以减小撞击噪音与转子与轴承端面的磨损,提高风机的使用寿命。
本发明涉及一种使用滑动轴承的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置。包括上限位套、压簧和下限位套三部分,其特征在于上限位套设在下限位套的上方,上下限位套相互配合,压簧设在上下限位套之间,下限位套固定于转子上。所述的上限位套两边设有弹性卡扣卡在下限位套的卡槽里并固定在轴承端面上。所述的下限位套两边设有卡槽,中间设有弹簧定位套定位压簧。所述的压簧设在上下位套中间。
所述的上限位套的弹性卡扣可以两边对称设置,也可以沿圆周环形分布设置。
所述的下限位套的卡槽可以两边对称设置,也可以沿圆周环形分布设置。
所述的压簧减压装置可以是一般弹簧装置,也可以是其他类似弹性减振装置。
本发明的有益效果是:采用转子弹性减振装置后风机在任意角度的环境下使用,风机转子在弹性部件的作用下能稳定在某一位置或对转子的窜动起缓冲作用,降低风机因窜动引起的噪音,使风机的在线生产成品率大幅提升,解决了风机在各种角度安装条件下的一致性的问题。
本发明的工作过程如下:当风机在运转的过程中转子受线圈磁场的作用力,同时风机叶桨受剪切气流与平动气流的作用,使风机转子承受轴向作用力,以及转子在自身的动平衡作用力下,转子将带动安装在自身上的下限位套轴向运动,而在阻尼压簧的作用下这种轴向位移变为有阻力窜动,风机转子在弹性部件的作用下能稳定在某一位置或对转子的窜动起缓冲作用,这大大减弱了转子在运转过程中形成轴向位移的无序性,同时也降低了转子撞击所形成噪音,尤其是电机轴与水平呈角度安装使用的场合降噪尤为明显。

具体实施过程
实施例1:
参照图1,为一种小功率风机转子弹性减振装置。包括上限位套1、压簧2和下限位套3三部分,其特征在于上限位套1设在下限位套3的上方,上下限位套相互配合,压簧2设在上下限位套之间,下限位套3固定于转子上。所述的上限位套1两边设有弹性卡扣卡在下限位套3的卡槽里并固定在轴承端面上。所述的下限位套3两边设有卡槽,中间设有弹簧定位套定位压簧2。所述的压簧2设在下位套3中间。
实施例2:
本实例与实施例1的区别在于所述的上限位套的弹性卡扣沿圆周环形分布设置。
实施例3:
本实例与实施例1的区别在于所述的下限位套的卡槽沿圆周环形分布设置。
实施例4:
本实例与实施例1的区别在于所述的压簧减振装置为其他类似弹性减振装置。

1.一种小功率风机转子弹性减振装置。包括上限位套1、压簧2和下限位套3三部分,其特征在于上限位套1设在下限位套3的上方,上下限位套相互配合,压簧2设在上下限位套之间,下限位套3固定于转子上;所述的上限位套1两边设有弹性卡扣卡在下限位套3的卡槽里并固定在轴承端面上;所述的下限位套3两边设有卡槽,中间设有弹簧定位套定位压簧2;所述的压簧2设在下位套3中间。
2.根据权利1要求所述的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置,其特征在于上限位套的弹性卡扣可以两边对称设置或是沿圆周环形分布设置。
3.根据权利1要求所述的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置,其特征在于下限位套的卡槽可以两边对称设置或是沿圆周环形分布设置。
4.根据权利1要求所述的小功率风机转子弹性减振装置,其特征在于压簧减压装置可以是一般弹簧装置或是其他类似弹性减振装置。
