Abstract

一种基于柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置,利用尾气后处理模块对尾气中的微粒等进行处理,比较该模块的前后压力传感器所检测到的压力,根据压差大小来判断后处理模块是否发生物理堵塞,若被微粒物堵塞,则将其旋转180o利用柴油机排出的尾气对其进行反吹再生,采集旋转角度信号并反馈给后处理电控单元对旋转角度进行修正,为了避免吹出的微粒直接排到大气中造成二次污染,综合式微粒收集模块会对微粒进行高效率的收集,进行集中处理和回收。本发明能在各种工况下正常工作,具有较高的捕集效率,不对环境产生二次污染;具有较强的再生能力和较高的再生效率,延长使用寿命,再生控制操作方便,能够为汽车使用者每年节省上万元维修费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置,属于一种可循环使用、净化率高的柴油机尾气后处理。
研制背景
微粒对人体健康的影响,取决于微粒的浓度和其在空气中暴露的时间。研究数据表明,因上呼吸道感染、心脏病、支气管炎、气喘、肺炎、肺气肿等疾病到医院就诊人数的增多与大气中微粒物浓度的增加相关的。大气中的微粒相当部分微粒是由汽车排放造成的,然而柴油机与同等功率的汽油机相比,微粒的排放是汽油机的30~80倍。要有效地降低柴油机微粒排放,要达到国Ⅳ和国V的排放标准,如果仅从燃料和发动机燃烧、进气、燃油喷射采取措施,是不能够满足要求的。往往需要采取某种排气后处理等各个方面综合考虑来降低污染物的排放量。
市场上比较成熟的对于柴油机尾气后处理技术有许多种,如:选择性催化还原技术即SCR、稀燃NOX捕集技术即LNT、微粒氧化催化器即POC、氧化催化器即DOC。但以上后处理技术对于柴油机尾气处理的污染物侧重各有不同,所以国内外基本上采用综合控制这一技术路线。
国外,例如Johnson Matthey公司的SCRT技术就是连续再生式DPF(即CRT技术)与SCR的组合;而丰田公司的DPNR系统是将LNT与POC捕集再生的净化原理集成起来;以及国内各大汽车厂商普遍采用的技术DOC+POC。这些主流的后处理技术路线均有很大程度的弊端:SCR系统价格昂贵,几乎占到发动机成本的1/3,需要加装储存氨气的储藏罐,增加整车布置困难,而且还需要尿素供应基础设施的建设;LNT技术对硫敏感程度很高,燃油中的含硫量还达不到LNT技术使用要求,使用一段时间要对其脱硫,致其维护保养成本较高。
当前我国采用的主流后处理技术路线即DOC+POC在柴油机的实际使用过程当中出现了很多问题,尾气是通过后处理模块上的催化剂进行化学反应,但往往因为发生物理堵塞而失去净化效果。当后处理装置发生物理堵塞时,导致发动机排气背压增加,当压力损失达到30KPa时,某些发动机管理系统会报P1070(后处理已堵塞),P0300(催化及微粒捕集器总成堵塞)等故障码,继而使发动机工作开始明显恶化,导致动力性、经济性等性能降低,还可能会出现加速无力,冒黑烟或起动困难、熄火等故障,所以必须及时除去后处理装置内沉积的微粒,才能使尾气处理装置继续正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术不足,提供一种基于柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置,该装置能够自动控制执行机构消除尾气后处理模块发生的物理堵塞,使柴油机后处理装置循环使用、寿命延长;降低汽车的使用、维修成本,同时减少尾气对大气的污染,到达国家排放标准。
本发明所述柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置由尾气后处理模块、电控模块和综合式微粒收集模块组成。所述后处理模块即DOC+POC+DOC虽然能够大幅度提高对CO、CH和NOX的净化效率,但是对于柴油机尾气中大量微粒的处理则效果不佳,容易出现后处理模块前端氧化催化器被微粒堵塞,对于这种物理堵塞,本发明的后处理模块要结合电控模块和综合式微粒收集模块对微粒实行高效收集和集中处理。
(1)所述尾气后处理模块结构包括:进气管、紧固螺栓、氧化催化器(DOC)一、微粒氧化催化器(POC)、氧化催化器(DOC)二、球阀体主轴,并依次连接;由两个氧化催化器和一个微粒氧化催化器组成的氧化催化器+微粒氧化催化器+氧化催化器结构,其形状为球阀体,如图1所示。
氧化催化器即Diesel Oxidation Catalyst,简称DOC,是由铂即Pt系和钯即Pd系贵重金属和稀土金属构成,以氧化铝为催化剂载体,发动机尾气通过催化器时,化学反应活化能降低,HC和CO可以在较低的温度下很快和排气中残留的O2反应,生成CO2和H2O,实现净化柴油机中的HC和CO的目的。
由于微粒氧化催化器即Particulate Oxidation Catalyst,简称POC,需要较高的再生温度,因此需跟DOC配合使用;当排气温度在200-500℃之间时,POC载体上主要进行2NO+O2→2NO2、C+2NO2→CO+2NO两个化学反应,当尾气通过氧化催化器即DOC和微粒氧化催化器即POC后,尾气中还残留少量的HC和CO,此时在传统的尾气后处理模块即DOC+POC上通过加装一个DOC来进一步净化,改进后的尾气后处理模块即DOC+POC+DOC对HC和CO净化效率有很大提高。
(2)所述电控模块由球阀主轴、压力传感器、角度传感器、后处理电控单元、微型步进电机和圆柱齿轮组组成,如图2所示,微型步进电机接收到后处理电控单元的控制指令转动,微型步进电机的圆柱小齿轮带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮再驱动球阀主轴齿轮旋转,使后处理装置即DOC+POC+DOC随球阀主轴旋转,从而实现后处理模块的换向操作。鉴于本发明对电控系统的动态响应性、稳定性要求较低,对准确性要求较高,因而电控模块各部件的型号或选材优选如下:后处理电控单元芯片为Freescale MC9S08DZ60、微型步进电机为42HM40-0404、压力传感器为F01R00E005、角度传感器为SSMW252400A1022、微型步进电机圆柱直齿为金属圆柱直齿、传动齿轮为塑料圆柱直齿、球阀主轴齿轮为塑料圆柱直齿。
所述电控模块的控制策略逻辑框图如图3所示,压力传感器采集后处理模块前后端的压力信号并传送给后处理电控单元,后处理电控单元对采集的压力数据进行处理,根据压差大小判定是否发生堵塞。(例如:车辆满负荷工况,转速n=3400r/min时,前端压力P1=45KPa,后端压力P2=15KPa,压差为30KPa,根据发动机标定的数据,此时电控模块判定到后处理模块已堵塞。)当后处理模块发生堵塞,则由后处理电控单元发出指令给微型步进电机进行角度旋转,微型步进电机通过圆柱小齿轮经减速齿轮组驱动所述DOC+POC+DOC球阀体旋转180°,将其换头进行反吹再生。出于对本发明成本控制和实际需要,此电控模块执行器选用低成本的微型步进电机。由于步进电机有失步(丢步)或有声不转的缺陷,为了使本发明后处理模块球阀体结构的转动角度达到要求精度,于是在球阀体主轴齿轮上加装一个角度传感器,采集后处理模块球阀体旋转角度信号并反馈给后处理电控单元进行闭环控制,修正球阀体的转动角度,提高尾气后处理模块的旋转角度精度。反吹再生之后,当后处理模块前端氧化催化器即DOC再次出现堵塞,重复上述操作。如果后处理模块旋转后压差仍大于门限值30kpa,经过数据分析则报故障码通知的驾驶员需要更换后处理模块。
如图4所示,后处理电控单元利用CAN总线技术与整车控制器即VCU、发动机电控单元即ECU、仪表显示即LCD进行通信,实现以下功能:
1)随着后处理模块旋转次数增加,粘附在后处理模块上的微粒积聚,反吹再生效果会变差,整车控制器(VCU)接收实时采集到的后处理模块前后端压力信号,将后处理模块旋转后的前后端压差值与门限值进行比较,预测后处理模块剩余使用寿命。
2)当电控模块发生故障,该故障码将存储在整车控制器(VCU),并在仪表显示(LCD)上点亮故障图标,提醒驾驶员以及方便维修人员检修故障。
3)排气背压对发动机功率、进气排气效率有影响,发动机电控单元(ECU)实时接收后处理模块前端压力信号,调整发动机气门重叠角。
4)整车控制器(VCU)记录后处理模块旋转次数数据,无论后处理模块是否能反吹再生,只要达到后处理模块标定的额定旋转次数上限,整车控制器仍报故障码通知更换维修。
(3)所述综合式微粒收集模块由尾气滤芯、放油螺栓、废机油加注口、废机油、尾气导流板、微粒收集模块密封箱盖、箱体箱盖锁紧搭扣、微粒收集模块箱体等组成,如图5所示。
当后处理装置被堵塞而调头使用时,堵塞在DOC、POC上的微粒物,会随发动机尾气以很高的速度从微粒收集模块箱体和尾气导流板之间的夹缝中流入并向下行,较大的堵塞物具有较大的惯性,冲向油池的机油面上,被废机油粘附。较轻较细的堵塞物随气流转向尾气滤芯流去,被尾气滤芯粘附。这样经两级过滤,气流中将有90﹪以上的有害物被滤去,已滤清的清洁尾气从排气管流入大气中。为了提高综合式微粒收集模块的过滤效率,使综合式微粒收集模块箱体进气管相对的一侧能够充分利用,对进气管与微粒收集模块箱体连接处进行切向设计,组织尾气的气流运动,形成涡流;同时利用尾气导流板,使尾气在收集模块中形成滚流,提高废机油对尾气中大颗粒的收集效率。
油池里使用高粘度、耐高温的废机油既降低了本发明产品化后的生产成本,又提高了机油的二次使用率;废机油不易挥发性和柴油机尾气低温性使综合式微粒收集模块中的油蒸汽微乎其微。此综合式微粒过滤器体积小、结构简单和可循环使用,可根据汽车排量的大小选择相适应的尺寸,能够快捷方便地对尾气滤芯进行清洗和更换废机油。
本发明的有益效果是:能在各种工况下正常工作,具有较高的捕集效率,不对环境产生二次污染;具有较强的再生能力和较高的再生效率,延长使用寿命,再生控制操作方便;加工工艺简单,性价比高,能够为汽车使用者每年节省上万元的维修费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但该实例不应理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1所示为尾气后处理模块结构示意图,该模块的结构形状为球阀体,分为三个面:前端、中部、后端,前端[图1-4]为氧化催化器即DOC一、中部[图1-5]为微粒氧化催化器即POC、后端[图1-6]为氧化催化器即DOC二,并依次连接。尾气经排气管流经后处理模块,前端氧化催化器即DOC一作为催化器,HC和CO可以在较低的温度下很快和排气中残留的O2反应,生成CO2和H2O;当排气温度在200-500℃之间时,中间的POC载体上主要进行2NO+O2→2NO2、C+2NO2→CO+2NO两个化学反应;当排气通过前端氧化催化器即DOC和中部微粒氧化催化器即POC后,尾气中可能还有剩余的HC和CO,此时在传统的尾气后处理模块DOC+POC通过加装一个后端氧化催化器即DOC二来进一步净化,使得净化效率更高。当尾气后处理模块反吹再生失效达到更换条件,可拆卸紧固螺栓进行更换后处理模块。
如图2所示为圆柱减速齿轮组组成的电控模块执行机构,[图2-9]微型步进电机接收到后处理电控单元的控制指令转动,步进电机[图2-10]圆柱直齿带动[图2-11]传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮再驱动[图2-8]球阀体主轴齿轮旋转,使后处理装置即DOC+POC+DOC随球阀体主轴旋转,从而实现后处理模块的换向操作。
如图3、4所示为电控模块控制策略及原理示意图,该模块分别有后处理装置[图1-2、1-7]前后压力传感器、后处理电控单元和主要由微型步进电机、减速圆柱齿轮组组成的执行器。当前后压力传感器分别检测后处理装置前端和后端的压力,当压差达到30kpa时,后处理电控单元判定后处理模块发生严重堵塞,于是后处理电控单元发出控制指令,由微型步进电机通过传动机构控制后处理模块的球阀体,以及利用角度传感器采集的角度信号对旋转角度进行精确控制,使其旋转180°利用尾气的气流压力对微粒进行吹扫,待后处理模块前端氧化催化器再次堵塞,电控模块重复上述操作。
如图5所示为综合式微粒收集模块,该模块由[图5-14]尾气滤芯、[图5-15]微粒收集箱密封箱盖、[图5-16]尾气导流板、[图5-17]箱体箱盖锁紧搭扣、[图5-18]综合式微粒收集模块箱体、[图5-19]尾气滤芯支撑板、[图5-20]废机油加注口、[图5-21]放油螺栓、[图5-22]废机油、[图5-13]排气管组成。后处理模块和电控模块只是解决了后处理装置发生堵塞的问题,而微粒收集模块实现功能是集中收集被尾气吹扫出来的微粒。含有大量微粒的尾气流经该模块,大的微粒具有较大的惯性,随着气流冲向[图5-22]废机油并被吸附,而小的微粒随气流流向[图5-2]尾气滤芯,细小的微粒则被滤芯粘附。后期维修保养简便,只需将[图5-7]锁紧搭扣打开就可对尾气滤芯进行清洗或更换;结构中[图5-20]机油加注口和[图5-21]放油螺栓使废机油的更换快捷方便。
如图6所示为本发明的总装配示意图,尾气经后处理模块处理,尾气中的CH、CO、NOX排放量大大降低,后处理装置即DOC+POC+DOC反吹再生失效,后期维修更换便捷;电控模块自动控制后处理模块换向操作,延长后处理模块的使用寿命;微粒收集模块具有非常高的净化效率,避免循环使用后处理模块对大气造成的二次污染,并且只需定期清洗或更换微粒收集模块中的[图6-14]尾气滤芯和[图6-22]废机油。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置,其特征在于:所述后处理装置由尾气后处理模块、电控模块和综合式微粒收集模块组成;所述尾气后处理模块由进气管、紧固螺栓、氧化催化器(DOC)一、微粒氧化催化器(POC)、氧化催化器(DOC)二组成,并依次连接,构成球阀体结构状,球阀体结构前端为氧化催化器(DOC)一,球阀体结构中部为微粒氧化催化器(POC),球阀体结构后端为氧化催化器(DOC)二,尾气后处理模块与电控模块通过球阀体主轴相连;所述电控模块由球阀体主轴、压力传感器、角度传感器、后处理电控单元、微型步进电机和减速齿轮组组成,其中减速齿轮组由微型步进电机小齿轮、传动齿轮和球阀体主轴齿轮组成,微型步进电机接收到后处理电控单元的控制指令转动,微型步进电机小齿轮带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮再驱动球阀体主轴齿轮旋转,使尾气后处理模块随球阀体主轴旋转,从而实现尾气后处理模块的换向操作;所述压力传感器采集尾气后处理模块前后端的压力信号并传送给后处理电控单元,后处理电控单元对采集的压力数据进行处理,根据压差大小判定尾气后处理模块是否发生堵塞,当尾气后处理模块发生堵塞,则由后处理电控单元发出指令给微型步进电机进行角度旋转,微型步进电机通过减速齿轮组驱动所述球阀体旋转180°,将其换向进行反吹再生;球阀体主轴齿轮上设置的角度传感器,采集尾气后处理模块球阀体结构旋转角度信号并反馈给后处理电控单元进行闭环控制,修正球阀体结构的转动角度,提高尾气后处理模块的旋转角度精度,反吹再生之后,当尾气后处理模块前端氧化催化器(DOC)再次出现堵塞,重复上述操作;如果后处理模块旋转后压差仍大于门限值30kpa,经过数据分析则报故障码通知的驾驶员需要更换后处理模块,后处理电控单元利用CAN总线技术与整车控制器、发动机电控单元、仪表显示进行通信;所述综合式微粒收集模块由尾气滤芯、放油螺栓、废机油加注口、废机油、尾气导流板、微粒收集模块密封箱盖、箱体箱盖锁紧搭扣、微粒收集模块箱体组成,当尾气后处理装置被堵塞而调头使用时,堵塞在尾气后处理模块上的微粒物,会随发动机尾气以很高的速度从微粒收集模块箱体和尾气导流板的夹缝中流入并向下行,一部分微粒物冲向油池的机油面上,被废机油粘附;一部分微粒物随气流转向尾气滤芯流去,被尾气滤芯粘附,已滤清的清洁尾气从排气管流入大气中,同时采用尾气导流板,使尾气在综合式微粒收集模块中形成滚流,提高废机油对尾气中大颗粒的收集效率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于柴油机尾气处理的可循环使用的后处理装置,其特征在于:所述电控模块各部件的型号或选材为:后处理电控单元芯片为FreescaleMC9S08DZ60、微型步进电机为42HM40-0404、压力传感器为F01R00E005、角度传感器为SSMW252400A1022、微型步进电机小齿轮为金属圆柱直齿、传动齿轮为塑料圆柱直齿、球阀体主轴齿轮为塑料圆柱直齿。
