Abstract
本发明涉及一种可自动通风式防火门。门体上开设百叶窗,门体内侧设有温度传感器,门体内位于百叶窗上方设置自动防火卷帘单元,百叶窗下沿位于自动防火卷帘单元正下方设置座板,座板上设置重力传感器,所述的自动防火卷帘单元包括卷轴,卷轴上卷有卷绳,卷绳下端固连钢质防火卷帘,卷轴的端部设置电机,所述的电机与控制器相接,卷轴中段环卷轴固定有压力传感器,当钢质防火卷帘位于座板上,钢质防火卷帘完全覆盖住百叶窗窗口,通过在防火门上开设百叶窗,百叶窗上设置自动防火卷帘单元,控制器配合门体上的温度感应器、卷轴上压力传感器、座板上重力传感器,再与自动防火卷帘单元联动实现防火门的自动通风以及火灾时的自动防火防烟。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火门,具体涉及一种可自动通风式防火门。
背景技术
防火门是用来维持走火通道的耐火完整性及提供逃生途径的门。其目的在一定时间(通常是逃生时间)内具有耐火性,能够保持门的完整性、稳定性,具有隔热效果,是各类建筑中最常见的防火分割构件。符合要求的防火门应具有良好的耐高温、隔热及放烟雾穿透的性能,并应具备在火灾时人员通过后自行关闭的功能。目前市面上主要有钢质隔热防火门和木质防火门等材质不同的防火门。但是传统的防火门只具备防火的功能,不具备通风功能,尤其是在类似卫生间区域需要通风的地方,没有通风就会对生活环境造成不利影响。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种可自动通风式防火门,实现防火门的自动通风以及火灾时的自动防火防烟,使得防火门在不工作状态下防火门内环境舒适。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种可自动通风式防火门,包括门体,门体上开设百叶窗,门体内侧设有温度传感器,门体内位于百叶窗上方设置自动防火卷帘单元,百叶窗下沿位于自动防火卷帘单元正下方设置座板,座板上设置重力传感器;
所述的自动防火卷帘单元包括卷轴,卷轴上卷有卷绳,卷绳下端固连钢质防火卷帘,卷轴的端部设置电机,所述的电机与控制器相接,卷轴中段环卷轴固定有压力传感器,当钢质防火卷帘位于座板上,钢质防火卷帘完全覆盖住百叶窗窗口;
当温度感应器感应温度高于设定温度时,温度感应器感应信息传递至控制器,控制器控制电机向卷绳拉开方向转动,卷绳下端的钢质防火卷帘碰至座板,座板上的重力传感器感应到钢质防火卷帘,重力传感器感应信息传递至控制器,控制器控制电机停止转动;当温度感应器感应温度低于设定温度时,温度感应器感应信息传递至控制器,控制器控制电机向卷绳上扬方向转动,卷绳下端的钢质防火卷帘碰至卷轴上的压力传感器,压力传感器感应信息传递至控制器,控制器控制电机停止转动。
进一步的,所述的门体包括位于中间层的防火隔音门芯板,防火隔音门芯板的外板面设置防火限位板,防火限位板外板面设置钢板,所述的防火限位板开设限位矩形腔,卷轴设置于限位矩形腔上沿,座板设置于限位矩形腔下沿,限位矩形腔的两侧开设滑轨,钢质防火卷帘沿滑轨自由滑动。
再进一步的,所述的防火限位板的板面贴置密封条,所述的密封条材质为聚磷酸铵,三聚氰胺,二胺,双氰胺的一种。
本发明的技术效果在于:通过在防火门上开设百叶窗,百叶窗上设置自动防火卷帘单元,控制器配合门体上的温度感应器、卷轴上压力传感器、座板上重力传感器,再与自动防火卷帘单元联动实现防火门的自动通风以及火灾时的自动防火防烟。

具体实施方式
参照附图,一种可自动通风式防火门,包括门体10,门体10上开设百叶窗20,门体10内侧设有温度传感器40,门体10内位于百叶窗20上方设置自动防火卷帘单元30,百叶窗20下沿位于自动防火卷帘单元30正下方设置座板50,座板50上设置重力传感器60;
所述的自动防火卷帘单元30包括卷轴31,卷轴31上卷有卷绳32,卷绳32下端固连钢质防火卷帘33,卷轴31的端部设置电机34,所述的电机34与控制器70相接,卷轴31中段环卷轴31固定有压力传感器80,当钢质防火卷帘33位于座板50上,钢质防火卷帘33完全覆盖住百叶窗20窗口;
当温度感应器40感应温度高于设定温度时,温度感应器40感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34向卷绳32拉开方向转动,卷绳32下端的钢质防火卷帘33碰至座板50,座板50上的重力传感器60感应到钢质防火卷帘33,重力传感器60感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34停止转动;当温度感应器40感应温度低于设定温度时,温度感应器40感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34向卷绳32上扬方向转动,卷绳32下端的钢质防火卷帘33碰至卷轴31上的压力传感器80,压力传感器80感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34停止转动。
进一步的,所述的门体10包括位于中间层的防火隔音门芯板,防火隔音门芯板的外板面设置防火限位板A,防火限位板A外板面设置钢板,所述的防火限位板A开设限位矩形腔A1,卷轴31设置于限位矩形腔B上沿,座板50设置于限位矩形腔A1下沿,限位矩形腔A1的两侧开设滑轨A2,钢质防火卷帘33沿滑轨A2自由滑动。
再进一步的,所述的防火限位板A的板面贴置密封条,所述的密封条材质为聚磷酸铵,三聚氰胺,二胺,双氰胺的一种。
结合图2、3、4,在防火门内没有火灾,也就是防火门不起防火作用时,控制器70接收到温度传感器40的感应温度较低,自动防火卷帘单元30不启动。因为90℃内防火门内通常没有火灾,这里温度传感器40的设定温度通常是90℃。也就是控制器70在接收到温度传感器40感应温度低于90℃时,自动防火卷帘单元30电机不转动,卷轴31也就不转动,当温度感应器40感应温度高于90℃时,温度感应器40感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34正转,卷绳32向下拉伸,至钢质防火卷帘33碰至座板50,座板50上的重力传感器60感应到钢质防火卷帘33,重力传感器60感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34停止正转;当温度感应器40感应温度低于90℃时,温度感应器40感应信息传递至控制器70,控制器70控制电机34反转,卷绳32向上上扬,至钢质防火卷帘33)碰至卷轴31上的压力传感器80,压力传感器80感应信息传递至控制器70传递,控制器70控制电机34停止反转。至此实现防火门的自动通风以及以及火灾时的自动防火防烟。
设置的防火限位板A保证自动防火卷帘单元30钢质防火卷帘33的行径沿限位矩形腔A1两侧的滑轨A2,使得钢质防火卷帘33稳定上下行的同时保证钢质防火卷帘33轻松快速的移动,提高自动防火卷帘单元30防火防烟的及时性。
防火限位板A的板面上的密封条采用受热膨胀材料在自动防火卷帘单元30启动以及防火过程中保证防火限位板A与门体10的密封性,进一步保证防火防烟效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种可自动通风式防火门,包括门体(10),其特征在于:门体(10)上开设百叶窗(20),门体(10)内侧设有温度感应器(40),门体(10)内位于百叶窗(20)上方设置自动防火卷帘单元(30),百叶窗(20)下沿位于自动防火卷帘单元(30)正下方设置座板(50),座板(50)上设置重力传感器(60);
所述的自动防火卷帘单元(30)包括卷轴(31),卷轴(31)上卷有卷绳(32),卷绳(32)下端固连钢质防火卷帘(33),卷轴(31)的端部设置电机(34),所述的电机(34)与控制器(70)相接,卷轴(31)中段环卷轴(31)固定有压力传感器(80),当钢质防火卷帘(33)位于座板(50)上,钢质防火卷帘(33)完全覆盖住百叶窗(20)窗口;
当温度感应器(40)感应温度高于设定温度时,温度感应器(40)感应信息传递至控制器(70),控制器(70)控制电机(34)向卷绳(32)拉开方向转动,卷绳(32)下端的钢质防火卷帘(33)碰至座板(50),座板(50)上的重力传感器(60)感应到钢质防火卷帘(33),重力传感器(60)感应信息传递至控制器(70),控制器(70)控制电机(34)停止转动;当温度感应器(40)感应温度低于设定温度时,温度感应器(40)感应信息传递至控制器(70),控制器(70)控制电机(34)向卷绳(32)上扬方向转动,卷绳(32)下端的钢质防火卷帘(33)碰至卷轴(31)上的压力传感器(80),压力传感器(80)感应信息传递至控制器(70),控制器(70)控制电机(34)停止转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自动通风式防火门,其特征在于:所述的门体(10)包括位于中间层的防火隔音门芯板,防火隔音门芯板的外板面设置防火限位板(A),防火限位板(A)外板面设置钢板,所述的防火限位板(A)开设限位矩形腔(A1),卷轴(31)设置于限位矩形腔(B)上沿,座板(50)设置于限位矩形腔(A1)下沿,限位矩形腔(A1)的两侧开设滑轨(A2),钢质防火卷帘(33)沿滑轨(A2)自由滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可自动通风式防火门,其特征在于:所述的防火限位板(A)的板面贴置密封条,所述的密封条材质为聚磷酸铵,三聚氰胺,二胺,双氰胺的一种。
