Abstract

本发明公开了新型通风节能门窗,包括窗框,所述窗框内部顶板上转动连接有窗体,所述窗框顶边前表壁上设置有窗帘卷轴,且窗帘卷轴通过传动杆与小型电机传动连接,所述窗框底边中心处设置有固定柱,所述窗框内表壁上设置有配合窗体使用的密封垫,所述窗体内部设置有第一玻璃和第二玻璃,且第一玻璃和第二玻璃之间设置有真空层。本发明中,首先窗框内表壁上设置有配合窗体使用的密封垫,有效的提高了该门窗的密封性,提高了保温能力,实现了节能的效果,其次窗体由双层玻璃和真空层组成,使得窗体的隔音效果更好,减少噪音和易于清洁,再有该节能门窗上设置有保温窗帘,配合保温窗帘的使用,进一步提高了该节能门窗的节能效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗技术领域,尤其涉及新型通风节能门窗。
背景技术
节能门窗是为了增大采光通风面积或表现现代建筑的性格特征的一种门窗,为了增大采光通风面积或表现现代建筑的性格特征,建筑物的门窗面积越来越大,更有全玻璃的幕墙建筑,以至门窗的热损失占建筑的总热损失的40%以上,门窗节能是建筑节能的关键,门窗既是能源得失的敏感部位,又关系到采光、通风、隔声、立面造型。这就对门窗的节能提出了更高的要求,在窗的发展上,阳台窗向落地推拉式发展,开发新型中悬和上悬式窗;卫生间主要发展通气窗,具有防视线和通风两种功能;厨房窗将向长条窗发展,设在厨房吊柜和操作台之间;门窗遮阳技术则适合在夏热冬暖地区广泛推广。窗户所用材料是木窗、铝合金窗、塑窗、铝塑复合窗、铝木复合窗、玻璃钢门窗的发展趋势。
然而现有的通风门窗在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,现有的通风门窗,隔音效果较差,且密封性较差,导致其保温能力较差,浪费了热能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的新型通风节能门窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:新型通风节能门窗,包括窗框,所述窗框内部顶板上转动连接有窗体,所述窗框顶边前表壁上设置有窗帘卷轴,且窗帘卷轴通过传动杆与小型电机传动连接,所述窗帘卷轴上绕接有保温窗帘,所述窗框底边中心处设置有固定柱,所述窗框内表壁上设置有配合窗体使用的密封垫,所述窗体底边中心处固定有转轴,所述转轴上转动连接有配合固定柱使用的固定钩,所述转轴顶端设置有把手,所述窗体内部设置有第一玻璃和第二玻璃,且第一玻璃和第二玻璃之间设置有真空层。

本发明中,首先窗框内表壁上设置有配合窗体使用的密封垫,有效的提高了该门窗的密封性,提高了保温能力,实现了节能的效果,其次窗体由双层玻璃和真空层组成,使得窗体的隔音效果更好,减少噪音和易于清洁,再有该节能门窗上设置有保温窗帘,配合保温窗帘的使用,进一步提高了该节能门窗的节能效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,新型通风节能门窗,包括窗框1,窗框1内部顶板上转动连接有窗体2,窗框1顶边前表壁上设置有窗帘卷轴4,且窗帘卷轴4通过传动杆5与小型电机6传动连接,窗帘卷轴4上绕接有保温窗帘3,窗框1底边中心处设置有固定柱7,窗框1内表壁上设置有配合窗体2使用的密封垫8,窗体2底边中心处固定有转轴9,转轴9上转动连接有配合固定柱7使用的固定钩10,转轴9顶端设置有把手11,窗体2内部设置有第一玻璃12和第二玻璃14,且第一玻璃12和第二玻璃14之间设置有真空层13。
保温窗帘3的宽度大于窗体2的宽度,固定柱7与转轴9处于同一竖直线上,小型电机6上连接有电源线,固定柱7与窗框1的前表面相互垂直,第一玻璃12和第二玻璃14大小相等,且第一玻璃12和第二玻璃14相互平行。
第一玻璃12和第二玻璃14相对面上设置有防紫外线涂层,使该窗体2具有防紫外线的功能,保温窗帘3通过小型电机6控制收放,实现自动收放,操作更加的方便。
工作原理:使用时,将该节能门窗安装在指定位置,然后将小型电机6上的电源线连接好电源和控制器,使用时,通过手握把手11旋转转轴9,转开固定钩10,推动窗体2,便可以打开该节能门窗,关闭时,手握把手11,拉取窗体2到窗框1内,再旋转把手11,使得固定钩10钩取在固定柱7上,将窗体2相对窗框1进行固定即可,保温窗帘3的使用,直接利用电源线连接的控制器,控制小型电机6的正反转即可带动窗帘卷轴4的正反转,便可以实现保温窗帘3的收放,整个装置完整运行。

1.新型通风节能门窗,包括窗框(1),其特征在于,所述窗框(1)内部顶板上转动连接有窗体(2),所述窗框(1)顶边前表壁上设置有窗帘卷轴(4),且窗帘卷轴(4)通过传动杆(5)与小型电机(6)传动连接,所述窗帘卷轴(4)上绕接有保温窗帘(3),所述窗框(1)底边中心处设置有固定柱(7),所述窗框(1)内表壁上设置有配合窗体(2)使用的密封垫(8),所述窗体(2)底边中心处固定有转轴(9),所述转轴(9)上转动连接有配合固定柱(7)使用的固定钩(10),所述转轴(9)顶端设置有把手(11),所述窗体(2)内部设置有第一玻璃(12)和第二玻璃(14),且第一玻璃(12)和第二玻璃(14)之间设置有真空层(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型通风节能门窗,其特征在于,所述保温窗帘(3)的宽度大于窗体(2)的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型通风节能门窗,其特征在于,所述固定柱(7)与转轴(9)处于同一竖直线上。
