Abstract
一种梯形插口搅拌桩机,制造多个间隔一个插口桩距离的多个水泥土插口桩;当两边的插口桩的水泥土强度达到一定强度时,再在每两个插口桩之间的间距内、用梯形插口搅拌桩机按照上述梯形插口搅拌桩机的工作方式制造一个水泥土插口桩,使每两个插口桩之间的插口桩左端的凹梯形头吻合于左边插口桩右端的凸梯形头、插口桩右端的凸梯形头吻合于右边插口桩左端的凹梯形头,如此形成多个水泥土插口桩相互梯形插口的水泥土桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌桩机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的梯形插口搅拌桩机。
背景技术
目前,其它型式的水泥土搅拌桩机所成的桩体都是多个水泥土圆柱的组合体,不是相互插口的的水泥土桩墙。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种能制造多个桩体相互梯形插口的梯形插口搅拌桩机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种梯形插口搅拌桩机,钻杆下端左侧固定钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴固定有前半凹梯形刀柱,电机一的后端转轴固定有后半凹梯形刀柱;钻杆下端右侧固定钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴固定有前半凸梯形刀柱,电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凸梯形刀柱;前半凹梯形刀柱和后半凹梯形刀柱组成一个凹梯形刀柱,凹梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前半凸梯形刀柱和后半凸梯形刀柱组成一个凸梯形刀柱,凸梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;凹梯形刀柱横截面的凹梯形与凸梯形刀柱横截面的凸梯形吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造多个水泥土插口桩相互梯形插口的水泥土桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例钻杆1下端左侧固定钢板撑一2的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一6外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴11固定有前半凹梯形刀柱4,电机一的后端转轴11固定有后半凹梯形刀柱9;钻杆1下端右侧固定钢板撑二3的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二7外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴11固定有前半凸梯形刀柱5,电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凸梯形刀柱10;前半凹梯形刀柱和后半凹梯形刀柱组成一个凹梯形刀柱,凹梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头8;前半凸梯形刀柱和后半凸梯形刀柱组成一个凸梯形刀柱,凸梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;凹梯形刀柱横截面的凹梯形与凸梯形刀柱横截面的凸梯形吻合。
本发明还安装有灌浆泵,工作时灌浆泵对凹梯形刀柱和凸梯形刀柱之间的部位灌注水泥浆,电机一驱动前半凹梯形刀柱和后半凹梯形刀柱正转,电机二驱动前半凸梯形刀柱和后半凸梯形刀柱反转,前半凹梯形刀柱、后半凹梯形刀柱以及前半凸梯形刀柱、后半凸梯形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体与水泥浆搅拌;前半凹梯形刀柱、后半凹梯形刀柱在转动中将左端搅拌成凹梯形头,前半凸梯形刀柱、后半凸梯形刀柱在转动中将右端搅拌成凸梯形头;左部的凹梯形头与右部的凸梯形头相吻合;钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有凹梯形头、右端带有凸梯形头的插口桩。
多个插口桩相互梯形插口的工作过程如下:首先在需要成桩轴线的起始位置,用梯形插口搅拌桩机按照上述梯形插口搅拌桩机的工作方式制造一个水泥土插口桩,在此插口桩的右侧、间隔一个插口桩的距离再制造第二个水泥土插口桩,如此制造多个间隔一个插口桩距离的多个水泥土插口桩;当两边的插口桩的水泥土强度达到一定强度时,再在每两个插口桩之间的间距内、用梯形插口搅拌桩机按照上述梯形插口搅拌桩机的工作方式制造一个水泥土插口桩,使每两个插口桩之间的插口桩左端的凹梯形头吻合于左边插口桩右端的凸梯形头、插口桩右端的凸梯形头吻合于右边插口桩左端的凹梯形头,如此形成多个水泥土插口桩相互梯形插口的水泥土桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

梯形插口搅拌桩机包括有钻杆(1),钻杆(1)下端左侧固定钢板撑一(2)的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一(6)外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴(11)固定有前半凹梯形刀柱(4),电机一的后端转轴(11)固定有后半凹梯形刀柱(9);钻杆(1)下端右侧固定钢板撑二(3)的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二(7)外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴(11)固定有前半凸梯形刀柱(5),电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凸梯形刀柱10;前半凹梯形刀柱和后半凹梯形刀柱组成一个凹梯形刀柱,凹梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头(8);前半凸梯形刀柱和后半凸梯形刀柱组成一个凸梯形刀柱,凸梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;凹梯形刀柱横截面的凹梯形与凸梯形刀柱横截面的凸梯形吻合;
