一种双梯形插合搅拌桩机,制造多个间隔一个插合桩距离的多个水泥土插合桩;当两边的插合桩的水泥土强度达到一定时,再在每两个插合桩之间的间距内、用双梯形插合搅拌桩机按照上述双梯形插合搅拌桩机制造水泥土桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插合桩,使每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩左端的凹梯形端头吻合于左边水泥土插合桩右端的凸梯形端头、每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩右端的凸梯形端头吻合于右边水泥土插合桩左端的凹梯形端头,如此形成多个水泥土插合桩与每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩相互双梯形插合的桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

一种双梯形插合搅拌桩机,钻杆下端左侧固定钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴固定有前凹梯形刀柱,电机一的后端转轴固定有后凹梯形刀柱;钻杆下端右侧固定钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴固定有前凸梯形刀柱,电机二的后端转轴固定有后凸梯形刀柱;前凹梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头,后凹梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凸梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;后凸梯形刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凹梯形刀柱横截面的凹梯形与前凸梯形刀柱横截面的凸梯形吻合,后凹梯形刀柱横截面的凹梯形与后凸梯形刀柱横截面的凸梯形吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:

本发明制造水泥土插合桩的工作过程如下:工作时灌浆泵对凹梯形刀柱和凸梯形刀柱之间的部位灌注水泥浆,电机一驱动前凹梯形刀柱和后凹梯形刀柱正转,电机二驱动前凸梯形刀柱和后凸梯形刀柱反转,前凹梯形刀柱、后凹梯形刀柱以及前凸梯形刀柱、后凸梯形刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌;前凹梯形刀柱、后凹梯形刀柱在转动中将左端切削搅拌成双凹梯形端头,前凸梯形刀柱、后凸梯形刀柱在转动中将右端切削搅拌成双凸梯形端头;左部的双凹梯形端头与右部的双凸梯形端头相吻合;钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有两个凹梯形端头、右端带有两个凸梯形端头的水泥土插合桩。
本发明制造多个水泥土插合桩相互双梯形插合的工作过程如下:在需要成桩轴线的起始位置,用双梯形插合搅拌桩机按照上述双梯形插合搅拌桩机的制造水泥土插合桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插合桩,在此水泥土插合桩的右侧、间隔一个插合桩的距离再制造第二个水泥土插合桩,如此制造多个间隔一个插合桩距离的多个水泥土插合桩;当两边的插合桩的水泥土强度达到一定时,再在每两个插合桩之间的间距内、用双梯形插合搅拌桩机按照上述双梯形插合搅拌桩机制造水泥土桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插合桩,使每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩左端的凹梯形端头吻合于左边水泥土插合桩右端的凸梯形端头、每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩右端的凸梯形端头吻合于右边水泥土插合桩左端的凹梯形端头,如此形成多个水泥土插合桩与每两个水泥土插合桩之间的水泥土插合桩相互双梯形插合的桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。
