本发明公开了一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方,所述电缆是由以下质量分的各原料构成:羊毛脂30~40份、有机锡10~20份、收敛剂10~20份、聚酯薄膜10~15份、硬脂酸钙10~20份、着色剂20~30份、硬脂酸铅10~20份、镉红10~15份。本发明具有绝缘效果好、耐磨损和抗干扰性强等优点。

本发明涉及一种电缆用配方,尤其涉及一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,现有的电缆在加工过程中因其选料不合理,导致电缆并不能满足人们的需求,且绝缘性能不好,给人们后期的使用带来很大的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供 一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方,所述电缆是由以下质量分的各原料构成:羊毛脂30~40份、有机锡10~20份、收敛剂10~20份、聚酯薄膜10~15份、硬脂酸钙10~20份、着色剂20~30份、硬脂酸铅10~20份、镉红10~15份。
上述的一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:羊毛脂35份、有机锡15份、收敛剂16份、聚酯薄膜12份、硬脂酸钙17份、着色剂25份、硬脂酸铅14份、镉红13份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有绝缘效果好、耐磨损和抗干扰性强等优点,所述收敛剂可以有效的防止电缆出现被腐蚀的情况,使电缆的使用寿命更长,降低了企业成本。

一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方,所述电缆是由以下质量分的各原料构成:羊毛脂30~40份、有机锡10~20份、收敛剂10~20份、聚酯薄膜10~15份、硬脂酸钙10~20份、着色剂20~30份、硬脂酸铅10~20份、镉红10~15份;上述的一种电缆铠装屏蔽绕包材料配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:羊毛脂35份、有机锡15份、收敛剂16份、聚酯薄膜12份、硬脂酸钙17份、着色剂25份、硬脂酸铅14份、镉红13份。
