背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,现有的电缆在加工过程中因其选料不合理,导致电缆并不能满足人们的需求,且绝缘性能不好,给人们后期的使用带来很大的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供 一种电线外护套配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电线外护套配方,所述电缆是由以下质量分的各原料构成:橡胶30~40份、稳定剂10~20份、抗氧化剂10~20份、交联聚乙烯树脂10~15份、氯化石蜡10~20份、润滑剂20~30份、液态腊10~20份、镉红10~15份。
上述的一种电线外护套配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:橡胶35份、稳定剂15份、抗氧化剂16份、交联聚乙烯树脂12份、氯化石蜡17份、润滑剂25份、液态腊14份、镉红13份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有绝缘效果好、耐磨损和抗干扰性强等优点,所述抗氧化剂可以有效的防止电缆出现被腐蚀的情况,使电缆的使用寿命更长,降低了企业成本。
