本发明公开了一种塑料制品塑形过程用搅拌装置,包括配料箱、塑料熔融箱和搅拌室;所述配料箱设置在搅拌室的左上端;配料箱通过出料管与搅拌室连通;所述出料管上设置有第一电磁阀;所述第一电磁阀通过信号传输线连接到操操作面板上;所述操纵面板固定在搅拌室的顶端;所述搅拌室的顶盖内部镶嵌有电磁铁;搅拌室的两侧和底部镶嵌有若干个加热管;搅拌室里放入若干个小钢珠;搅拌室的右上端设置有塑料熔融室;所述塑料熔融室与搅拌室之间连接有进液管;搅拌室的内部设置有温度传感器;搅拌室的右下端设置有出液管道;所述出液管道与搅拌室相连接的一端设置有滤网;本发明采用防腐材料,维护成本低,搅拌效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料产品生产领域,具体是一种塑料塑形过程用搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前,塑料制品在生产过程中需要对原料进行加热熔解,然后再加入配料搅拌后进行塑形,现有的一些搅拌装置搅拌形式单一,搅拌不均匀,搅拌装置易受到塑料熔融溶液的腐蚀使得维护成本增加,而且搅拌过程中外泄的有毒气体还会威胁到操作人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料塑形过程用搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种塑料制品塑形过程用搅拌装置,包括配料箱、塑料熔融箱和搅拌室;所述配料箱设置在搅拌室的左上端;配料箱通过出料管与搅拌室连通;所述出料管上设置有第一电磁阀;所述第一电磁阀通过信号传输线连接到操操作面板上;所述操纵面板固定在搅拌室的顶端;所述搅拌室的顶盖内部镶嵌有电磁铁;所述电磁铁通过电线与控制面板连接;搅拌室的内壁上涂有一层绝缘物质;搅拌室的两侧和底部镶嵌有若干个加热管;所述加热管通过电线与操作面板连接;搅拌室里放入若干个小钢珠;所述小钢珠在电磁铁通电的情况下可以上下往复运动;搅拌室的右上端设置有塑料熔融室;所述塑料熔融室与搅拌室之间连接有进液管;所述进液管为防腐蚀材料;进液管上设置有止水阀;搅拌室的内部设置有温度传感器;所述温度传感器通过信号传输线与控制面板连接;搅拌室的右下端设置有出液管道;所述出液管道与搅拌室相连接的一端设置有滤网;所述滤网的网孔径小于小钢珠的直径;出液管道上设置有第二电磁阀;所述第二电磁阀通过信号传输线与控制面板连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述控制面板内设置有供加热管和电磁铁通电的电源。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述搅拌室的顶盖为易导电物质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述小钢珠的直径大于滤网网孔的直径。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述出料管为防腐物质材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明撇掉了传统的搅拌装置中单一的搅拌叶片形式,利用电磁铁和小钢珠的配合,保证了搅拌的均匀性,而且通过温度传感器的实时检测,控制面板适时控制加热管保证了搅拌的充分性,同时该装置密封性较好,对员工的身体健康不会造成危害。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种塑料制品塑形过程用搅拌装置,包括配料箱1、塑料熔融箱2和搅拌室3;所述配料箱1设置在搅拌室3的左上端;配料箱1用于存放塑料塑形时所需的配料;配料箱1通过出料管7与搅拌室3连通;所述出料管7上设置有第一电磁阀6;所述第一电磁阀7通过信号传输线5连接到操操作面板4上;所述信号传输线5用于传递数据信号到操作面板,以便操作面板实时控制;所述操纵面板4固定在搅拌室3的顶端;所述搅拌室3的顶盖内部镶嵌有电磁铁10;搅拌室3的顶盖为易导电物质;所述电磁铁10通过电线17与控制面板4连接;搅拌室3的内壁上涂有一层绝缘物质9;所述绝缘物质9不导电;搅拌室3的两侧和底部镶嵌有若干个加热管8;所述加热管8通过电线17与操作面板4连接;加热管8用于加热搅拌室3中的塑料熔融溶液,以便充分搅拌;搅拌室3里放入若干个小钢珠15;所述小钢珠15在电磁铁10通电的情况下可以上下往复运动;搅拌室3的右上端设置有塑料熔融室2;所述塑料熔融室2用于存放熔融的塑料溶液;塑料熔融室2与搅拌室之间连接有进液管11;所述进液管11为防腐蚀材料,以防被熔融的塑料溶液腐蚀掉;进液管11上设置有止水阀12;所述止水阀12用于控制塑料熔融溶液的流出;搅拌室3的内部设置有温度传感器18;所述温度传感器18通过信号传输线5与控制面板4连接;温度传感器18用于检测搅拌室3内溶液的温度;以便适时将温度传送给控制面板4;搅拌室3的右下端设置有出液管道14;所述出液管道14与搅拌室3相连接的一端设置有滤网16;所述滤网16的网孔径小于小钢珠15的直径;出液管道14上设置有第二电磁阀13;所述第二电磁阀13通过信号传输线5与控制面板4连接。
本发明的工作原理是:工作时,打开止水阀,先将塑料熔融箱中熔融的塑料溶液通过进液管道送入搅拌室中去,再通过控制面板控制电磁阀将配料溶液送入搅拌室,然后通过控制面板给电磁铁周期性通电,开始搅拌,在此过程中通过温度传感器传送来的温度信息适时给加热管加热,以便充分搅拌。

1.一种塑料制品塑形过程用搅拌装置,包括配料箱、塑料熔融箱和搅拌室;其特征在于,所述配料箱设置在搅拌室的左上端;配料箱通过出料管与搅拌室连通;所述出料管上设置有第一电磁阀;所述第一电磁阀通过信号传输线连接到操操作面板上;所述操纵面板固定在搅拌室的顶端;所述搅拌室的顶盖内部镶嵌有电磁铁;所述电磁铁通过电线与控制面板连接;搅拌室的内壁上涂有一层绝缘物质;搅拌室的两侧和底部镶嵌有若干个加热管;所述加热管通过电线与操作面板连接;搅拌室里放入若干个小钢珠;所述小钢珠在电磁铁通电的情况下可以上下往复运动;搅拌室的右上端设置有塑料熔融室;所述塑料熔融室与搅拌室之间连接有进液管;所述进液管为防腐蚀材料;进液管上设置有止水阀;搅拌室的内部设置有温度传感器;所述温度传感器通过信号传输线与控制面板连接;搅拌室的右下端设置有出液管道;所述出液管道与搅拌室相连接的一端设置有滤网;所述滤网的网孔径小于小钢珠的直径;出液管道上设置有第二电磁阀;所述第二电磁阀通过信号传输线与控制面板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品塑形过程用搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述控制面板内设置有供加热管和电磁铁通电的电源。
