本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种砚台压制机构检测装置,它主要包括压缸制动机、电磁换向阀、蓄电池、红外线检测机、电液换向阀、电磁溢流阀、冷凝管以及警报装置,所述压缸制动机通过两条线路连接电磁换向阀,压缸制动机与电磁换向阀之间的线路支路上连接着蓄电池,所述蓄电池的另一方向线路上连接红外线检测机,所述电磁换向阀的另一方向线路的一条线路上安装有气压表,另一条线路上安装有电液换向阀,此条线路上设置有一条支路,支路上安装有电磁溢流阀,电液换向阀以及电磁溢流阀的各自的另一方向线路相回合于一条线路,此条线路的末端连接冷凝管,所述红外线检测机以及气压表各自的另一方向线路的末端连接冷凝管,所述冷凝管的末端的线路上安装一警报装置。

具体实施方式:所述电磁换向阀2的另一方向线路的一条线路上安装有气压表4,另一条线路上安装有电液换向阀6,此条线路上设置有一条支路,支路上安装有电磁溢流阀7,电液换向阀6以及电磁溢流阀7的各自的另一方向线路相回合于一条线路,此条线路的末端连接冷凝管9,所述红外线检测机5以及气压表4各自的另一方向线路的末端连接冷凝管9。
进一步的,所述冷凝管9的末端的线路上安装一警报装置10,所述冷凝管9为直筒式管状。
所述电磁溢流阀7的一端安装电机一8。
