Abstract
本发明是一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,特征是该粘合剂由医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯与医用三氯生按比例混合,比例分别为1%~10%。特征是该方法包括以下步骤:将医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯若干,加入医用三氯生,震荡器震荡混匀,将制备好的混合溶液用塑料密封容器分装,标明三氯生浓度,钴-60灭菌,封闭保存备用。本发明方法制备的医用广谱抗菌粘合剂有以下优点:具有明确的抗菌性能,并且抗菌谱广泛,对革兰氏阳性阴性菌,厌氧菌,病毒均有杀灭效果;同时该粘合剂的粘合强度不受影响;并且该粘合剂的储存时间较长,可以长期放置储存,稳定性好。本发明涉及的医用广谱抗菌粘合剂,能够明确提高粘合剂的抗菌性能,特别适用于开放性创面、伤口的封闭和修复。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,用于改善粘合剂的抗菌性能,提高粘合剂的抗菌作用,特别适用于开放性创面的封闭和修复,属于生物材料技术领域。
背景技术
医用粘合剂在临床工作中得到了广泛的应用,如:手术伤口的粘合封闭,血管吻合的吻合口渗血补漏,出血部位血管的栓塞等等,其应用的范围不断扩大,随着大量的临床应用发现了一些问题,如:在开放性伤口应用时,由于伤口存在大量的细菌污染,感染的风险较大,一方面粘合剂的应用,大大简化了手术操作,能够快速封闭创面,另一方面感染的发生率仍然很高,所以,如果能够在快速封闭的创面的情况下同时具备抗感染的效果,将明显提高开放伤的救治水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,制备一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂,使得该粘合剂具有明确的抗菌性能,特别适合于开放性创面和伤口的处置。
本发明提出的一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,主要是将传统的临床医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯,加入医用三氯生制剂,按一定比例混匀备用。
本发明提出的医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将医用α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂若干加入不同浓度的三氯生,振荡器摇匀,密闭保存备用。
具体实施方式
本发明中使用的原料来源:医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯,医用三氯生制剂,北京化学试剂公司,化学纯级。
实施例一
将医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯若干,加入医用三氯生,震荡器震荡混匀,配置成1%溶液,将制备好的混合溶液,用塑料密封容器分装,标明三氯生浓度,钴-60灭菌,封闭保存备用。
实施例二
将医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯若干,加入医用三氯生,震荡器震荡混匀,配置成2%溶液,将制备好的混合溶液,用塑料密封容器分装,标明三氯生浓度,钴-60灭菌,封闭 保存备用。

将医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯若干,加入医用三氯生,震荡器震荡混匀,配置成3%溶液,将制备好的混合溶液,用塑料密封容器分装,标明三氯生浓度,钴-60灭菌,封闭保存备用。

1.一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于该粘合剂由医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯与医用三氯生按比例混合,混合比例分别为1%~10%。
2.一种医用广谱抗菌粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
将医用粘合剂-α-氰基丙烯酸酯若干,加入医用三氯生,震荡器震荡混匀,将制备好的混合溶液,用塑料密封容器分装,标明三氯生浓度,钴-60灭菌,封闭保存备用。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于其中所述的α-氰基丙烯酸酯可以是氰基丙烯酸甲酯,氰基丙烯酸辛酯等等,可以使其中的任何一种,也可以是它们的混合物。
