一种治疗过敏性哮喘的中药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗过敏性哮喘的中药，属于中药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
支气管哮喘是临床多发病，中医称之为“哮病”，该病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。
肺主气，肺气能温煦润泽肌肤，肺的功能失常，肺气虚弱，卫外不固，易遭外邪乘袭，导致肺气失宣。若症情反复发作，迁延日久，由肺涉及脾，脾气也虚，脾失健运，痰饮内生，伏藏于肺，成为哮病。若遇气候冷热变化，饮食不当，疲劳及异味的刺激等因素诱发则可发为哮喘。中医认为其发病多因内有壅塞之气，外有非时之感，膈有内伏痰饮，三者相合，闭塞气道，遂致呼吸困难，升降不利，触动其痰，产生喉间痰鸣如吼，气息喘促。若反复发作，由实转虚，临床可见平素怯寒，自汗，常易感冒，目痒流泪，食少便溏，倦怠无力，短气息促，动则为甚等肺脾气虚的表现。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种对过敏性哮喘症状有较好的疗效、能够有效降低复发率、无毒副作用的治疗过敏性哮喘的中药。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗过敏性哮喘的中药，由下述重量配比的组分组成：附子10-20份、半夏10-20份、陈皮 10-20份、黄芪10-20份、干姜5-15份、甘草5-10 份。
所述中药的剂型包括：水煎剂、颗粒剂、水丸、蜜丸、糖浆剂、散剂、片剂。
传统中医药理论认为：肺脾气虚为发病之本，感受外邪、痰饮内伏为标，本发明是在传统中医药理论指导下，采用常见几种中药材配方而成。以黄芪益气健脾、甘草治其本，以附子、半夏、陈皮、干姜温阳化痰治其标，共同达到益气化痰，充实肺脾，捍御外邪的功效。用于肺脾两虚所致、外邪侵袭的鼻塞，咳嗽，胸闷气喘，哮喘。
过敏性哮喘见上述症候。
本发明的优点是：对过敏性哮喘症状有较好的疗效，且有效降低复发率，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：按重量份取：附子10份、半夏15份、陈皮10份、黄芪20份、干姜5份、甘草9份，水煎，第一次水药体积比12：1，煎煮1.5小时，第二次水药体积比10：1，煎煮1.0小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩，干燥，干燥物粉碎后，经加入糊精及糖粉，制成颗粒剂，分装即得。使用时开水冲服。
实施例2：按重量份取：附子15份、半夏10份、陈皮15份、黄芪15份、干姜8份、甘草10份，水煎，第一次水药体积比12：1，煎煮1.5小时，第二次水药体积比10：1，煎煮1.0小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩，干燥，干燥物粉碎后，加水混合均匀，泛丸法制成水丸，开水送服。
实施例3；按重量份取：附子12份、半夏20份、陈皮20份、黄芪10份、干姜10份、甘草5份，水煎，第一次水药体积比12：1，煎煮1.5小时，第二次水药体积比10：1，煎煮1.0小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩，干燥，干燥物粉碎后，加炼蜜混合均匀，制成蜜丸，开水送服。
实施例4：按重量份取：附子20份、半夏13份、陈皮16份、黄芪18份、干姜15份、甘草6份，水煎，第一次水药体积比12：1，煎煮1.5小时，第二次水药体积比10：1，煎煮1.0小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩，干燥，干燥物粉碎后，分装成散剂。使用时开水冲服。
实施例5：按重量份取：附子16份、半夏12份、陈皮12份、黄芪12份、干姜12份、甘草8份，加水煎煮两次，水煎，第一次水药体积比12：1，煎煮1.5小时，第二次水药体积比10：1，煎煮1.0小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，浓缩，干燥，干燥物粉碎后，加淀粉，制粒，压制成片剂，开水送服。
本发明的水煎剂经服用两周后，可有效改善过敏性哮喘患者的打喷嚏、流鼻涕咳嗽、胸闷等症状。
临床资料：选取有过敏性哮喘症候者200例，根据年龄、体质、症候轻重，分别按上述实施例1-5的药物给药，用药12至24剂后均基本痊愈。
典型病例：
一，患者，男，13岁。经常感冒诱发咳嗽、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕，继而出现气喘痰鸣，夜间加重，纳少，多汗，动则汗出，便溏。舌尖红，苔薄，脉细。用药15剂基本痊愈。
二，患者，男，50岁。素有过敏性鼻炎，近来鼻塞频作，咳嗽咯痰，胸闷气喘，夜间痰鸣有声。舌淡红，苔薄，脉细弦。用药20剂基本痊愈。

1.一种治疗过敏性哮喘的中药，其特征是：由下述重量配比的组分组成：附子10-20份、半夏10-20份、陈皮 10-20份、黄芪10-20份、干姜5-15份、甘草5-10 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗过敏性哮喘的中药，其特征是：所述中药的剂型包括：水煎剂、颗粒剂、水丸、蜜丸、糖浆剂、散剂、片剂。
