Abstract

本发明是医学血管介入治疗技术领域中一种双球囊的血管支架输送装置,适用于临床需行血管支架治疗的患者使用,由血管支架、载支架球囊、后扩张球囊,球囊输送杆、标记环、加压减压口组成;将血管支架通过双球囊输送装置输送、释放并完成后扩张支架,实现在直径较均一或存在一定落差血管病变内释放支架后更好的贴壁,提高手术效率,减少手术并发症,降低手术时间及手术费用。

一种双球囊血管支架输送装置
技术领域:
本发明是医学血管介入治疗技术领域中一种配备有双球囊的血管支架输送装置,适用于临床需行血管支架治疗的患者使用。
背景技术:
目前临床行血管介入治疗支架传送装置均配备有一枚与该支架直径、长度相匹配的球囊,用于到达血管病变部位后扩张使支架撑开、成形、释放。多数患者血管病变需置入支架治疗部位存在近端与远端落差较大的情况,这就使现有血管支架输送装置存在以下缺陷:1、因载有支架的球囊直径均一释放支架后造成支架与近端血管贴壁不良。2、因载有支架球囊长度与支架匹配,送撤球囊扩张远近端支架可能造成无支架覆盖血管内膜的损伤。3、载支架球囊在支架原位过度扩张可造成远端较细血管的损伤,支架边缘的凸起以及支架损伤。上述问题临床上可使用较载支架球囊直径长、长度短的后扩张球囊进行后扩张支架来解决,仍然存在以下缺陷:1、退出支架球囊换入后扩张球囊无法顺利进入支架内。2、输送后扩张球囊时可损坏支架近端边缘。3、手术操作时间延长。4、手术费用增加。本发明可避免上述情况发生。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种双球囊的血管支架输送装置,将血管支架通过双球囊输送装置输送及释放并完成后扩张支架,实现在直径较均一或存在一定落差血管病变内释放支架后更好的贴壁,操作较传统方法更简单、更方便,同时可减少手术并发症,降低手术时间及手术费用。
具体实施方式:
目的是这样实现的,一种双球囊血管支架输送装置是由血管支架、载支架球囊(与血管支架长度匹配)、后扩张球囊(较载支架球囊直径长0.25mm-0.5mm,长度短,可依据血管支架长度匹配,一般长度在8mm-15mm,)、球囊输送杆(内有两条独立通道,分别用于扩张载支架球囊及后扩球囊)、标记环4个(分别标记血管支架长度及后扩球囊长度,可于X线下显影)、加压减压口2个(分别与球囊输送管内的独立通道连接,可接血管介入治疗专用压力泵)组成;血管支架附着于载支架球囊,载支架球囊附着于球囊输送杆远端,后扩张球囊远端接载支架球囊近端附着于球囊输送杆,四个标记环附着于球囊输送杆,分别标记于载支架球囊和后扩球囊两端,加压减压口分别连接于球囊输送杆近端两个独立通道口。
手术使用中双球囊输装置远端送入临床通用血管鞘,将血管支架送至血管病变处利用标记环定位,使用压力泵于载支架球囊加压减压口加压于载支架球囊释放血管支架,压力泵减压后抽瘪载支架球囊,继续利用球囊输送杆将后扩张球囊送至已释放支架内需后扩张部位并通过标记环定位,再次使用压力泵通过后扩张球囊加压减压口加压于后扩张球囊,使支架局部扩张,紧贴血管内壁实现支架后扩,解决部分血管落差病变,支架释放后贴壁不良问题。

Claims (1)

1.一种双球囊血管支架输送装置是由血管支架、载支架球囊、后扩张球囊(较载支架球囊直径长0.25mm-0.5mm,长度短,可依据血管支架长度匹配,一般长度在8mm-15mm,)、球囊输送杆(内有两条独立通道,分别用于扩张载支架球囊及后扩球囊)、标记环4个(分别标记血管支架长度及后扩球囊长度,可于X线下显影)、加压减压口2个(分别与球囊输送管内的独立通道连接,可接血管介入治疗专用压力泵)组成;血管支架附着于载支架球囊,载支架球囊附着于球囊输送杆远端,后扩张球囊远端接载支架球囊近端附着于球囊输送杆,四个标记环附着于球囊输送杆,分别标记于载支架球囊和后扩球囊两端,加压减压口分别连接于球囊输送杆近端两个独立通道口。
