一种自动炒菜设备自动翻炒锅盖，属于厨房烹饪设备技术领域。本发明解决了在常规炒菜的同时，可以腾出手来准备下道菜料或操作同样多台设备而赢得了时间，提高了炒菜效率；同时也避免或减少了沸腾的油花溅出来烫伤人。本发明包括盖体1，盖体上方装有电机4并贯穿盖体，带动盖体下方的竖转轴5和横转轴8上的铲刀9作回转运动，形成一个椭圆形的立体回转空间，使锅体10里面的菜料都得到充分的翻炒；锅盖上的窗口可以添加佐料和方便油烟的排出。

摘要：本发明涉及到一种自动炒菜设备，具体的说是一种自动翻炒锅盖。组成结构如附图：附图是正面透视图，包括透明锅盖体1、手柄2、电源3、电机4、竖转轴5、窗口6、窗门7、横转轴8、铲刀9；编号10是锅体作为参照用。铲刀9装在横转轴8上，横转轴8装在竖转轴5上。启动电机4、带动竖转轴5和横转轴8转动，装在横转轴8上的铲刀9做翻炒菜料动作；同时横转轴8随着竖转轴5一起转圈，使得锅体10里面的菜料都得到均匀的翻炒。打开窗口6、可以从中添加调味佐料、也使得油烟上升到油烟机里去；合上窗门7、关停电机4，可使菜肴焖烧至熟透。本发明不同于常规不盖锅盖的炒菜方式，盖上锅盖炒菜减少或避免了沸腾的油星溅出来伤到人。本发明设计理念新颖、实用性强，尤其适用于用厨房和饭店小炒，其优点主要体现在炒菜的同时可以腾出手来准备下道菜料或做其他事情而赢得了时间；在饭店里，一个厨师可以同时操作多台设备一起炒菜、提高了效率。

Claims (3)

1.一种自动翻炒锅盖，包括有透明锅盖体1、手柄2、电源3、电机4、竖转轴5、窗口6、窗门7、横转轴8、铲刀9组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构，特征在于启动电机4、带动竖转轴5和横转轴8转动，装在横转轴8上的铲刀9做翻炒菜料动作；同时横转轴8随着竖转轴5一起转圈，使得锅体10里面的菜料都得到均匀的翻炒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的结构，锅盖体上开有窗口6和窗门7，就不同于常规的不盖锅盖的炒菜方式，盖上锅盖炒菜、减少或避免了沸腾的油星溅出来而烫到人。
