本发明公开了一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香及其制备方法。所述霍霍巴油液体蚊香由下述重量份的原料组成:0.5‑2.5份炔丙菊酯、0.1‑0.5份霍霍巴油、50‑60份三乙二醇丁醚、0.05‑0.15份对甲苯磺酸钠、0.1‑0.5份增效剂、0.1‑0.5份抗氧剂、35‑45份水。本发明的霍霍巴油液体蚊香,味道清新芬芳,对蚊子具有较强的驱杀作用,是一种环保型液体蚊香,其具有药效强劲、安全不可燃、挥发稳定,还能降低室内有机挥发物含量,是健康家居生活的理想选择。

霍霍巴油液体蚊香及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种蚊香,具体涉及一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香及其制备方法。
背景技术:
蚊虫是一种世界性卫生害虫,它的一生经过卵,幼虫,蛹、成虫四个时期。蚊虫主要的是在于它是传染病的传播媒介之一。据研究,蚊子传播的疾病达80多种之多。在全球,约有120万人感染丝虫病。大部分品种的蚊子会传染病毒性的疾病,包括黄热病、登革热、日本脑炎、圣路易脑炎、多发性关节炎、裂谷热(Rift Valley fever)、契昆根亚热及西尼罗河热。在地球上,再没有哪种动物比蚊子对人类有更大的危害。由此可见蚊子严重威胁了人类健康,只有驱赶这些令人厌恶的蚊虫,才能控制流行性传染病,才能保障人类健康,提高人们的生活质量。
多年来,人们研制并使用了大量的卫生杀虫剂产品,用来消灭蚊虫。蚊香是最古老的天然药物驱蚊办法。早在南宋时期便出现过中药制成的驱蚊香棒。现代蚊香中含有效成分是除虫菊酯,它有驱杀蚊虫的作用。蚊香点燃后,蚊香里的除虫菊酯随着烟雾挥发出来,播散于室内的空气中,使蚊子的神经麻痹,于是蚊子或坠地丧命,或四散逃跑,从而起到驱灭蚊虫的作用目前蚊香生产行业杀虫有效成份,主要是氯氰菊酯、丙炔菊酯、丙烯菊酯、生物菊酯等菊酯类物质,可麻痹蚊虫的神经致其死亡。
电热液体蚊香实际上是驱蚊药液与使药液均匀挥发的电子恒温加热器的总称,前者称驱蚊液,后者称电加热器。电热液体蚊香工作中,当电加热器接入电源后,PTCR元件就开始升温发热,之后依靠PTCR元件自身的温度调节功能,使它的温度保持为一定值。PTCR元件产生的热量通过热辐射传递到药液挥发芯,通过挥发芯毛细作用将药液从药液瓶中吸至芯棒上端,使药液在热辐射加热下提高挥散速度,当空间的杀虫有效成分达到一定浓度后,就对蚊虫产生驱赶,从而击倒并杀死蚊虫。电热液体蚊香因其使用轻便、无烟无粉尘、药效稳定、高效低毒等特点,受到消费者的欢迎。
现有电热液体蚊香配方体系以烷烃溶剂、拟除虫菊酯、抗氧化剂以及香精等为组分,通过混合、搅拌溶剂形成均相体系。烷烃溶剂由于是精馏等形成,其碳链分布较广,尤其是其中低碳链烷烃易形成有机挥发物即VOC,在消费者日常家居生活中,会通过电热液体蚊香的加热使用和自然挥发造成家居环境的污染,给消费者健康带来一定影响。
本发明提供了一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香,是一种安全环保的液体蚊香。
发明内容:
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供上述霍霍巴油液体蚊香的制备方法。
本发明的技术问题,是通过下述技术方案得以实现的:
一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香,由下述重量份的原料组成:0.5-2.5份炔丙菊酯、0.1-0.5份霍霍巴油、50-60份三乙二醇丁醚、0.05-0.15份对甲苯磺酸钠、0.1-0.5份增效剂、0.1-0.5份抗氧剂、35-45份水。
优选地,所述的增效剂为土木香内酯和/或异土木香内酯。
更优选地,所述的增效剂由40-60wt%土木香内酯和40-60wt%异土木香内酯组成。
优选地,所述的抗氧剂为2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和/或2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚。
更优选地,所述的抗氧剂由40-60wt%2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和40-60wt%2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚组成。
本发明还提供了上述霍霍巴油液体蚊香的制备方法,将炔丙菊酯、霍霍巴油、三乙二醇丁醚、增效剂、抗氧剂混合均匀,再加入对甲苯磺酸钠混合均匀、最后加入水混合均匀。

炔丙菊酯,CAS号:23031-36-9。
霍霍巴油,CAS号:61789-91-1。
三乙二醇丁醚,CAS号:143-22-6。
对甲苯磺酸钠,中文别名:4-甲苯磺酸钠,CAS号:657-84-1。
土木香内酯,CAS号:546-43-0。
异土木香内酯,CAS号:470-17-7。
2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚,CAS号:1879-09-0。
2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚,CAS号:2444-28-2。
本发明的霍霍巴油液体蚊香,味道清新芬芳,对蚊子具有较强的驱杀作用,是一种环保型液体蚊香,其具有药效强劲、安全不可燃、挥发稳定,还能降低室内有机挥发物含量,是健康家居生活的理想选择。

实施例1
霍霍巴油液体蚊香原料(重量份):1.2份炔丙菊酯、0.2份霍霍巴油、55份三乙二醇丁醚、0.1份对甲苯磺酸钠、0.3份增效剂、0.3份抗氧剂、40份去离子水。
所述的增效剂由50wt%土木香内酯和50wt%异土木香内酯混合均匀得到。
所述的抗氧剂由50wt%2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和50wt%2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚混合均匀得到。
霍霍巴油液体蚊香的制备方法:
将炔丙菊酯、霍霍巴油、三乙二醇丁醚、增效剂、抗氧剂混合并搅拌均匀,再加入对甲苯磺酸钠混合并搅拌均匀、最后加入去离子水混合并搅拌均匀。得到实施例1的霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的增效剂仅为土木香内酯。得到实施例2的霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的增效剂仅为异土木香内酯。得到实施例3的霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂仅为2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。得到实施例4的霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂仅为2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚。得到实施例5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香。
测试例1
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行室内药效测试,采用GB18418-2009家用卫生杀虫用品电热液体蚊香标准,进行测试。在该标准中,KT50值(方箱法)≤10分钟即可判为合格,时间越短说明对蚊虫驱杀效果越好,测试数据见表1。

比较实施例1-3,实施例1(土木香内酯、异土木香内酯复配)蚊虫驱杀效果,明显优于实施例2-3(土木香内酯、异土木香内酯中单一原料);比较实施例1与实施例4-5,实施例1(2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚复配)蚊虫驱杀效果,明显优于实施例4-5(2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚中单一原料)。
测试例2
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行毒性测试,参照国家卫生部《职业性急性化学物中毒性血液系统疾病诊断标准》及《中药、天然药物免疫毒性研究的技术指导原则》标准,制定本发明测试例。
实验种类:两只幼龄小白鼠。
实验方法:
(1)实验条件:实验室温度(27±2)℃
(2)实验装置:在两个25平方米相同温度的实验室内,各放置一个大小相同规格的80×80×80cm细密透气的网状笼罩。
(3)实验步骤:将两只幼龄小白鼠分开各放于两个实验室的网状笼罩内,并分成对照组和薰本发明蚊香组,分别给予不薰本发明蚊香和薰本发明蚊香,测量幼龄小白鼠体重,观察血液学生化学指标、组织病理学变化及停止薰本发明蚊香后的恢复情况等。放置本发明蚊香时要安装在网状笼罩内离底30厘米处。给药剂量:电加热蚊香,保持24小时长期使用。时间:连续使用一个月,观察对照组和薰本发明蚊香组的幼龄小白鼠,长期使用本发明蚊香对幼龄小白鼠的毒性及副作用。清洁:笼罩内两天清洁一次。
结果:两只幼龄小白鼠抽血化验后,各项生化指标均为正常,表明本发明蚊香对幼龄小白鼠无毒副作用,只有超过24小时室内蚊香烟雾太浓时,需开窗换气10-15分钟,抽血前8小时未给两幼龄小白鼠进食。
结论:长期使用本发明蚊香对幼龄小白鼠无任何毒性。
测试例3
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行急性经口毒性试验,染毒后5分钟大鼠活动增加,持续2分钟左右,活动转为正常,饮食正常,观察期无死亡,LD50大于5000毫克/公斤,属于实际无毒。
测试例4
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行急性吸入毒性试验,染毒后大鼠饮食活动未见异常,观察期无死亡,LD50大于10克/立方米,属于实际无毒。
测试例5
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行皮肤斑贴试验,实验组皮肤红斑与水肿形成评分之和为0,说明对皮肤无刺激作用。
测试例6
对实施例1-5的霍霍巴油液体蚊香进行眼刺激试验,实验组急性眼刺激积分支数为0,说明对粘膜无刺激作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种霍霍巴油液体蚊香,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:0.5-2.5份炔丙菊酯、0.1-0.5份霍霍巴油、50-60份三乙二醇丁醚、0.05-0.15份对甲苯磺酸钠、0.1-0.5份增效剂、0.1-0.5份抗氧剂、35-45份水;所述的增效剂由40-60wt%土木香内酯和40-60wt%异土木香内酯组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的霍霍巴油液体蚊香,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和/或2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚。
3.如权利要求2所述的霍霍巴油液体蚊香,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂由40-60wt%2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和40-60wt%2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚组成。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述霍霍巴油液体蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于:将炔丙菊酯、霍霍巴油、三乙二醇丁醚、增效剂、抗氧剂混合均匀,再加入对甲苯磺酸钠混合均匀、最后加入水混合均匀。
