Abstract
一种潜油直线电机采油系统,包括安装在地下的潜油式直线电机(100)、抽油泵(200)、密封器组件(300)及呼吸器(400);潜油式直线电机(100)包括定子(10)和在定子(10)内作直线运动的动子(20);抽油泵(200)包括泵筒(32)、柱塞(34)、过桥管(36)及进油筛管(38);密封器组件(300)设置于潜油式直线电机(100)与抽油泵(200)之间;呼吸器(400)设置于潜油式直线电机(100)的下端,用于平衡潜油式直线电机(100)内外的压力。上述系统取消了现有采油系统的抽油杆,避免了由抽油杆的延伸率造成的冲程损失,避免了抽油杆自重和管杆偏磨造成的能量损失,提高了系统效率。
