本发明公开了一种撕偏光板保护膜的方法,在树脂涂布工位,树脂涂布之后进行标签打印,把标签直接贴付在撕起作业开始的保护膜的角部,然后用于轻轻按一下这个角部,然后拉起标签,保护膜跟着被拉起,取下标签,之后拽住保护膜将其剥离。本发明作业性高,缩短了作业节拍,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示器生产工艺中,撕起偏光板保护膜的方法。
背景技术
在树脂涂布工位进行标签打印,组立工位进行偏光板保护膜撕起,撕起前,需要有个胶带将保护膜从一个角拉起,然后把保护膜从屏上剥离。
现有的撕偏光板保护膜的多种胶带,粘性都不好,不容易撕起,作业性差,组立节拍长,还需要购入胶带,增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作容易的偏光板保护膜撕起方法,能够缩短作业节拍。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种撕偏光板保护膜的方法,在树脂涂布工位,树脂涂布之后进行标签打印,把标签直接贴付在撕起作业开始的保护膜的角部,然后用手轻轻按一下这个角部,然后拉起标签,保护膜跟着被拉起,取下标签,之后拽住保护膜将其剥离。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:作业性高,缩短了作业节拍,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
一种撕偏光板保护膜的方法,在树脂涂布工位,树脂涂布之后进行标签打印,把标签直接贴付在撕起作业开始的保护膜的角部。组立的作业者拿到屏之后,用手轻轻按一下这个角部,然后拉起标签,保护膜跟着被拉起,取下标签粘在组立台上面,之后拽住保护膜将其剥离。
第二面保护膜撕起时,组立的作业者再次使用该标签,重复上面的动作将保护膜撕起。完成组立之后,把标签贴在背光源后面指定的位置。

1.一种撕偏光板保护膜的方法,其特征在于,在树脂涂布工位,树脂涂布之后进行标签打印,把标签直接贴付在撕起作业开始的保护膜的角部,然后用手轻轻按一下这个角部,然后拉起标签,保护膜跟着被拉起,取下标签,之后拽住保护膜将其剥离。
