本发明公开了一种PLC光纤封装模块盒，包括盒体和盒盖，所述盒盖盖合在盒体上，所述盒盖的后侧设有穿线块，前侧、左侧以及右侧均设有盘线筋，盒盖上设有芯片固定槽，芯片固定槽的左右两侧设有定位筋；所述穿线块上设有穿线孔；所述盒体后侧侧壁上与所述穿线块相适配的容置槽。本发明结构合理，便于生产，将穿线块置于盒盖上，操作人员在盘纤过程中，操作空间变大，且不会折断裸纤，提高劳动效率，减少废品率。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种PLC光纤封装模块盒。
背景技术：
现有的PLC光纤封装模块盒包括盒体和盒盖，连接有PLC芯片的裸纤盘踞在盒体内，裸纤的另一端穿设在松套管内，松套管穿设在盒体的侧壁上，由于光纤易断，因此在穿纤过程中要异常小心。由于盒体的空间狭小，因此在盒体内的盘纤过程异常困难，且在盘纤过程中裸纤很容易折断，劳动效率低。
因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种PLC光纤封装模块盒。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种PLC光纤封装模块盒，包括盒体和盒盖，所述盒盖盖合在盒体上，所述盒盖的后侧设有穿线块，前侧、左侧以及右侧均设有盘线筋，盒盖上设有芯片固定槽，芯片固定槽的左右两侧设有定位筋；
所述穿线块上设有穿线孔；
所述盒体后侧侧壁上与所述穿线块相适配的容置槽。
进一步地，所述盒盖上设有连接通孔，盒体的内腔中设有螺纹连接柱。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明结构合理，便于生产，将穿线块置于盒盖上，操作人员在盘纤过程中，操作空间变大，且不会折断裸纤，提高劳动效率，减少废品率。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示，本发明一种PLC光纤封装模块盒，包括盒体1和盒盖2，盒盖2盖合在盒体1上。
在盒盖2的后侧设有穿线块3，在穿线块3上设有用于穿接松套管的穿线孔31，为便于将裸纤盘踞在盒盖2上，在盒盖2的前侧、左侧以及右侧均设有盘线筋21。本发明为便于PLC芯片固定于盒盖2上，在盒盖2上设有芯片固定槽22，在芯片固定槽22的左右两侧设有定位筋23，PLC芯片卡接于两定位筋23之间。
为便于盒体1和盒盖2的配合安装，在盒体1的后侧侧壁上与穿线块3相适配的容置槽11。
本发明中的盒体1与盒盖2之间通过螺钉固定，在盒盖2上设有连接通孔25，与之相对应地，在盒体1的内腔中设有螺纹连接柱12。
将穿线块3置于盒盖2上，操作人员在盘纤过程中，操作空间变大，且不会折断裸纤，提高劳动效率，减少废品率，本发明中的芯片固定槽22与定位筋23共同定位固定PLC芯片，稳定性好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种PLC光纤封装模块盒，包括盒体（1）和盒盖（2），所述盒盖（2）盖合在盒体（1）上，其特征在于：所述盒盖（2）的后侧设有穿线块（3），前侧、左侧以及右侧均设有盘线筋（21），盒盖（2）上设有芯片固定槽（22），芯片固定槽（22）的左右两侧设有定位筋（23）；
所述穿线块（3）上设有穿线孔（31）；
所述盒体（1）后侧侧壁上与所述穿线块（3）相适配的容置槽（11）。
2.如权利要求1所述的PLC光纤封装模块盒，其特征在于：所述盒盖（2）上设有连接通孔（25），盒体（1）的内腔中设有螺纹连接柱（12）。
