Abstract
本发明涉及一种链条锅炉复合燃烧系统,包括制粉‑输粉系统、烟气再循环系统、送风系统和燃烧系统,煤斗的落料口分成二路,一路连接链条炉排,另一路将煤斗中的煤通过给煤机送入风扇磨煤机中,循环风机通过抽烟管道连接引风机,循环风机通过抽烟管道从引风机出口的烟道上抽吸部分热烟气作为风扇磨煤机中煤粉的干燥剂,粗细粉分离器通过输粉管道连接煤粉燃烧器,使磨制好的煤粉通过粗细粉分离器后,经输粉管道送至煤粉燃烧器;该系统有机结合了传统复合燃烧技术、燃料分级燃烧技术以及烟气再循环技术,有效地改善了现有链条锅炉煤种适应性较差、锅炉燃烧效率不高、出力不足以及NOx排放偏高的问题,为链条锅炉提供了一种清洁、高效、安全的燃烧方式。

背景技术
[0002] 链条锅炉因其运行稳定、操作简单被广泛应用于工业生产过程中,是我国非常重 要的热力设备。链条锅炉量大面广,占各类工业锅炉的65%以上,且链条锅炉普遍存在煤种 适应性较差、锅炉效率偏低、锅炉出力不足以及NOx排放超标的问题。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决现有链条锅炉存在的煤种适应性较差、锅炉效率偏低、锅炉出力不足以 及NOx排放超标技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型的链条锅炉复合燃烧系统。

[0005] 所述的制粉-输粉系统包括煤斗、给煤机、风扇磨煤机、粗细粉分离器、循环风机, 煤斗的落料口分成二路,一路连接链条炉排,使煤斗中的煤在自身重力作用下,落到链条炉 排上,另一路通过给煤机连接风扇磨煤机,将煤斗中的煤通过给煤机送入风扇磨煤机中,循 环风机通过抽烟管道连接引风机,循环风机通过抽烟管道从引风机出口的烟道上抽吸部分 热烟气作为风扇磨煤机中煤粉的干燥剂,粗细粉分离器通过输粉管道连接煤粉燃烧器,使 磨制好的煤粉通过粗细粉分离器后,经输粉管道送至煤粉燃烧器;

[0007] 所述的送风系统包括鼓风机、风室、燃尽风喷口以及送风管道,鼓风机出风口通过 空气预热器后分成二路;一路通过送风管道连接炉排下侧的风室,通过鼓风机将冷空气送 入空气预热器中,冷空气经热炉烟换热,升高温度,换热后的热空气经送风管道被送至炉排 下侧的各个风室中,满足炉排上床层燃烧所需要的空气;另一路通过送风管道连接燃尽风 喷口,将换热后的热空气经送风管道送至燃尽风喷口,满足炉膛内未燃尽的煤粉颗粒和可 燃性气体的燃烧,用于降低机械不完全燃烧热损失和化学不完全燃烧热损失,提高锅炉效 率;

[0011] 本发明有机结合了传统复合燃烧技术、燃料分级燃烧技术以及烟气再循环技术, 共同应用在同一台链条锅炉上。工作时,链条炉排上床层燃烧的高温火焰为煤粉燃烧器喷 入煤粉的悬浮燃烧提供了稳定的点火源,煤粉悬浮燃烧产生的高温火焰又反过来加热炉排 上新加入的煤层,加快了炉排上煤层的着火燃烧速度。链条炉排上床层燃烧和煤粉燃烧器 喷入煤粉的悬浮燃烧的有机结合,有利于增强锅炉对煤种的适应性,提高锅炉燃烧效率以 及锅炉出力。煤粉悬浮燃烧区空气过量系数小于1,且采用热烟气输送煤粉,降低了悬浮燃 烧区的氧气浓度,有利于悬浮燃烧区煤粉热解,产生强烈的还原性气氛,从而抑制悬浮燃烧 煤粉产生NOx,也还原了床层燃烧产生的NOx。燃尽风喷口喷入热空气为未燃尽的煤粉颗粒 和可燃性气体的燃尽提供了有力的保障。因此,新型链条锅炉复合燃烧技术能有效实现链 条锅炉的高效清洁燃烧。

[0018] 制粉-输粉系统主要包括煤斗1-1、给煤机10、风扇磨煤机11、粗细粉分离器12、循 环风机14、输煤管道13和抽烟管道8。煤斗1-1中的煤在自身重力作用下,一路落到链条炉排 1-2上,随链条炉排1-2缓慢移动并燃烧;另一路通过给煤机10送入风扇磨煤机11中。循环风 机14通过抽烟管道8从引风机7出口的烟道上抽吸部分热烟气作为风扇磨煤机11中煤粉的 干燥剂,磨制好的煤粉通过粗细粉分离器12后,经输粉管道13送至煤粉燃烧器3。
[0019] 烟气再循环系统主要包括水冷壁、过热器1-3、省煤器1-4、空气预热器1-5、循环风 机14、抽烟管道8。炉膛空间燃烧产生的烟气先后经水冷壁、过热器1-3、省煤器1-4和空气预 热器1-5换热,再经除尘器6除尘后,大部分进入烟囱9,另一部分经循环风机14通过抽烟管 道8从引风机7出口的烟道上抽吸部分热烟气。抽吸的热烟气分两路,一路送至风扇磨煤机 11作为煤粉干燥剂;另一路送至煤粉燃烧器3,与煤粉混合送入炉内。这不仅加强了煤粉悬 浮燃烧区的扰动,而且降低了煤粉悬浮燃烧区域的氧浓度,加速了煤粉的热解,使得煤粉悬 浮燃烧区产生更多的还原性物质,一方面抑制了煤粉悬浮燃烧区NOx的生成;另一方面还原 了链条炉排上煤层燃烧产生的NOx。
[0020] 所述的送风系统主要包括鼓风机5、空气预热器1-5、风室1-6、燃尽风喷口 2以及送 风管道4。鼓风机5将冷空气送入空气预热器1-5中,冷空气经热炉烟换热,升高温度。换热后 的热空气经送风管道4一路被送至链条炉排1-2下侧的各个风室1-6中,满足链条炉排上床 层燃烧所需要的空气,另一路被送至燃尽风喷口 2,满足炉膛内未燃尽的煤粉颗粒和可燃性 气体的燃烧。这可以降低机械不完全燃烧热损失和化学不完全燃烧热损失,从而提高锅炉 效率。
[0021] 所述的燃烧系统主要包括煤斗1-1、链条炉排1-2、给煤机10、煤粉燃烧器3和锅炉 本体1。煤斗1-1中的煤依靠自身重力下落分两路,一路落在链条炉排1-2上随着炉排缓缓进 入炉膛,在床层上发生层燃燃烧;另一路通过给煤机10送入风扇磨煤机11制成一定粒径的 煤粉,通过煤粉燃烧器3送入炉膛进行悬浮燃烧。链条锅炉复合燃烧不仅继承了传统链条锅 炉运行稳定的优点,而且具有煤粉炉煤粉着火速度快、燃烧效率高的优势。链条炉排上煤层 的燃烧为煤粉悬浮燃烧提供了稳定的点火源,同时,煤粉的悬浮燃烧,释放出大量的热量又 为床层上煤层的着火提供有力的保障。煤粉悬浮燃烧区的空气过量系数小于1,煤粉热解产 生强烈的还原性气氛,还原床层燃烧产生的NOx,故该区也被称为还原区。炉膛中部燃尽风 喷口喷入空气,保证未燃尽的煤粉颗粒和可燃性气体进一步燃尽。
[0022] 如图1所示,煤从煤斗1-1落下分两路,一路依靠自身重力落在链条炉排1-2上,随 着链条炉排1-2缓缓前进,进入炉膛,进行层燃燃烧;另一路通过给煤机10进入风扇磨煤机 11,循环风机14通过抽烟管道8从引风机7出口的烟道上抽吸部分热烟气一路送入风扇磨煤 机11作为煤粉的干燥剂,磨制好的煤粉通过粗细粉分离器12,再经输粉管道13送入煤粉燃 烧器3。
[0023] 循环风机14通过抽烟管道8抽吸的部分热烟气另一路与煤粉燃烧器11相连,抽吸 的烟气与煤粉一起被送入炉膛。煤粉悬浮燃烧区域空气过量系数小于1,并且循环烟气能降 低悬浮燃烧区氧气浓度,有利于悬浮燃烧区形成强烈的还原性气氛,一方面抑制悬浮燃烧 区NOx的生成,另一方面还原床层燃烧产生的NOx。与此同时,煤粉燃烧器位于前后拱形成的 喉口下方,正是传统链条锅炉的高温区,循环烟气的喷入能有效的冲散炉内的高温区,加强 其与炉内低温烟气混合,降低高温区的温度峰值,能有效的减少热力型NOx的生成;另一方 面,炉内扰动加强,有利于炉内煤粉颗粒和可燃性气体的燃烧,同时,加强了烟气与水冷壁 之间的换热,有利于提高锅炉效率和锅炉出力。
[0024] 鼓风机5将冷空气鼓入空气预热器1-5,经烟气换热后,热空气分两路,一路通过送 风管道4送入链条炉排1-2下部的各个风室1-6中满足床层燃烧所需的空气,另一路通过送 风管道4送到燃尽风喷口 2,通过燃尽风喷口 2喷入炉内,将炉内未燃尽的煤粉颗粒和可燃性 气体燃烧完全,提高炉内燃烧效率。
[0025] 引风机7抽吸炉内烟气,烟气依次与炉内水冷壁、过热器1-3、省煤器1-4和空气预 热器1-5进行热交换,将热量传递给工质水和冷空气。烟气经除尘器6除尘后,一部分进入抽 烟管道8进行循环,另一部分进入烟囱9。

1. 一种链条锅炉复合燃烧系统,包括制粉-输粉系统、烟气再循环系统、送风系统和燃 烧系统,其特征在于: 所述的制粉-输粉系统包括煤斗(1-1)、给煤机(10)、风扇磨煤机(11)、粗细粉分离器 (12 )、循环风机(14),煤斗(1-1)的落料口分成二路,一路连接链条炉排(1 -2 ),使煤斗中的 煤在自身重力作用下,落到链条炉排(1-2)上,另一路通过给煤机(10)连接风扇磨煤机 (11),将煤斗中的煤通过给煤机(10)送入风扇磨煤机(11)中,循环风机(14)通过抽烟管道 (8)连接引风机(7),循环风机(14)通过抽烟管道(8)从引风机(7)出口的烟道上抽吸部分热 烟气作为风扇磨煤机(11)中煤粉的干燥剂,粗细粉分离器(12)通过输粉管道(13)连接煤粉 燃烧器(3),使磨制好的煤粉通过粗细粉分离器(12)后,经输粉管道(13)送至煤粉燃烧器 (3); 所述的烟气再循环系统包括水冷壁、过热器(1-3)、省煤器(1-4)、空气预热器(1-5)、循 环风机(14)、链条锅炉1的烟道内设有水冷壁、过热器(1-3)、省煤器(1-4)、空气预热器(1-5),烟道通过除尘器(6)和引风机(7)连接烟囱(9),循环风机(14)风出口连接煤粉燃烧器 (3),使炉膛空间燃烧产生的烟气先后经水冷壁、过热器(1-3)、省煤器(1-4)和空气预热器 (1-5)换热,再经除尘器(6)除尘后,大部分进入烟囱(9),另一部分经循环风机(14)通过抽 烟管道(8)从引风机(7)出口的烟道上抽吸部分热烟气送至煤粉燃烧器(3)与煤粉混合送入 炉内,用于加强煤粉悬浮燃烧区的扰动,抑制煤粉悬浮燃烧区NOx的生成,以及原链条炉排 上煤层燃烧产生的NOx; 所述的送风系统包括鼓风机(5)、风室(1-6)、燃尽风喷口(2)以及送风管道(4),鼓风机 (5)出风口通过空气预热器(1-5)后分成二路;一路通过送风管道(4)连接炉排下侧的风室 (1-6),通过鼓风机(5)将冷空气送入空气预热器(1-5)中,冷空气经热炉烟换热,升高温度, 换热后的热空气经送风管道(4)被送至炉排下侧的各个风室中,满足炉排上床层燃烧所需 要的空气;另一路通过送风管道(4)连接燃尽风喷口(2),将换热后的热空气经送风管道(4) 送至燃尽风喷口(2),满足炉膛内未燃尽的煤粉颗粒和可燃性气体的燃烧,用于降低机械不 完全燃烧热损失和化学不完全燃烧热损失,提高锅炉效率; 所述的燃烧系统包括链条炉排(1-2)、煤粉燃烧器(3)、煤粉悬浮燃烧区,链条炉排(1-2)上面设有煤粉燃烧器(3),煤粉悬浮燃烧区的空气过量系数小于1。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的链条锅炉复合燃烧系统,萁特征在于:所述燃尽风喷口(2)和 煤粉燃烧器(3)布置在两侧墙上,所述燃尽风喷口(2)布置在炉拱上方炉膛中部区域,所述 煤粉燃烧器(3)布置在炉拱下方区域。
