一种带有数码编码器的云台,其特征在于:所述云台包括有设置于上部的支撑座、下部的底座以及支撑座与底座之间的旋转机构;所述旋转机构设置有编码器;所述旋转机构包括有转轴,转轴一端连接有万向球。通过在转轴上设置角度编码器,当转轴实现旋转时,角度编码器开始工作,开始记录当前横向的旋转角度,同样,当万向球开始转动时,万向球上的角度编码器也开始工作,记录当前纵向的旋转角度,这样通过两者配合,就可实现横向和纵向立体的角度变化。

本发明涉及云台领域,尤其是一种带有数码编码器的云台。
背景技术
现在摄像机云台的应用非常广泛,起到稳定摄像机,防止画面抖动以及长时间稳定拍摄的作用,但是现在市场上的云台一般都是起到简单的固定支撑作用,可以实现摄像机的一定范围内移动,在长时间拍摄时,拍摄者往往会遗忘摄像机的移动过程,很难找到最初的拍摄点,为以后的记录或者画面比对造成很大的困扰,因此,市场上现在迫切需要一种新型云台。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题在于提供一种带有数码编码器的云台。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:
一种带有数码编码器的云台,所述云台包括有设置于上部的支撑座、下部的底座以及支撑座与底座之间的旋转机构;
所述旋转机构设置有编码器;
所述旋转机构包括有转轴,所述转轴套设有管体,所述转轴侧壁设有导轨,所述管体内壁设有与导轨配套的滑块;所述转轴一端与底座连接,所述套管一端与支撑座连接;
所述套管与支撑座之间设有万向球,所述万向球包括球本体与支座,所述球本体与支撑座连接,所述支座设置于套管上。所述编码器为角度编码器。
进一步地,所述云台底部设置有三脚架。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过在转轴上设置角度编码器,当转轴实现旋转时,角度编码器开始工作,开始记录当前横向的旋转角度,同样,当万向球开始转动时,万向球上的角度编码器也开始工作,记录当前纵向的旋转角度,这样通过两者配合,就可实现横向和纵向立体的角度变化。
2.编码器记录角度编码非常准确,可以帮助使用者非常方便的找回初始位置或者对每一次角度变化的记录,使用非常方便快捷。

所述旋转机构设置有角度编码器31和角度编码器32;
所述旋转机构包括有转轴,所述转轴套设有管体,所述转轴侧壁设有导轨,所述管体内壁设有与导轨配套的滑块;所述转轴一端与底座连接,所述套管一端与支撑座连接;
所述套管与支撑座之间设有万向球,所述万向球包括球本体与支座,所述球本体与支撑座连接,所述支座设置于套管上。
所述转轴与万向球均设置有编码器。所述转轴为电动转轴4。所述万向球为电动万向球5。所述编码器为角度编码器。所述云台底部设置有三脚架6。所述三脚架为伸缩三脚架。所述伸缩三脚架为电动伸缩三脚架。
通过在转轴上设置角度编码器,当转轴实现旋转时,角度编码器开始工作,开始记录当前横向的旋转角度,同样,当万向球开始转动时,万向球上的角度编码器也开始工作,记录当前纵向的旋转角度,这样通过两者配合,就可实现横向和纵向立体的角度变化。
编码器记录角度编码非常准确,可以帮助使用者非常方便的找回初始位置或者对每一次角度变化的记录,使用非常方便快捷。
