本发明涉及婴幼儿用品、儿童用品、饮用吸管等行业的领域,具体地说,是一种用来控制水、奶、饮料等温度在适合的饮用范围内,防止人在高温下烫伤的物理性温控安全器。
背景技术
喂奶、喝水、喝饮料是我们生活中不可缺少的工作,当奶、水、饮料温度高时,人们只能凭感觉去试喝,这样很容易烫伤自己,特别对婴幼儿和儿童是最受伤害的,为了防止此类烫伤事件的发生,特发明了一种温控安全器;本发明通过利用镍钛合金弹簧的物理温度特性原理,采用环保、无电磁干扰、对人体无有害物质的镍钛合金、陶瓷、塑胶、硅胶材料,同时结合了完美的结构和外观设计来控制温度的开与关,使得奶、水、饮料的温度控制在人体可以饮用的范围内,当奶、水、饮料的温度高于41℃±2℃恒温安全器自动关闭,当温度到了36℃+2℃-0℃时温控安全器自动打开,能从吸管中流出的奶、水、饮料是最适合人们饮用的,从根本上杜绝了烫伤事故的发生。
发明内容
目前市场上在吸管行业这方面是一个空白,所以存在不小的安全隐患。针对上述存在的不足之处,发明了一种适用于婴幼儿用品、儿童用品、饮用吸管等行业的温控安全器,本发明通过利用镍钛合金弹簧的物理温度特性原理,采用环保、无电磁干扰、对人体无有害物质的镍钛合金、陶瓷、塑胶、硅胶材料,同时结合了完美的结构和外观设计来控制温度的开与关,使得奶、水、饮料的温度控制在人体可以饮用的范围内,当奶、水、饮料的温度高于41℃±2℃温控安全器自动关闭,当温度到了36℃+2℃-0℃时温控安全器自动打开,能从吸管中流出的奶、水、饮料是最适合人们饮用的。

产品的工作原理:当温度高于41℃±2℃时,进水口上的下镍钛合金弹簧⑤受热后自动伸长推动密封阀④和球形硅胶垫③向上运动,上镍钛合金弹簧②受力后缩短,球形硅胶垫③堵住上盖连接件①的出水口,奶、水、饮料无法吸出;当温度低于36℃+2℃-0℃时进水口上的下镍钛合金弹簧⑤受冷后自动缩短,上镍钛合金弹簧②受低温后伸长推动密封阀④和球形硅胶垫③向下运动,同时下镍钛合金弹簧⑤受力后再缩短,奶、水、饮料通过上盖连接件①的出水口流出。
